I placed an order on October 18th for 6 items for a total of $147. Free two day shipping right? Awesome?! Nope! It is now November 11. And they have my money, but still not ever a tracking number, confirmation, nothing. Emailing is a waist of time. And calling is a waist since there is not a live rep to speak to. The boots are very cute however I have order 3 pair of boots and they are not comfortable at all. I have no problem paying for shoes because I'm a shoe fanatic but when shoes hurt my feet I have a major problem. Want be ordering anymore shoes period.

I order fashion nova on a regular and they usually will take about a week to deliver. I placed my order on Oct 25 giving ample time for it to arrive. It nov 10 and i still have no tracking number. I sent several emails and the automated system will just send you a apology with a coupon. Today i sent a email cancelling my order. Thank God they accepted to cancel it and fully refund me. But NEVER AGAIN

Ordered boots for a Halloween party with upgraded shipping to insure delivery time. The boots arrived late so pointless to keep. I have no use for tacky boots I was only going to wear to a Halloween party. Had to pay $20 to return and then they're refusing to give me my money back and only offering store credit as if I'd purchase anything else from them?!
