I ordered on the 24th October and still haven't recieved my dress. The only form of contact is via email and I've sent about 7emails only to get the same automated message.

The clothes from FN are so different from the high street, of superb quality, and choice, as are their wonderful shoes. I would recommend them without reservation. I do think some things are rather pricey, but there are always the sales!

Well I have had nothing but good service and good results from FN. If something has not worked and been returned the credit has come through with no problems. I am very satisfied.

All clothing items are of the highest standard and are classic pieces that are timeless, great quality fabric and great design, love the fit.

Nearly all of my experience with Fashionnova has been very good. There are a minority of things I have sent back. Most are excellent, wear well and wash well. My only issue is that I have been waiting for an item for a few months now and they have no idea when it will be coming in. I find this frustrating.

A fantastic selection of beautiful clothes and footwear etc. Delivery is a little slow but the goods are worth waiting for and I do think postage should be free when orders are over £100.

I like the clothes they have a good variety.It does take a long time for your order to arrive so if you need anything fast best order a good two weeks before.
