Love everything I have ordered. My only criticism would be in the delivery department. Some items took a long time to come. One item I ordered was out of stock and not available to reorder but I had to chase them to find that out. Otherwise, great online fashion.

Have only heard horror stories but I decided to give Fashion Nova a try and let me advice you DO NOT waste your money here. I ordered my items and without any warning or explanation they refunded my money and cancelled my order. A week later I reorder my items and a week and half after they sent me an email about how they have delays in their warehouse and due to their incapability of dealing with these issues they will cancel my order. So they cancelled it AGAIN... fine. But now I still have a charge of $87 on my credit card and no word on when or if I am even getting my money back. No one in their so called "customer service" department answers so I am left with pursuing legal counsel.
Honestly worst clothing company ever, just save yourself the hassle.
I, too, am disappointed with the return policy. I purchased items that are unflattering on and one of the dresses smell really weird like burnt rubber. I decided to just keep the items and perhaps give them as gifts because I certainly do not want store credit. I will not be purchasing from Fashion Nova ever again! Like someone previously commented, this company caters quality service to celebrities only. This company is a cheap, poor quality joke.
I'm a huge fan of fashion nova clothes. But don't order over the holidays! Ordered products on Oct 10... got confirmation email and then silence. Still no package and extremely frustrated. I'm out $250 and have no clue if I'm getting my items or not. They need to be able to keep up with orders especially during busy times, at this rate how many people won't have their Christmas packages on time? I looked at other negative reviews and it seems like FN is doing this to thousands of people.

All garments are beautifully made and finished and you never see someone else wearing the same item. The pants are particularly excellent and the cashmere is a lovely weight and washes even fluffier

Fashion Nova has a wide collection, and constantly changing choice of products to suit women too old to wear 'chick' clothes, who still want to be stylish. Garments are always good quality and fit well. They usually arrive well packaged within two weeks of ordering. Returns are simple. They keep me updated with brochures and emails on current offers and new lines. Prices are usually within my budget. Can't see a reason to shop elsewhere, thank you.
