Worst experience imaginable. I placed an order that contained some things I needed for a Halloween costume, a week and a half before the Halloween event I needed it for. I paid extra for faster shipping and all so I wouldn't have to worry about it possibly not coming in time. With my luck, a week goes by and my order doesn't ship. After countless emails I finally get the option to cancel my order the day before my event. I cancel my order and choose the option for a refund. THEN about 15 days (or more) after my initial purchase I get an email informing me that my order has been shipped. I tried contacting them (the world's most impossible task) and I finally get an email from customer service telling me to refuse the package and agreeing to give me a full refund including shipping costs. Finally my package arrives back to their facility and I GET A STORE CREDIT. A store credit EXCLUDING the shipping costs. I have contacted them several times and, of course, no one wants to fix the situation. They should be embarrassed at their awful customer service. As a multimillion dollar company I'm VERY sure they can afford a refund of $48 to an unsatisfied customer.
Just received my first parcel from this site, and I'm smitten! Speedy delivery, and I was delighted with the packaging within. Gorgeous Copper coloured tissue enveloping both items. The quality of the items is superb. Lots of compliments when I wore it that evening I had intended to wear it for a special occasion, but just couldn't resist it. My first order certainly won't be my last.
I can only say fantastic to my purchase of a jumper, it's beautifully made & the quality has got to be seen to be believed. I will be very proud of wearing it
I have bought numerous items and always found the quality excellent. The only thing which puts me off buying certain items is when the sizing doubles up e.g. 14/16,18/20 especially for sweaters. I prefer specific sizes because 16 or18 are the sizes I choose depending on style. I recently ordered a jacket and having ordered the larger sizing it was far too big and I returned it.
I drool over the clothes in the FN catalogues! However, I do struggle sometimes with the sizing. But there's no problem returning items and the lovely assistants are very helpful. Very good quality.
Love the styles, quality and choice. My only negative is the time you have to wait sometimes to receive your order. I would pay a little extra to receive in a few days and would probably buy more items.

Been checking my order history, says that it delivered at the post office (dublin, ireland) rang the post office they said they can't track my order, i am very disappointed as this is my first time buying things from fashion nova. I tried to ring your customer service, says The dial number ain't available. Tf like it's been 3 weeks. I need answer now where is my order?! Or just give my money back very bad bad experience.

Very efficient. The dress was just as described and fitted perfectly. It arrived reasonable timely and was nicely packaged.
Fashion Nova is absolutely the best. The price may be high but the quality is second to none and you get exactly what you pay for! I highly recommend FN for beautiful clothes and look forward to shopping with them again in the future.
Everything about the shopping experience was fine, no problems at all. Sadly, I didn't feel that the price tag for the item I ordered matched the quality. I felt it was a tad too pricey, given that similar coats are on the high street for less. Will not give up as I like the designs etc but this site isn't cheap.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

Answer: Same... placed 2 orders for my vacation. The 25th and 30th of Nov. Needed the dress for my birthday weekend away. I got one dress when I came back and the other one is being delivered today. Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all
Answer: The same thing happened to me, I never received my items because after they took my money they realized that the items Ive ordered were no longer in stock. They sent me a cyber gift card. The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
