It's been over two weeks that they said the would refund for an order I made since August, 2018 which I never received. It's November almost December they have been ignoring my emails and have not honoured their word to refund me. They are unreliable in their delivery and even more unreliable when it comes to getting your money back.

I love the fabric, since it is fall wasn't expecting it to be light. But it is not heavy either. Just the right balance. This is one of those classics. I love the collage like pattern of the fabric. I got the "Fall Favorite Girl Sweater II" in lilac by the way.

When I saw this boot camp skirt online, I thought it was going to be a thin, summery kind of skirt with a fall pattern to it. It is not thin and wispy, but lined with a nicely weighted navy material and the fabric is flattering.

The top I got from FN is a perfect fit! I was worried that it would be too short and or boxy. I usually wear an xs. I have a slightly longer waist though and often xs tops run short or they are overwhelming!

Horrible Customer service and you can never speak to anyone. They say 2 day shipping that's a lie. It's unbelievable that you can't get your money back. It takes to long to receive your purchase. I will never shop with them again. It's so unprofessional when you can't speak to someone and you're spending your money.

I had a question about my order and emailed their customer service only to get no response in return. I then contacted their"24/7" customer and again, no response. I finally tried calling their helpline where They kept putting me on hold before disconnecting the call. I love their products but the awful customer service experience makes me never wanna order again.
