The customer service at Fashon Nova is such a joke. I've had MULTIPLE incidents with their service and their deliveries. My fault for continuing to order, but after this incident I'm for sure DONE. I tried to change the shipping address 2 days after I placed the order. Meaning BEFORE it even shipped. My order still ships out with the wrong address and I get an email after the fact from Oscar Solano from FN customer service saying "Sorry, we cannot change the address once the order has been placed." WHAT? Its not that hard to type a new address on a label before it ships, other companies have done that for me in the past. Everyone gives FN a 5 star review based on their clothes, which is understandable because I do love their styles. But customer service matters WAY more to me when I spend my money with you. They're so inconsiderate and unprofessional. Forever21, Lulus, Love Culture, Charlotte Russe, GoJane, etc. have excellent customer service. Shop with them.

Fit is true to size but keep in mind this sequin dress has a "box-like" fit. I am debating whether to have mine taken in a little under the arms. The material isn't what I expected but I still love it.

I ordered 3 things from fashion nova Early October. I hadnt received anything in a few weeks. So I called multiple times their customer service absolutely sucks and half the time can't get through to them. I've sent email after email and no reply. So finally I got a hold of them and they said they couldn't get my clothes sent so they were giving me store credit through email. I have been calling for the past 2 weeks and still no store credit. Extremely extremely disappointed and I will not be ordering from them again.

Glad to share my experience with their customer service agent named Monica. I called the hot line because there was a little damage on the top I ordered and explain it to her. She then informed me that it can be replaced and they feel sorry for the inconvenience. She even added she will give me a discount code for 50% on my next purchase with them! I'm totally happy!
Last time, I told myself I will not order again with Fashion Nova because my orders were delayed. However, since I wanted this specific jumpsuit from them I decided to give it another try. I was shoot to experience the improved shipping process, before two days means a week but right now, two days is two days!

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
