Fashion nova sucks for me because they promote fast shipping I ordered two orders the same day that the last ordered I ordered came first still waiting on anther order that I ordered two weeks ago they're not responsive with giving out tracking numbers and letting the customer know what's going on they get offended if you double email them when they don't respond to you days on in fashion over just sucks and I got my order and button broke the boots are tight and don't fit me it is a whole bunch of dumb people fashion nova could've done better I JUST would never ever buy anything from them ever again

I can't understand how you guys are being irresponsible and rude with your costumers. I ordered more than 12 days ago and my shipping was 2 days shipping until today I had sent you three emails and the responses were: please don't write more, we really sorry but we have lot of orders to attend. This is unbelievable you guys can make sure that I gonna post in my Facebook, Instagram and google reviews a bad score because you deserve it. I've ordered from Fashion Nova around a dozen times or so. I used to get my items within 3-4 days, but ever since their sales and their move to the new distribution center, their service has really taken a hit. Half of the time I don't get all of my items because they take so long to ship the order, items run out of stock. I did get a refund on my last purchase, but ONLY because I e-mailed them with pictures of my order and order label to let them know that items were missing even though the shipment had been marked as fulfilled. With how much promoting and marketing they're doing, FN really needs to step up their customer service and maybe stop flaunting "fast 2-day shipping" because it is anything but that. Sad to say I think I'll finally have to be done with my favorite clothing website. EDIT: My package was shipped on Sunday, 1 day before the 10 business day processing deadline. It was marked delivered yesterday, but not even 30 minutes after it was, I checked and couldn't find it anywhere. I had to call their shipper, OnTrac, who told me they would open a claim and call me back. I called the claims department this morning and they told me I need to contact FN. I contacted FN and they opened a claim for me; the shipper contacted the post office and my package was delivered with all items about two days later. I finally received my order on Dec. 13th. I placed my order on 11/26.

I ordered some items almost a month ago from FashionNova. Once I received the shipment I had an item missing. Went to visit the site and it states my entire order had been shipped and fulfilled. This was a total LIE! I reached out to them via e-mail since there is no other means of communication. Some fake rep named Sara tells me that the item I was missing was on back order or than had sold out so that item was not shipped and a refund would be processed. I never received my refund. I have been waiting over 7 to 10 business days. Reached out to my bank and they stated they have not received any refunds from this place. I am beyond pissed. I will continue to e-mail and give bad reviews until I get my money back.

I ordered a coat from fashion nova over a week ago they charged me 6.99 for 2 day shipping haven't received item yet the first time I complained they sent me a bogus pre-shipments text saying your item has been shipped but it hasn't now every time I email with same complaint they send me a generic email stating they will contact me soon they are swapped with holiday sales but yet you charged me for a item and a service I didn't get
