I've seen several reviews of folks complaining that they ordered around black friday and now it's 12/6 and they have yet to receive their tracking number. I rodered from them a while back and it took a few weeks to receive. I think on their website it says that it takes them longer to process the orders on holidays. I'm sure they got ******* orders on Black Friday/cyber monday, so I'll wait patiently for my order. It'll get to you. Just give it a few more weeks:/

I'm giving them a 3 because I do think that they should hire more staff to help with sending out orders when they're this big of a company (so -1 star). -1 because they also are difficult to get ahold of. I wish they gave you refunds but they only issue store credit. Hwoever, the clothes are super cute and affordable. Despite waiting for my order to ship, I will still purchase with them haha

They don't have a way for you to reach a live caller. What multi million dollar retail store only has email and form submission options for their customers? I will never order from them again. It's been 4 days and my order hasn't shipped and I haven't gotten any follow up. How they grew this coming with sub par service and mostly poor quality offerings is beyond me. I was purchasing for my teenage daughter, but will NEVER spend my $ here again. Forever 21 has better service than this place.

Fashion Nova is con!
My first time shopping with them. I ordered 3 jeans and 3 tops totaling around $140. I was notified via email that one one top and one jeans was out of stock and will not be shipped and informed I would receive a refund within 48 hours. 4 weeks later; I am still fighting to get my refund and they are making it so difficult for me.

Don't get me wrong, the clothes I actually received was fine however bare in mind if you place an order and one or more items have sold out, Don't get your hopes up about receiving a refund. This is my first and last time shopping with them! Fashion Nova you are a con and you suck!

All the positive reviews that just so happens to be posted on the SAME day back to back are FAKE! If you click on their names you'll see they just registered accounts this month! The fact that Fashion nova is going out there way to sign into to sites like this and write FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS with FAKE NAMES trying to act like they're real customers is beyond appalling and disturbing. "I've recieved constant tracking info on my packages" LIES... but coincidence that's the #1 issue real customers are having. "My jeans just arrived and they're beautiful but I ordered wrong size" LIE just trying to make a review sound more "realistic" NO ONE IS BUYING IT! YOU OWE PEOPLE MONEY! If you have time to get your staff to write all these fake reviews, get them to send us our packages!

I have ordered over $300.00 of items from fashion Nova on November 19...more than 20 days later. I have not received my items nor have I received a tracking number. I have emailed them twice and got the same automated reply about black friday sales and to hold off on emailing them. How rude?
Why advertise fast shipping if you cannot maintain or keep up with orders? Im also afraid to cancel my order and ask for refund because I have seen so many reviews on people who have been getting the run around from them to get back their money.
Fashion Nova really needs to get it together!!!

I made a purchase through their site in October and because of their distribution change there were delays on orders. They then sent me an email of the option to cancel my order for a refund because of the delays. I chose to cancel my order and received and email stating my order was canceled. It is now December and still have not received my refund, not only that, they are now trying to tell me that, that order was delivered. I had never received any other email stating that that order was shipped just that it had been cancelled. They owe me money and are trying to give me the run around. I'm so frustrated because I could use that refund towards my holiday gifts for others! If you plan on ordering from them just know if you want to make a return or cancel. Just give up because they not help you out
