The young CEO of this company needs to take advice from a seasoned CEO to learn how to effectively run a business. I made a purchase many weeks ago, sent the items back to have a credit issued and to date, the credit has not been issued although was supposed to take 5-7 business days. It has now been more than 10 business days, items that I wanted to get are no longer available in my size and now the 40-90 % discount is no longer available because they keep dragging this out. So sad the people we keep in business treat us this way. If everyone would boycott this business, this young lad would certainly be out of a job. Perhaps I should contact my bank to have them credit my money back because you can never reach a live person and it seems that everyone receives the same general email. I am done with this company- will never order from them again and take my business to some of the other merchants who are reliable. This CEO is a hog. He takes everything in. There is no refund and you have to pay to send items back. This company is a Scam!

I placed an order on Nov. 26 and it is now Dec. 8. I have not received a tracking number nor have I received my items. From my understanding, when I first placed my order of $152.35, standard shipping stated it would take 2-3 business days, with an extra day after your payment was authorized and verified. Well, my payment was authorized and taken from my bank on Nov. 28 but yet I am still left without the items I ordered. I have attempted several times to contact this company through email and by phone. Their email stated, "to give our team of human customers care agents up to 24 hours to review and respond", well I sent that Dec. 4 and have not received any feedback, except automated message that stated shipping would now take an additional 7-10 days due to high volume, which I was not aware of before ordering. Also, I have tried to call several times but was directed to a voicemail. This is whole situation is very unprofessional and frustrating. I would like a FULL refund (that means ALL of my money $152.35, credited back to my bank account, and NOT in the form of a gift card, as I no longer trust this company.

Since FN claimed they have moved to a state of the art warehouse and have faster shipping! I have experienced the total opposite! I have ordered clothing and have waited over two weeks for the shipping confirmation. (I'm still waiting) I also have returned items and still have not received a refund and it's been over a month!

I ordered a pair of shoes and a dress to match back in end of September for my wedding in October. I didn't receive it till after my wedding date. When I did receive it I couldn't wear the shoes or the dress( too big in chest area). I sent both items back and got tracking that confirmed delivery back to fashion nova but I have as of yet received my refund or gift card. I've emailed them 3 times already about this and only got back a generic email about black friday and new warehouse. I'm so disappointed in them because I've been a loyal customer for over a year and actually love their clothes but until I receive my refund, I will not be purchasing from them anymore. They basically is stealing my money!
