I submitted an order over a week ago for a Christmas dinner with my co-workers. As i'm continuously checking my email for updates, I receive NOTHING! I call them multiple times and it's impossible to speak to a LIVE representative. I email them, NOTHING, DM them on IG. NOTHING! Worst customer service i've experienced! Very disappointed that now, only 4 days away from my dinner, I have to search for a last minute outfit, especially when the money was already removed from my account. NEVER AGAIN!

Let me start by saying, you heard of fashion nova either from your favorite celebrity or Instagram. Well sorry to burst your bubble but these types of clothes are meant for hourglass shaped instagram models who diaherra themselves to fit these jeans. I ordered my size and up and irregardless of the size change... IT WAS STILL MEANT FOR ANOREXIC MODELS.
Not only are the jeans weird fitting, but the quality of the fabric can easily tear. Buyer beware, it's cheaper for a reason.

Then out of two of the times I ordered from them, I received a wrong item not in my correct size! Get it together shipping and packaging at fashion nova!

Also, to return items you need to pay shipping out of your own damn pocket for THEIR damn mistake.

I placed an order November 28 2018 with 2 day shipping and never received a tracking number or my items but they already took the money out my account. I sent multiple emails and they reply with generic messages some that doesn't even apply to me. Its really messed up because this was a gift for my daughter and they basically stole from me. Im not rich but they sure are! Btw the ppl writing the fake reviews for fashion nova need to get off here and to that warehouse to help send out them orders. How could you live with yourself lying to other people?

Wish I was leaving a better review. I have ordered from fashion nova for YEARS! Before they were endorsed by kylie or cardi. I have spent hundreds of dollars at a time buying their merchandise and have turned majority of my friends on to them as well. I placed a $300 order on Nov 26 and it hasn't even been fulfilled as of today, Dec 9th. It's dam near impossible to speak with anybody directly. You would think by now, their customer service would have improved but it HASN'T! Before, I could look past the lack of customer service because they were still a small business but now?! Please! There is no excuse! I AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. It just simply is not worth the hassle. DEAR FASHION NOVA, YOU NEED TO START TAKING CARE OF YOU CUSTOMERS.

Fashion Nova is a scam company. Their customer service department is beyond incompetent. I placed an order on November 26 and paid for 2 day shipping and still haven't received my order. (Today is December 9th). No one reached out to explain the delay. When I email them, they responded with an automatic messenger program. The message they sent did not pertain to my specific concern. When I email them black they did the same thing. I would never buy another item from them again and I will forever question celebrities that advertise their clothing. This company refused to knowledge their mistake and tried to justify their unorganized, poor service and scam of a company by any means. Worst experience I have ever had with a company

I made an order on September 21,2018. I contacted Fashion Nova almost a month later to ask where my package is. I was informed that the address I provided was invalid, my order was being returned and I would receive a credit shortly. Problem 1: how does your website allow an individual to complete their order if the address is invalid. Their website is extremely flawed. Problem 2: There was no update about the whereabouts of my package and no one at any point reached out to be about my address being an issue. Problem 3: This is not a refund as I never received my order, and therefore, I do not want credit. In addition, if you cannot deliver to me, what am I to do with credit?

I reached out and expressed my concerns to many customer service representatives. I was told a few weeks later that I would finally receive a refund to my method of payment. Today is currently December 9,2018, I have been emailing them on a weekly basis with no response and still no return.

Terrible company. Terrible customer service. A literal scam to take your money and never deliver product in return. Save your money and your sanity.

Worst experience in dealing with Customer Service ever. After my order delivery was delayed by around 2 weeks, Fashion Nova emailed me offering to give me a refund, which I accepted as I had ordered the clothes for a certain occasion, and due to the delays I would not receive them in time. The next day, Daphne from the Fashion Nova Customer Service team emailed me confirming my order had been cancelled and my refund will be in my account within 10 business days. A week later, my order was shipped! I emailed Daphne to see what had happened, and it turns out my order was never cancelled, her earlier email was a complete lie, and they refused to pay me the refund I had requested a week earlier. Even though it was their error in forgetting to process my cancellation. No room for negotiation, they did not want to hear what I had to say, and refused to escalate my concern to management to review. I will now have to take my package back to the Post Office once I receive it and post it back, and wait 4-6 weeks for my refund. A huge inconvenience and really disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience.
