So I returned some items and never received my e gift card. They keep saying it's going to junk mail. But I received the email stating my order was confirmed, I received the email stating the returned was received, and I'm receiving the customer service emails. The only email I'm not receiving is the one with the gift card. They should be ashamed of themselves. They have definitely lost a Customer.

I placed an order of $79.96 in October 2017, today is 13 December 2018, no order. I emailed fashion nova asking where my order was, I was told my items were on back order, it will ship, "soon". When I asked for a refund, my items were suddenly shipped! That was in November! I still do not h e my order.
When I demanded a refund again, I was issued a gift card for $29.98, the email saying it's a full refund, minus discounts...?
Two months withou my money, two months without clothes I paid for...
Fashion nova seems to be a scam!

I got invited to my colleague's 30th birthday party last weekend and I didn't have a dress to match with the theme. I was really anxious how to budget my remaining money on clothes and a gift since it's such an important milestone for her. I asked my friend Hannah and she recommended me this site. God, fashion nova is such a lifesaver! I bought a Bohemian dress for around $15 on sale. Got to save $20 more for a perfect birthday gift!

Ordered in OCTOBER. End of NOVEMBER, I decided to cancel my order after the BS back and forth emails, and Finally...! PayPal got $200 back into my credit card.

PayPal investigated my case and gave FN 10 days to explain themselves but of course they ignored so PayPal decided to give me full refund based on their buyer protection rules. FN NEVER paid me back. PayPal did! I was gonna forget and move on but.,, FN made me mad again after all this mess! So I need to let y'all know how FN is NOT capable of handle business.

Ok, FN has been ignoring me like I don't even exist since NOV 20th, NOW decided to write me. Basically they are saying I had a whole new tracking# which is news to me and my package was supposed to be shipped but somehow that tracking # is unavailable so they don't know W T F happened, and they will refund me. WOW. I already got refund from PayPal! DUMB AZZ!
I think ppl from customer service can't access the whole system to check thru each customers status or something?! They can't be that dumb.

I still feel so stupid to give FN another chance to fck me over after I had a shipping problem last year. Finally got my money back and can live my normal life again. If u still waiting for your package, hope you won't see missing items.
If you trying to get your money back, Good luck guys and never give up!

I unfollowed on ig, fab and everything.
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT FN AGAIN.

FN is a MESS. I ordered on October 31. Waited for 30 days and I gave up.
I emailed them many times and finally decided to get refund, then they tried to trick me with the same exact tracking # from my past order. They even changed the shipping status "fulfilled" in my FN website account! Fulfilled, how and where?!?! That was about 2 weeks after I ordered. I CAN'T believe they think customers are dumb just like them?!?! I'm glad I could point out their lie. KEEP the past order info, folks! They can say whatever to make it look like it ain't their fault, like USPS lost your package/it's already delivered so don't contact us any more.

Well, as for my $200 refund, of course no update from FN. I filed a case and FN still BS so I escalated my case and now PayPal is working for me to get my money back, NO action from FN so far. PayPal is my hero right now. I hope I'll get my money back by the end of the year... wish me luck.

At this point, I just want my package and let it ends, even though I don't want their clothes any more. I'll be gone forever from their business. Im officially done. Ordered twice recently in Oct and Nov..the package from Nov delivered with no issue in 4 days but yet I haven't received the package from Oct...send many emails.

CRAZY UPDATE FN now telling me via email that my package is already delivered to my address so contact USPS to file a claim. Ok...FN attached the tracking # as a proof, which is the SAME tracking # from the order from NOV!! I told them ""LOOK, The package with that tracking #, I received already without any issues!!! I'm talking about the order from OCTOBER!!"" Are yall DUMB?!?!
Send them the canselation via the link FN sent me. No confirmation or NOTHING.
Now I'm out of $200 in this holiday season...

I'm done fr. I shopped at FN 4 times and they fd up twice. This is it.

Filed a claim on BBB a week ago, of course FN ignores. Now I filed a complain on PayPal and about to escalate and get my FULL MONEY back. I'm glad I paid thru PayPal.

THEY BETTER PAY ME WHAT THEY OWE ME. F U FN.

Ordered twice recently in October and November.
I got 9 items ($80) in 4days, however Im still waiting for another 9 items ($200) that I ordered on October 31...Finally 2ppl emailed me back after stupid generic messages, they told me it looks like my order has been packed but still sitting in the wearhouse to be shipped..This is ridiculous. I don't want my clothes no longer but reading all the complaints ppl waiting another 2, 3 months just to get store credit or refund made me decide not to cancel my order. I have no more energy for FN to hustle back n forth via emails.
I shopped 4 times at FN, I had major problems with the shipping twice. It's a gamble to buy from them..I'm done with FN. You need to go thru hell like
1, takes forever to ship
2, takes forever to get a response
3, find out items are missing in the package without them letting you know.
4, takes forever to get a respond after you return items on your expense.
5, takes forever to get store credit or refund.

If you get lucky and got your package quickly before, go ahead and keep shopping till they f**k you over because your turn will definitely comes soon or later.
PS, I'm going back to the RAINBOW SHOPS.COM which sell the SAME clothes as FN. Models don't look good like FN ones but trust me, they sell same clothes.

Black Friday mess

I made an order which totaled around $250usd on Black Friday I've been reading reveiws and was quite nervous because I was thinking I wasn't going to get it but I finally got my tracking for shipping today dec 12 (yay!) but there wasn't much info besides from saying intransit so I went onto the ppx (the shipping company) website and put in my tracking number and it says it won't be delivered until 9th of January to the 29th(by the way I live in NZ)! WTF man my New Years outfit is in there too so now I need to buy another one else where it's just such a hassle. Had I known I would get my items from November would arrive no earlier than January I would I have NEVER ordered from them. Like 2-3 months really? I would completely understand 1 month cause of the sales. Ive never waited this long for ANY online order like get it together your a million dollar company how about you act like one. And get off cardis insta comments and DO YOUR JOB that people are spending there hard earned cash on. I'm not even going to bother to refund because I'm scared I won't even get a refund from them. They should be more transparent with customers. I'm hoping I get all my items I ordered I'm still quite wary. This is my first purchase and last lol

They SUCK

I ordered on November 9th Got the run around for a full month. Being promised my order saying I had to wait the full 7-10 days, delay in the warehouse I was given literally every excuse. I then ordered another pair of shoes for thanksgiving that came but were entirely too small. I then wake up to email December 7th and a rep named CARLOS cancelled my order I never asked for anything to be cancelled. I HATE FASHIONNOVA

I bought one item last Wednesday. ONE ITEM. I even payed for 2-day shipping. I am going on day 4 waiting for my ONE ITEM to arrive. I can't complain too much since other people have been waiting for a month for theirs, but still. How is a first-time customer, like me, going to want to continue buying from them when a package can't even get here on time. My heart is a bit crushed because I had been following them on Instagram for a year up until last night. I had been dreaming of wearing their items for a YEAR. When I finally have money it doesn't even come on time. I can't complain too much because of other people that are waiting longer than me for their package, BUT STILL.

Ordered clothes with 2 days shipping, took forever to arrive. Ordered 9 items total but the package and packing slip contained 7 items. No idea how that got passed through. Most items did not fit because they're designed for strangely shaped people. And to top it off they won't give you any refunds. Just store credit IF YOU'RE LUCKY. I'm waiting to see what my fate is with all that. But yeah never again and I would not recommend.

I put an order in almost a month ago and they STILL have NOT shipped my items! I have called them many times where I have been put on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever answers the phone, and every time I email them I get an automatic response. Literally impossible to speak with a human. I ordered my items for an event which has already passed. Its one thing for the shipping to take sometime, but to have not even shipped my items! You're honestly better off ordering from China. This is my first time ordering with them and I'm honestly convinced I will not be getting my items, nor have I received my money back. If their customer service is this terrible, I cant imagine the quality of their clothes. Never ordering from them again.

I just received my dress for NYE today, and I am very pleased with the merchandise! I will say I was nervous about it coming on time from all the reviews I've seen, and that many people haven't even received tracking info from BLACK FRIDAY! I ordered my dress on 12/7. I did direct message them on Twitter and the next day my item was shipped out :) I had a situation in October where I ordered a dress and it didn't come on time so I had to cancel... even though I ordered well ahead of time. Apparently they were moving to a new distribution center and that caused many delays with shipping. I did receive a full refund, but reaching CS sucked. Had to keep calling and calling. I have ordered many dresses for special occasions and they are always beautiful, form fitting, and sexy as hell. I haven't had too much of a problem ordering except my one order delayed from Oct. I would say if you order from them, order a month in advance if you have a special occasion. Also, don't buy a ton of items to eliminate something not making it to you, and try to steer away from ordering at really popular times. I really love their stuff and it always makes me feel beautiful and confident, but that customer service they HAVE to get under control! If you are having issues receiving your tracking info, DM them on Twitter. I've read a lot of ppl had luck with it, as did I!

I placed an order on November 25th and today December 10th, still has not received anything. I understand it was Black friday timing and that you are a very busy compagny but to me it's not professionnal at all, especially when you pay a shipping of 6.99 US dollars. Even Aliexpress vendors with free shipping policies are sending their package faster then you Fashion Nova. Anyway I have received a tracking number but the package has been in L. A for 6 days. I'm not understanding what's going on. If your shipping policies are so slow don't charge people. Aliexpress vendors are slow but they often have free shipping policies. Hope I'll receive my stuff soon.

First of all there is a lot of GOOD about fashion nova because the clothes are semi cute/ good condition. Also because their not that expensive. But the customer service sucks so bad it makes me want to kill myself for giving these mfs my money. I have had two problems with you guys. Did yall help me? NOO LMAO. I even went out of my way after emailing you guys that when yall sent me the wrong $#*! in the mail, and messaged yall on instagram. First time fashion nova messed up my order I bought 4 things. And on the emails I got about the order and on the white piece of paper it said correctly what I ordered. BUT one of the items was the wrong size, that time I didnt email or try to fix the mistake bc it could still fit me and i didnt want to wait. The second time pissed me off so bad that I am never buying from you guys again bc when I reached out to you several times and in different ways yall didnt help a girl out. I ordered ONE ITEM. SO TECHNICALLY YALL HAD ONE JOB. And yall some how wonderfully messed it up. So of course me odering one item and not only was it the wrong size but it was the wrong item?! I ordered PANTS P A N T S. AND YALL SENT ME XL SHORTS? I am not no big girl? Yall took my money! I know yall have rules about your return policies, and I MADE SURE I DID EVERYTHING RIGHT ON MY SIDE!
