I am still waiting for this company to refund my money from an incomplete delivered purchase on 11/28/18. I have sent 3 emails, only to get an automated response back. Out of the 19 items I PAID for, only 11 were shipped. It is now one day away from the new year, this matter should've been handled by now. This is theft and fashion nova needs to be held accountable!

I've had multiple missing items, packages delivered months after I order them even though I pay for express shipping, customer service NEVER answers the phone, and customer support never helps on the email and sends auto replies. They also didn't give me a packing slip for my last package and on my email it shows was was shipped and they won't accept that as a valid proof for not giving me WHAT I PAID FOR
