Purchased a 1780$ CAD bag in beginning of Dec, leather received with strong chemical smell, along with a rip on the leather, almost suspected the bag to be a fake, thus it was returned the next day. I checks the return tracking every day, in 4 days, the bouquet stocked my returned bag back with a higher price! Now it's been almost a month, STILL NO REFUND. Contacting customer service does not help at all! Considering me spending 1780$ to warn everyone to stay away from the site.

I will never shop here again. The website wouldn't let me check out and continued to refresh every time I tried to purchase an item. I ended up getting confirmation e-mails 1 hour later saying I had bought the items numerous times - charging me up to £600. I called up and was assured the orders would be cancelled and no money would be taken out of my account. However, 5 days later I received an e-mail stating my orders had been cancelled but I checked my bank account and they've taken all the money out. I was told I wouldn't be able to retrieve this money until next week. How shameless of them to do, especially nearing Christmas. I'll also be charged by my bank for going into my overdraft. Disgusting company.

I bought on line and happy about my purchase. Only after two days they contacted me saying they wanted ID and credit card picture. I called my bank explaining all and they said the amount needed was at farfetch's disposal who had either to accept or reject it. At the end farfetch accepted the amount and just after cancelled my order saying the refund would have been transferred in 14 days. They could reject the amount immediately if they had doubt about my payment but they took the money and kept in their account for 14 days. A big waste of time and money. The amount was aver 1000£ and would have matured interests in my account.

I dont know how everyone has bad reviews about farfetch, I ordered about 8 times this year, from about 6 different boutiques from mostly Italy. Every single time it was quick, easy and exactly how i expected it to be. Onlt positive words about farfetch clearly!
BTW, i also had 2 returns, that was quick and easy too, used the chat which the customer service provides, and they helped me amazingly!

I have used Farfetch at least 25 times so far and have never ever had a problem. Monday's sale purchase of McQ sneakers was delivered Friday morning. Fast delivery and all duties and taxes included in price. Highly recommend this company.

After returning my order 10 days ago, farfetch hasn´t returned any of my money! I chose PayPal as a way of payment ergo it should have been a prompt way of refunding. I even contacted the customer service yesterday, which promised me an immediate refund, however i haven´t received any money back till this very moment. DEVASTATING!

I purchased a Lanvin mini shoulder bag from Farfetch, actually it's from a boutique in Italy called Cumini.
The item didn't come with an oringinal dust bag. Therefore I sent email to Farfetch. Unfortunately the boutique refused to send me the dust bag and they insisted they sent me one already.
Super upset. They didn't send me a dust bag but why they refused to send me the oringinal dust bag? It's super weird that they stated that they item is authentic but failed to send me an original dust bag? Why?

Farfetch used to be the site to go to get better prices than the stores in the US. They since have increased all their prices to match the prices of the stores in the US. I would rather give my business to all US based stores where you would definitely get better service.

I have been shopping at Farfetch for about 12 years and apart from a delivery hiccup on one occasion that was eventually resolved by DHL, I have had nothing but absolutely professional service, shipping and delivery. Never had a problem with any of my purchased items - always in perfect condition. Packaging to Australia is always a bit of a concern from some sites but Farfetch uses exemplary packing boxes that guarantee items arrive in pristine condition. This latest shopping experience from 'Julian' in Italy was faultless and my Canada Goose coat arrived at my door super fast. Fabulous price too!

Your company ruined my Fiancé's birthday, sent me the wrong item, and took 6 days to tell me they still couldn't find out what was happening. Your customer service is deplorable and then my fiancé walked in the house while I'm on the phone trying to get his order fixed after your company sent the wrong item. Then you offer me 20% off for ruining his birthday present... Worst customer service ever. Never ordering from you again.
I placed an order on 9-25. They cancelled my order 4 times and finally told me that they didn't have the item after i they called me 10 mins before confirming shipping.
I have made a few orders from farfetch and they went smooth. I recommended the website to many of my friends. I didn't believe the bad reviews posted online, until it happened to me!
It started from receiving a wrong item. I purchased a white silk Michael Kors Blouse online. The photo and description both show the colour is white, but I received a black one. Item was returned on the same day. I was going to close the bank account that I used to pay for the item the next day.
I called the customer service on the same day the blouse was picked by DHL, and asked if the refund can be credited to my account instead of refund to card. The answer as positive, so the next day bank account was closed.
I have waited until the order was updated to "refund processed"- but no store credit was received. Called the customers again, and was informed it was sent back to my bank account. OMG, that was not they confirmed to me earlier!
My hard journey has all started there, I then contacted the bank, the money was received but no account, so it was rejected back the the sender - I found out only the blouse was refunded not the shipping fee. I contacted Farfetch again and confirm the shipping refund will be shop credit this time. Answer was yes again. However, no credit received. I had to call the bank again and finally last week, I received a bank check of $35 shipping fee. The money I paid for the blouse has never received!
It has already been few months since the initial purchase. I have then sent many emails to customer service and beg them to check if the merchant has received the amount rejected by the bank. NO REPLY received! My money is still in the air or with the merchant!
I consider FarFetch as a decent online shopping website and sell top quality products, but I have to say the level of customer service provided by Farfetch cannot justify the price of the products.
Here is a list of bad service from Farfetch:
1. Order not checked - wrong colour item posted
2. Cannot do what they promised - give shop credit instead of refund was confirmed but wrong action twice
3. First refund was only the product no shipping refund as promised in the email
4. NO reply from customer service
I will not shop on Farfetch until the matter is resovled and hopefully there are more people aware that they are buying luxury items on farfetch with a risk of experiencing very poor customer service!
I just want to say that Farfetch seemed to be a legit website when I first saw them as an alternative in Bluefly (which by the way is a great site that doesn't LIE). I went ahead and looked for some Burberry Polos and found on their Sale tab that they had a couple for a very very good rate. Unfortunately, I couldn't get them in time and were sold out by the time I made up my mind. I put a request to inform me when they would be getting more. The price was 68 bucks each. A couple of week later they sent an email that they had more in stock, I immediately went back to the site and bought the two shirts. Prices were great and they were supposed to be sent in 4 business days. About 1 week later I got an email saying that the price was incorrect and that they offered 20% discount (much like other reviewers here). Of course I felt scammed and replied telling them to cancel my order.
Its been more than a week, I actually went ahead and bought the two shirts on a local bloomingdales (which by the way raised their prices in the mean time so I ended up paying way more than intended), and since I haven't gotten a response back from Farfetched and of course, haven't gotten my money back.
They took the 150 out of my checking account immediately after I pressed "Sale Complete" and I had to call the customer service representative to ask her why they hadn't processed my cancellation and gave me my money back. She said the employee who was supposed to help me had been out, and that she was very sorry for this.
This is very unfortunate and feel powerless in this situation. Big companies like this get to keep my money for as long as they want and mislead people into thinking they're getting something that's not. Very VERY disappointing. Hope people read this and stop buying from them.
I bought 2 pairs Burberry sneaker shoes online. There were their mistake to post the price, it was cheap compare with another stores. Then they don't sent them to me, while they already charged my Paypal account. One week later, I called +1 *******798 then got respond to wait. After that 1days, I tried to call again, and Cátia Barbosa, customer service, told me there was wrong price, she offered 20% off. I was OK but because I need to contact my brother for the other pairs ( 2pairs, 1 for me, 1 for him), so I said to respond by next day. She agreed and send me email for written document 24 hours responding.
Next day, I called back, less than 24 hrs, she did not want to answer me instead let some guy to answer. He read the email to me, I agreed to buy but only 1 pair for me. I just questioned if I can change the model and take 20% offer with it. He asked me to wait 1 minute, then return back to me let than minute. He said My order was cancelled, he can not do anything, I have to buy at regular price even with the current model, which is I ordered. No mater of what, they will not make the order with 20% off offer.
The regular price is $472.00 so 20% off is $94.00.
HOWEVER, few days later. Customer service called me back and apologized to me. They accepted the 20% off for my next order.
The good thing here is company read review and corrected their mistake. That is how to do business. Good to be honor with customer and correct the error if it happen
This is my first time voicing a complain as I have been VERY DISAPPOINTED with the the level of service provided by Farfetch, I have ordered with them twice, and both experiences have been bad. The first time I ordered I paid extra for expedited shipping (1-2 days) yet the item still came a week later. The second time, I ordered sneakers off Farfetch's women totaling USD 700 website and the shoe came in the wrong size - A Farfetch representative admitted they were experiencing a technical glitch on their site. The only problem was that I no longer had the box (had shipped to my brother's house in the UK) to avioid customs duties if I were to ship in Asia so they would not take the return back. SINCE IT IS ALSO PARTLY THEIR MISTAKE, I ASKED FOR THEM TO MAKE A COMPROMISE - FOR ME EXCHANGE TO A BIGGER SIZE SO AT LEAST I CAN GIVE IT FOR MY BROTHER TO WEAR. HOWEVER THERE IS NO REPLY - THIS IS THE KIND OF RUDE SERVICE YOU EXPERIENCE AT FARFETCH. THEY JUST CHOOSE TO IGNORE YOU. WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN
I bought a pair of very expensive shoes from them. The shoes did not quite fit my feet. I sent it back. Unused still with it seal on the sole to prove it is unused. But because I did not send the original box they did not except it. They simply said it is their return policy which is written buried somewhere in their site. Their excuse "the boutique is unable to sell the product as is".
They are saying they are proud of opening independent boutiques to the world. But they make the most fundamental part shopping independent boutiques - personal service. It seems Farfetch is simply an order processing site and does not like to provide some solutions and customer service. Their business model does not really work.
I strongly advise not use them. If you like a product find another way to purchase it. Once the product is sold, they simply don't know you. No personal service that independent boutiques are really there for.
I've shopped at this online company for over a year. I proberly dropped easy $5000 on
Shoes and sale items, and I saved a ton of money. Stuff mostly comes out of Italy or France.
I track items from DHL. It's a excellent company if your wallet can stand it. Nothing fake.
I love Rick Owens and Tom Rebel. Two thumbs up.
Ordered item and they charged my credit card. Then heard they did not have size 4 days later (website had an "error". Said I would accept the newsize as long as shipped out the next day given the delay. They confirmed via phone the order would be placed and said I would receive in a week. Promised to sent out on Monday. Guess what - someone gets to old email a few days later and delays the order. HOPELESS SERVICE to date and have asked them to expedite service to me in a new location. Lets see if their customer service is any good and they try to resolve the issue. Everyone - hold tight on your orders!
Ordered a Burberry cape poncho from farfetch, due some price issues, the boutique process the order took very long time(almost 2 weeks).
But farfetch provide a excellent customer service, a staff member reply me very fast, and keep updating information with me, never ignore my emai, they are really helpful.

Farfetch is by far the worst e-boutique I had encountered.
-First they over priced their item, like for ex. They sell Saint Laurent items more expensive the Saintlaurent.com and on the top of that you have to pay shipping costs. Since when a resellers is more expensive than the official seller?
-Second, they offer you discount/free shipping promo codes that are not valid.
-Third, when you enquire them for their bad performance they come up with silly excuses.
In summary they are Mr. Porter/luisaviaroma- wanna be!
Don't bother visiting the site…just buy with professionals (Mr. Porter, luisaviaroma or the official e-boutiques of you brand of choice)
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
