Amazing selection
June 21, 2016

I purchased a Transit Uomo shirt, a brand that is otherwise extremely hard to shop for due to it being so hard to find online, and my experience was excellent. I could never find this brand anywhere else until i went on transit and found a big selection for Transit. Shipping was fine (nothing special) and packaging was what was expected. I recommend farfetch and had no problems shopping with them.

So I was a bit hesitant about Farfetch and in particular their partner boutique Vitkac. I read a few reviews about the poor experiences with Vitkac and was worried my order would be in danger.

However, Vitkac delivered my item just fine and quite swiftly. I placed my order on a Thursday evening and received my item Monday afternoon. The shoe was in brand new condition and packaged well enough. The shoe box had some marks and stains on it but that's irrelevant.

The shoe I purchased was $295 after discount. It goes for $475 full retail price at Burberry. I think I got an amazing deal and you can't find a better deal than that anywhere else --- even eBay.

Time to save up some money for some future orders.:)

+1 to Farfetch, Italist, Raffaello Network and all the similar sites out there

Duplicate?

I purchased a pair of shoes made by rick owens from farfetch website. I just received my item few hours before. I'm so happy that it could be delivered that fast. However, once I open the shoes box, I found a paper wrote "duplicate" in the box. I wanna know what's going on with this? I don't want to spend that much money on a fake item...

First time purchase for a pair of Lanvin sneakers (size 35) from Vitkac (US$333), unfortunately I received size 36 (which only cost US$296).

Disappointingly that there is no more size 35 available from Farfetch. Farfetch refused to refund the price difference and CS explained "quotation might be various between different boutique even with the same item under different sizes as the popularity of brands are not always the same with our partner boutique."

Received the wrong size product and simply want a partial refund for the price difference to ease the trouble for sending back and loss from exchange difference from refund. Furious that why have to suffer money loss (exchange loss + shipping) even the mistake is made by farfetch's partner boutique. Besides, the shoes' insole were worn out and shoe cap with scratch when I received and check. Utterly disappointed with the quality and service from farfetch and Viktac. Wholeheartedly not recommended to anyone who want to shop here.

Until their recent sale, I've only purchase a few hard to find luxury items from farfetch that I usually kept.
Because their sale started before the other big stores, and because I needed numerous types of clothes comma I bought things all over the luxury side of their website.
This came to a tremendous amount of money over the period of three to four weeks.
I kept 70 to 80% of the items.
A couple smelled like horrible mold.
One necklace arrived broken.
Some of the tags they put on so that the clothing won't be worn are done so that you can't even see what it will look like.
When I ask to exchange a few items for a size that showed available, it took 3-4 phone calls over 6 days to get the ok on that.
For one item, I had to just repurchase it.
The boutique would not agree to an exchange.

It has been over 3 to 4 weeks since my first returns were sent. I have received 2 of approximately 8 or 9 credits dur.
All customer service will say is that it takes a week to 10 days.
It has been three to four weeks.

I am extremely concerned because I have sent more returns in the last couple weeks and to know this is their procedure is beyond concerning.

I would continue to purchase on their website, but can not do to this experience I'm not receiving credit for my returns.

It is not a week to 10 day process. Like the other reviews say to get a credit seems to take over a month as well as numerous complaints and calls and hopefully it will at least happen then.

Ordered a Brunello Cuccinelli leather bomber jacket on Monday and it was delivered
From Italy to my south Florida house on Wednesday. Tracking information was exceptional
And the jacket was received in immaculate condition. I must mention that the cost was less than one-half of the New York City boutique price. Win win all around!

I placed an order online and later that day received an email from Farfetch stating they have cancelled my order. I ring and ask why my order has been cancelled and they said my bank did not authorise my payment a '2nd' time?

Fair enough they cancelled my order but what I still don't understand is why they have taken my money (Nearly £400) and not returned it.

I have spoken to customer service who are rude and very unhelpful. I have also emailed them asking to contact my bank so I can receive my money to which are ignored!

I suspect they have let me buy an item that they do not have in stock and blamed my bank so they do not have to honour their order.

Very, very unhappy with this company. STAY AWAY PEOPLE.

I have never written a review in my LIFE. However, my experience with this company was SO unpleasant. I had to. In a nutshell, I felt duped by this company. Overall there are WAY better options out there for online shopping. I found Farfetch to be out of touch with the customer. The website was uninformative when it mattered most. One of the many examples: Returns & Refunds. I dont find it fair that you have to return an item within 14 days, and this item needs to get back to the vendor in this allotted time (even if the vendor is across the world), or else your return is null and void. Perhaps the most disappointing find as well as the most ridiculous policy is: if your Farfetch tag is broken when you receive it or you accidentally cut it off, or (like my situation) the tag was clasping a shirt together and had to be taken off to try it on, you will have to pay for the entirety of that item, whether you like it or not and especially if you want to return it. What is this? This is STEALING theyre just taking peoples money. They do not forewarn new customers about the Farfetch tag. BEWARE! Way to look out for the customers Farfetch! My tag was clasping a button down shirt together - it had to be taken off! My shirt also had 4 needles inside the shirt. One cut my shoulder blade. I kid you not needles. This was the boiling point. Bottom line, Farfetch does not care about the customer. They care about money in their pockets. Farfetch is not convenient, impossible to return, slacking on refunds, and MASSIVE AMOUNTS of trickery involved. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. ASOS is a much better option and is more user friendly!

I ordered some shoes from far fetched and they sent the item quickly and packaged nicely. Luckily I tried the shoe on at a local retail store and knew my perfect size because far fetched has a policy about how you can't return an item if the security tag isn't attached. The shoes I received had the tag laying around in the box. It seems like it was set up so I wouldn't be able to return it. If you order from them just becareful about returns. Other than that they were good.

I returned my Chloe boots and sent them almost a month, I have not obtained my refund! I sent 3 chasers and the response is always the same! Terrible service and these luxury items don't come cheap

I placed an order on 24/3/2016 and later it got canceled as they couldn't verify some details of my credit card. A day later, I placed another order gave them the proof of billing. The packages came fast and nicely. Today I went to check my bank account and found out they CHARGED ME FOR THE ORDER THAT GOT CANCELED THAT NEVER SHIPPED TO ME! IT WAS $290.38! It's not a lot but still. I want my money back!

LA RIP OFF

The LA store allowed someone to charge over $2000. 00 on my husbands charge card and we do not even live in CA! How can a sale person not question over 10 purchases in the store by the same person in less than one weeks time. What happen to checking ID completely awful. I would always question someone who seems to buy over $2000. 00 worth of clothing in a week, no body does that unless it was someone that works there. Shame on Farfetch! Do not spend you money at a place that will allow people to get ripped off.

Long time no refund!

I bought a monclear overcoat last month. And several days later I received the package and put it on but it is a little tight. So I emailed to the farfetch customer service for a return. A dhl man came to pick it up. After that day, I check the status on farfetch.com everyday. Today it's been a month! The customer service only told me they had received my return but I still have to wait for the refund. I do not know how long I need to wait. I am going back home out of US in one week. I even do not know what to do with my debit card because without the refund I can not cancel my debit account when I go home!

Update: After posting the review, the manager contacted me, very nicely and apologized to me with saying he would help me to deal with it as soon as possible. Three days later, the refund got back successfully. Thanks so much for the manager so I change the overall rating to three stars. But it is still so long time. I hope next time the farfetch.com response to customers more quickly.

Horrible

Very very poor customer services (and I see a lot of such comments).
I have provided a robust but negative review to my customer services experience (I tried to find out why Farfetch does not allow me to choose payment currency as per boutiques currency. This is most logical and do not cause problems at custom clearance, unlike their current approach to set currency based on location).
After this negative review customer services started to put on me extra requirements during next order. And this is after order was placed, confirmed and money has been withdrawn.
In 5 days I was threaten that they want me to agree with their pricing policy in general otherwise my order will be canceled.
When I said that I do not think that their pricing approach is in customers interest and I will not buy from them as much as from other on-line retailers. And this is a one-off order where I understand pricing policy after previous discussion. They canceled my order with the reason that I am the only dissatisfied Russian customer and I am not a Farfetch adept.

I wonder what if all on-line shops will approve orders only from a certain selection of customers? Sounds like a harassment

Ordered a pair of shoes during the sale, and they sent me a pair of second hand shoes. Asked for exchange they told me that that's the last one they have in stock. Since I heard a lot of bad experience for returning things to farfetch, I asked for a discount because I clearly don't want to pay for a second hand item the price for a new item. They offered me 10% off. I think 10% is for a new item with certain flaws, So I said no and I would like to have a 25%off. They rejected my offer today. Ready to return the item but since it already been close two weeks return period. Finger crossed that I can get my money back.

I have wanted the Givenchy Pandora Medium Peacock pring bag FOREVER. One morning I got a sale alert from Shopstyle; the bag was still somewhat out of my price range but doable. I made my purchase choking on the price a little. The very next day Farfetch began a promotion giving an additional 30% off of sale items. I called customer service to see if they allow me to use the discount on an item I had purchased the day before. The customer service rep I spoke with agreed to refund the difference as soon as we hung up a received an email confirming my refund would be processed. I got the refund in less than 2 days. My bag arrived yesterday in 5 star condition; in a beautiful bow wrapped box with the dust bag included. From ITALY to TX in 6 days I LOVE THIS BAG!

Prices goes up on sales

Farfetch often gives amazing promotions, like free shipping, - extra discounts on already discounted items. However, it is very disappointing that prices from items goes up when these kind of promotions are offered. For example, I was watching a pair of sneakers from Dolce and Gabbana they were on sale 175€ it was excellent opportunity to buy but I decided to wait for a promo code, when they offer 30% off on sale items these sneakers were 207 €.

It is very unfair that Farfetch let this happen.
