I ordered some shoes off their website. They were never delivered. FARFETCH REFUSED TO submit a claim to FedEx and told me it's my loss. I contacted FedEx they said the company refused to submit a claim, to go to the local police and file a police report. I'm literally fighting to get my $820 back. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! I promise you will regret it!
Took my money cancelled my order on the next day and still have not gotten my refund or item as of yet. Called the customer service and they claimed that my order was sent to another merchant who is sending my order after holding my money for a month. I will be contacting the BBB on them. Call

I returned my package with the DHL service and it seems somehow the package went missing!
I have proof of return, but Farfetch put practically NONE of effort to solve this case. Very de-shaming company where they put everything but the customer first! I barely get respons of them. While its absolutely their responsibility to contact the delivery service to find out what happend.
I still did not received any refund so far ( €137)
If they wont take their responsibility soon, I will definitely take further steps myself to solve this case!
Update: after more then a month of "investigating" I did get my refund. Took a long time but after all the case is solved..
As long as you get your merchandise they are great. BUT if you have any delivery problems or dont get your merchandise, (probly becuse of the delivery company's B.S) Farfetch will not be helpful in getting your merchandise or a refund. Just last week.somebody forged my signature (either the delivery company delivered to the wrong home or "they" stole it) and i am getting every excuse in the world from Farfetch so they dont have to be of assistance. So now i am going thru the dispute with my Credit card company. I never had any problems with Farfetch until this last order but i guess if i would've had a delivey problem before, then i would've found out sooner about their lack of caring customer service. And ive spent over $5000 dollars with Farfetch and this order that was never delivered, with a Fraudulent signature included, was only about $500. So long story short, you are not a valued customer.they only value your money, and when someone on their end screws up, they got every excuse in the world,Not to be at fault! Thats Bad Business

Farfetch cancelled my order saying I requested it. When I called customer service they said it was cancelled because they don't deliver to my address even though I made several previous orders to the same address. Also they could not give a valid reason for not contacting me prior to making the cancellation without my authorization.

Not something I would expect from the luxury brand. After contacting the customer service and exchanging 37 messages with them over 2 months and a half, they finally told me that the brand accepted a return.
I asked for a refund since day one as the item was faulty. Farfetch customer service just ignores my request and sent back the item "repaired". I'm still asking for a refund. They are the worst app/website to buy from. Do not buy from them unless you have some money and time to waste!
I was led along a garden path being told my order was going to come and it never did. I placed an expensive order with Farfetch as a Christmas Present for my partner. I payed for Express Delivery so that it would definitely come, Christmas came and there was no product/delivery.
I spent so much time chasing the order with generic responses, blaming most of it on their 'partners'. A platform that is purely partner based, it seems like a brilliant way of shifting blame for how inefficient and deficient in customer service that Farfetch is a sole entity.
The product never came, my partner never received their Christmas gift and I as a customer wasn't incentivised with any form of voucher or compensation for this awful process.
In November, I ordered a Jil Sander tangle small white from Farfetch. When I received the item, it's MILK white (with different product ID and the tag was broken). I returned and received a different amount which delivery fee was excluded. I found it unacceptable as it's Farfetch who sent the wrong item. I shouldn't bear the delivery fee so I email them and get my refund in the end.
After 1 month, in December, I purchased the same item again. I even email asking them to remind the vendor to send the correct item this time round. The new customer service replied me, in a way I didn't feel good… When I finally received my second order, the item is wrong again! And the wrong item I received is exactly the same item as I received in November (I can recognise it because the broken tag shares the same tear and there is a handwriting on it). I guess the item experienced 3 times of return as they strike off the code and hand write the new code this time. Once again, I wrote to Farfetch, same customer service, and s/he replied me the same answer. S/he has a reply template which is really different from the 1st customer service.
I was recommended by influencer. However, a terrible experience I had with Farfetch……!
I've bought several items from Farfetch and have been happy with the items received.
Recently, I bought a bucket style but structured bag that I feel was packed in a box that was slightly too small. The bag was made of smooth leather and I felt that there was a slight indentation from the lid of the box pressing on the bag.
Return process was easy.
Arranged for DHL to pick up the parcel.
I was sent an email every step of the way:
1. Email received on day of return to acknowledge that the item had been received by DHL and tracking number provided.
2.3-4 days later that the item had been received, would be checked and refund processed.
3. Email on the same day to inform that the item had been processed and the refund could take up to 14 days to receive.
I checked my credit card and the refund was received in the same day.
Would definitely recommend Farfetch based on my experience with them.
I have ordered at 09/12 the bag as gift for my pregnant wife to Portugal. I wanted to make a surprise for her
But Farfetch send me at 15th that they are return back my order to store and now price will be 950€ instead of 610€, and I should make a new order and pay x2 price, because soon Christmas. So, now my money are hold, my wife without gift and it was my last order in Farfetch.
Be careful, I see that many people have the same problem with them. Don't order here You will be without money and order!
One of the worst luxury buying experiences I've ever had. They only care about making money and dont treat or even talk to customer in a respectful way. Was on with two very rude customer service people and was treated like crap before being lied to and hung up on.
Took my money and sent me an email that my L'Agence velvet pants would ship in a week. The week came and they sent me another email that the pants were no longer available, refunded my money. Fulfillment model stuck in 2009? I would have just gotten the product straight from L'Agence had i realized.

I bough some Prada boots, delivery went smooth but the invoicing part killed me. After numerous phone calls, emails and promises I still have a wrong issued invoice they don't want to correct. I'm missing my VAT number (wich makes the invoice toilet paper)and after getting numerous promises via email that they will fix it and send me a corrected invoice they stopped answering. I started with the emails/phones I've finally got an answer today that they will not change the invoice.after they made me sent all my company documents. Now after they have my documents they refuse to add the VAT. I never ever in my life had such a bad experience with any sites I order from … 100% not recommend. Trust me you will loose your hair
Ordered a pair of shoes that supposedly were coming from Italy. The ordered never arrived supposedly cause it got damaged and two months later, I'm still trying to get a refund. Tried to dispute the charge through my bank and they lied to the bank saying that they had delivered the ordered when they even sent me emails that the order was NOT going to get delivered. Anyways, frustrating, still waiting for the refund and I do NOT recommend ordering anything from them.

And I simply thought they are expensive BUT later found out the actual price of the shoes is $100+ AND NOT $400+!
Apparently their boutiques can sell at any price to farfetch customers and farfetch takes no responsibility to protect us from being ripped off by their 3rd part partners! Never expected this from a supposedly reputable brand.
Having bought 2 pairs of on running shoes for the price of 8 pairs should not be acceptable. That's common sense! But no, they take no responsibility for choosing boutiques that are ripping this customers!
PS the reason I doubted the price and did my research was that one of the shoes came with a price tag what was way cheaper than what I had paid for it! 3 emails got no reply. Then I called to be told that they don't control the price and it's at the discretion of their boutiques! But this is pure rip off! People shop at farfetch not the boutiques. This farfetch are supposed to protect their customers by ensuring the products are priced reasonably compared to actual market place!

DO NOT BUY FROM FARFETCH. I was a regular buyer from farfetch because some of the brand not available in Australia. Recently they had 20% off Jacquemus so I ordered a bag the full price was $1,711AUD and after sale its $1373AUD. Later i went to Jacquemus website and saw the same bag is only $960 AUD. I was shocked at the price difference. I emailed farfetch to cancel my order and refund which they did. I ordered my bag directly from Jacquemus and it came within 4 days.
I saw same thing with Amina muaddi shoes. It's ridiculously priced at farfetch but mytheresa or saks have at a much cheaper price. I will not buy anything from farfetch again!
Horrible customer service, Farfetch is like a dog that poops on your floor and then pretends like you asked for them to poop on your floor. Bad dog
As a high rated google reviewer with honest reviews about products and websites I want to place a compliment for the service of farfetch. Although multiple negative reviews about delivery and service I doubted to order expensive Nike shoes. I always securely check websites that are new or unknown to me. And normally I do not order if shops have negative reviews. However, farfetch was the only shop at which these shoes where available. To be sure I payed with security for delivery and refund by PayPal. The shoes were needed for a special occasion and I payed extra for extra fast delivery. Delivery was planned between 29th November and 5th December. At the night of 28th November I got mail that on the morning of 29th November, DHL would deliver my package. And so happened on the exact time of the communicated mail. The product was in perfect state and all new without any defects. Including complete instructions for return in case of wrong size or anything else. I do not recognize my order in the light of negative reviews about farfetch service. Compliments for very fast delivery from USA to the Netherlands and complete product.

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
