Never had any issues with Farfetch at all. By far my favourite high end fashion shop. Fast shipping, comes perfectly packaged and never an issue with the item.

Once again the merchant sent the wrong size. I assume that the merchant simply took the liberty of sending me what he had in stock!

After reading so many mixed reviews I was reluctant to continue with my purchase but the 14 day free return policy put my mind at ease. Decided to order a Many Atelier bag from Stefania Mode boutique which I wasn't sure at all what to expect in terms of quality, condition, wrapping PR anything else. The item arrived in flawless conditions perfectly wrapped, all with inclusions dust bag care card detailed receipts and all. Communication from FarFetch throughout the process and delivery took less than a week to Dubai. Only thing missing is a discount code to use on my next purchase cuz I'll definitely be repeating!
I bought the moncler acorus jacket for £560 from farfetch website, i then got a email saying thanks for your purchase from dellagilo i then googled the company and found they sell it for £506 with delivery. I feel this is a big scam.

I ordered a messenger bag all the way from Japan and I got it within 2 days of ordering it (keep in mind Im from the US)! The package was in pristine condition and had no shipping complications! Overall this was a 10/10 shopping/shipping experience thanks to Farfetch! I will definitely be ordering through them again!
You know at first i loved about this website, i had bought few expensive givenchy shirts even gucci jacket for awhile. But it came to me one time when i ordered a alexander mcqueen shirt with all sizes available when it just came out, i received the wrong one at the time they sent me the short sleeve shirt but in the website came with the long one, i immmediately returned and hopefully i can get the another shirt on time. Too bad all farfetch did nothing boo hoo sorry for my time the alexander ran out all sizes, all i can do now is waiting and they will let me know if it will be back in stock [we already knew that thing will never happend] there is nothing for us to do, even an complaint to that store who sent me the wrong product and messing with my time? Jesus unbelievable :(

I purchased merchandises from Farfetch for a few times. They sent me the wrong order for the first time, but the shipping was way too expensive to return it. And they canceled another two orders, saying that it was the problem with my credit card, but when I called my credit card company, they said it was Farfetch who canceled the orders. I have shopped on farfetch a few times and on the last two occasions I have paid for express delivery and the items have arrived late. With shipping at a cost of £10 for standard or £15 express, I would expect a better service.
Otherwise can't fault the site!

You advertise 4 day shipping, yet I received my parcel a full 14 days after first purchasing. This was because your boutique partner wanted to verify the amount of shoes I ordered and it took you 5 days to confirm with me. When I did confirm my order nobody informed the boutique to process the order, so it was delayed even further. It was only when I phoned customer service that someone looked into it. Even then, the customer service agent laughed at me on the phone when I was upset about level of service. In the end I went directly to the store who were most helpful. You clearly dont have the appropriate systems in place. I ordered these shoes on behalf of 4 of my bridesmaids for my wedding this week. You have now lost 5 customers. I would never recommend FarFetch to anyone.
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
