My 65 year old mom bought my wife a $500 pair of shoes from Farfetch and they were never worn. Farfetch would not let us return or exchange the shoes even though they were never even put on. I wouldn't recommend Farfetch to anyone. This has been horrible.
They canceled my order 3 different times for security reasons and I never ended up processing an order. Almost 6 months later someone used mg card information and placed to large orders to be sent to an address in London and I live in the US lol. Then 3 months later it happened again. I will definitely never order from here again.
Do not purchase from this company if you arent positive it will fit! They refuse returns claiming item was damaged and send back item in worse shape then when you sent. Claimed the tags were missing when they were not. I sent pictures showing tags were still in tact and only had the item on for 1 minute before determining it was too small. I have never experienced customer service like this. The item was very expensive and I wish I purchased from a reputable company.
Ordered and never received package. DHL directs you to contact Farfetch, Farfetch doesn't care that you never received your package. Shopped with Farfetch multiple times prior but will never shop from them again. They did not offer any form of resolution at all. Just said 'sorry we can't help any further'. Never dealt with such horrible customer service. Even Walmart values their customers more than Farfetch! That's hundreds of dollars down the drain for me at Farfetch's disposal. Scam of a website. I had shoes in my cart that were on sale! They changed the price while I was checking out and then proceeded to say that this last was being sold by a different vendor at a high price! I have shopped with them for many years but never again! Shop NET A PORTER! FARFETCH is dishonest and their practices are fraudulent!
I have been waiting on a refund for $1000 of shoes for over a month. Getting close to reporting it as credit card fraud as I do not have any goods for my services. Will not be ordering from farfetch anymore.
They delivered empty, opened package which was worth of 300 USD, when I tried to get refund, they said nothing can be done since they asked courier and they said they delivered package unopened :) not sure what else would they say. No other proof, just word of the courier. So it means, even tho its luxury company and you could order something over 1 K and if it gets lost/stolen etc... they will not do anything about it, even with the customers who have spend a lot of money throughout the years on their website.
Don't shop here. My item was stolen from the delivery driver and they didn't care. The package was very expensive and they did not refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
I recently ordered 3 pairs of Tom Ford sunglasses, two in the same design of a different color and then a separate design. I kept one pair and started the process to return the other two pairs. The DHL courier picked up both, signed both slips. I received credit for only one. I write to customer service and they say the other box was EMPTY. A complete fabrication. This is a scam and a lie. I am owed 297 Euros!
I purchased a pair of leather shoes on this website. Did not realise they were not even a seller but just a platform. The shoes sent to me were a cheaper, plastic model. Tried to find a resolution but all I got were template like emails. Very bad experience! Stay away
I ordered 2 valentino belts from farfetch for $315 and $450 each. The belt for $315 was on sale in its size, and I decided to purchase it knowing I can get the size fixed to my waist in the store. However, I didn't get a chance to fix it for a few weeks.Took it out today realized the belt has scratches, and the plating on the belt has come off? Definitely is not the real product and I am beyond shocked that farfetch has no control over the crap they sell. Utterly disappointed and disheartened, have no words.
This company is filled with liars and sheer thieves. You have been lying to me about my refund for almost one month now. And whenever I call, I get told another lie. How incompetent can you lots be? Lying to me in series of emails. And when I phone the support line with my hard earned money, the call gets dropped on me? I will ensure that nobody I know ever use this service. Absolutely exasperating! I paid for a product which I NEVER received, and all I got in return were roundabout answers and bureaucratic redundancies from their customer service. For a company that prides itself on its reputation, FARFETCH has shown an overwhelming aura of complacency and indifference.
I felt completely dismissed during our exchanges. It's shocking that a brand of FARFETCH's caliber can treat its customers with such disregard. Instead of tangible solutions or clarity, I was met with vague responses that danced around the issue.
It's one thing to not receive what you've paid for, but it's another to feel like your genuine concerns are being tossed aside by the very service that's supposed to help. For anyone considering shopping with FARFETCH: be wary. You might end up paying for empty promises and sheer frustration.

I recently completed my first transaction with this company and, unfortunately, my initial experience left me quite disappointed. I placed an order for a pair of wedding shoes in size 36 EU for my wife. However, the quality of the shoes did not meet the expected standards, and while we reluctantly decided to keep them, the size guide on the website proved to be grossly inaccurate. This led us to initiate a return on the very same day in order to exchange them for the correct size.
Much to our surprise, the company rejected our request for a refund, arguing that the shoes we returned were not in the same quality condition as when they were dispatched. This assertion was entirely baseless, as we had returned the shoes in the exact condition in which we had received them.
Have been trying to get a refund for over a month for over $5k of items. Customer service is extremely slow and incompetent. Will take days to get sent a return label. They will try to say your package has been lost or not received by seller so make sure to have receipts

Ughhhh i am done with this company. The worst ever … it is a trap they put some items on sale with a really good price because usually they will be defected and in a really bad condition. I ordered a jacquemus bag was for a very very good price coming from a boutique in Hong Kong which i was worried about ordering it from that boutique but unfortunately i did. I was on vacation so once i got back I opened the package to find out the bag has peelings and scratches that I can't even ignore them or unseen them … so I decided to return the customer service representative was really nice and helped me to sent it back. I sent it with all tags attached and even inside the same box that I received in … after 10 days waiting for my refund. I found out that the boutique in Hong Kong refused my return and said that the bag has been used …. Sounds really funny to me. Because thats how I received it from them … LESSON LEARNED WILL NEVER EVER ORDER from Farfetch… they are dealing with not trustworthy boutiques. I disputed my transaction and we will see what will happen i have all proofs
I ordered two high end items on Apple Pay and clicked my phone and saw that a previously used gift address was in my phone even though I had changed it in my Mac computer. It didn't populate. I Called farfetched immediately and they said they would take care of it and cancel it, they did not. Apparently that was a far fetched claim. My $300 order went to someone else's address and I was still charged. I get it was my mistake, but an order should be able to be canceled within one second of ordering, especially if they say it was.
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
