Farfetch didn't send customs-required info along with my product. Customs reached out to them for over a week but Farfetch didn't reply so Customs denied clearance. So, FedEx prepared return packaging. I had to call FedEx to get the return packaging shipping info for Farfetch. Even that, Farfetch has still delayed my product. They are completely useless.

My card was used on this webstei for 1200 eur, i contacted them within 3 hours but they say they are unable to refund my money because the order was sent out, total scam fraudulent company
I ordered something from them almost 3 weeks ago and there was an issue with customs which I had then communicated with them that I would like to process a refund. The courier company had also tried to get in contact with them in regards to this to send back the item which then never responded nor got back to the courier company. My issue is still not being dealt with and their responses were the same saying "they we working on it" and now they are not responding to any of my emails nor have they given my money back.
This is very unfortunate that my first time experience with them is going this bad as I had very high hopes and was planning on shopping from then regularly if my first order had went well but clearly not.
Never order from that company. It's a hidden scam. I paid more than 80$ and never received it. When I reached the customer service, their answer was that the package was stollen in front of my house and it was not their responsibility.
After returning a pair of shoes that had I had not worn (indeed, I had not even fully removed them from the box), the company denied the return. I was told I should have inspected the shoes and reported wear/damage upon receipt, and since I was unaware of this policy, it is on me to bear the responsibility. No other retailer I've ever dealt with has been this inflexible and unhelpful. There was not even a discussion regarding potential options, credit, a partial return, etc. Do not recommend purchasing from this site as you can find all of these goods elsewhere with significantly better customer service.
I bought a pair of boots that weren't labeled for any gender and assumed they were women's, well they were men's. And yes they were 'final sale'. But their website did not indicate clearly what gender these were for. I went back and forth with their 'customer support' I offered to pay the full shipping refund costs myself, (denied) to exchanging the men's boot for the women's, (denied) to only receive a site credit in lieu of a refund, (denied) and basically told lol F off. Zero customer support. Buy only if you have 100% trust in what you're paying for and have no desire to refund,exchange, etc.
Finally getting to sharing this. Bought my husband a pair of Dolce & Gabbana slippers for Christmas present. He opened the package on Christmas day, in front of the family. He loved the look (red Carretto Siciliano-print terry slippers). When he put them on however, he said it's not stable (thick foamy soles). The family said he shouldn't take a chance falling while on stairs. So I packed them (in all the original wrappings and package), got shipping labels and sent via UPS. Sometime later I received an email that says they found a problem - pulled thread (from terry cloth). I emailed asking how was the package opened, because I didn't pull any thread while packing them. The next thing they did was to mailed slippers back to me (refusing to take the return). When I looked at the bottom of slippers through the plastics (never opened it), there was a long, VERY visible thread. I absolutely didn't do this because it's not possible to not notice this. Having seen the material, I understand that a pull COULD happen, especially if someone has a sharp object nearby. As a vendor, blaming such an event on a customer without evidence is dishonorable. They could have it repaired. We could have it repaired if we liked the product, but we don't. At this day of age, we will do plenty of on-line shopping's, and returns - never had this kind of experience ever before. Be warned, do not shop on farfetch!

I made 2 purchases at Farfetch, the first one went well, the second time I received 1 of the 3 pieces I purchased and when I contacted customer service they said they would carry out an investigation and the conclusion was that they found no error. Loss of 700 dollars. I feel ripped off, I don't intend to buy there again. Picture below of how my purchase arrived.

Defects on boots that I didnt make.
I got boots that were too big, so I packed straight away and send it back. I didnt make any photos.
I got answer from Farfetch that boots came with defects! They sent me photos of boots, I couldnt prove other way so they sent boots back.
And this is not the end! I got boots and I couldnt believe my eyes, but defects are worse then in the photos they send me! This time I have a proof. I dont know what caused these defects(I think the original black box), but what I want you to learn from my mistake- make photos off everything you get just in case.
I still hope they will refund me
Do not order unless you are sure that the item will fit you. I ordered a pair of shoes in December and decided to return my order as the size was too small. They refuse to refund me because they pretend that the article got damaged. It can't be me because I literally just wore the shoes for 2 minutes and put them back in the box. It might have been damaged in the transportation or after they received it. They refuse any sort of discussion and decided to send it back to me and charge me. It is a totally abusive practice. After reading several similar comments, I actually think that they intentionally damage the returned items in order not to refund their clients, as they are in a pretty difficult financial situation.
I left a review based on a bad experience because the customer service didn't repair the problem. Prompted to email again and got no reply. Farfetch owes me $26 for a promotional discount.
They sent a very expensive garment in a single sheet of tissue paper. What if the cardboard box got wet or torn as the previous one did?
No garment bag or wrapper. I had to purchase one from another retailer.

Lost a day waiting for dhl to arrive. They told me they dont do scheduled time slots for pick ups.
Long story short, FF has turned into Yoox, which is a clearance website.

They ended up taking $1000 from my account. Robbers. And I'm not getting my money back either. Even though they've found out, that it wasn't me, spending any money here. Because, they've already shipped the goods to someone who had hacked my informations on this site. They shipped the goods at the same moment, that the money got taken from account. When I ordered for my wife, it took days to get the confirmation and then the process started. Here they took the money and then the package was shipped. I smell something rotten here. And bye bye money
I intended to purchase a Canada Goose jacket for myself and a Moncler jacket for my wife as a New Year's gift. After browsing online, I came across Farfetch and added selected items to my cart. Subsequently, I received an email confirming the availability of the items with a discount incentive for immediate purchase. Consequently, I finalized my purchase on December 17th, with a promised delivery date of December 27th, a 10-day delivery window that seemed reasonable for European shipping.
However, I later received an email from Farfetch indicating that the Moncler jacket, previously marked as available (as confirmed by another email), was, in fact, unavailable. They proposed refunding my payment or offering an alternative product. I opted for a refund, intending to buy locally in time for the New Year. Concurrently, Farfetch informed me that the Canada Goose jacket was being processed and would soon be dispatched.
Simultaneously, I received another email from a different boutique stating that my Moncler order was processed and set for shipment the next day. I promptly requested a cancellation and refund from this boutique. They acknowledged my request but failed to provide any updates for four consecutive days.
Since then, despite my daily email inquiries, I have neither received the ordered items nor obtained a refund. Additionally, the responses from Farfetch's customer support have been inconsistent. One representative claimed the refund for the Moncler jacket was processing, while another insisted it was already shipped.
Furthermore, the Canada Goose jacket, initially scheduled for delivery on December 27th, remains undelivered, with no concrete updates or tracking information available. According to the app, the Moncler order appears canceled, while the Canada Goose order is still listed as "preparing."
Regrettably, I have yet to receive the Canada Goose jacket despite having paid for it 11 days ago. Conversely, the Moncler jacket, according to shipping information, may arrive next week. However, I remain skeptical due to the conflicting information provided by Farfetch's customer service.
Their inconsistent and unresponsive customer support has left me frustrated and out of pocket by over €3,000. I strongly advise against doing business with them based on my experience.
Ugh! This site is literally criminal! Never received a pair of pants and it took months to get a refund and I had to contact them to initiate! Awful!
It's now been 4 months and still NO REFUND. The customer service agents won't raise a complaint and cannot and will not answer to where my parcel is or who lost my order. Two videos uploaded with this review proves how terrible and vile their customer service is. I have had to contact Trading Standards to report how Farfetch are operating.
Returned my order back in August 2023, the order passed UK customs and was sent to Japan and then returned back to my billing address EMPTY. My parcel was stolen and tampered with somewhere after UK customs to Japan and back to me. Farfetch have been ignoring me since August and still have not refunded me for my missing goods of £180. I have had to contact trading standards to get involved. Do not purchase from Farfetch. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I am now £180 down and I do not even have the goods.
I ordered approximately 700$ of clothes, one jacket and one pant
I never got it, apparently a third party took care of the delivery, so it was hard to track the items, they were not sure where it was, I finally got a confirmation it has been delivered, when I contested it, they sent me a proof of delivery, but it's not even sign by myself, it's the name of someone I don't even know, what a shame to deliver expensive clothes but to deliver it with any care, I told them I didn't sign for it, it's not my name on the signature, they didn't want to hear more about it and they closed this case and after months i still never been refund or even a voucher
They give you parcel to any guy who will be there when they deliver

No product was delivered, after intensively follow-up with UPS for more than 2 weeks, apparently my package was lost. Furthermore, Farfetch customer service without fact checking sent an email that there won't be any refund. I fought back to get my money refunded and eventually received my money back. Lost so much time and bad experience and resulted nothing as 1st time experience purchasing via FarFetch
It's protecting the criminals that are selling fake bags from China and they don't check properly. On Sunday, I discovered they sold me a fake bag and I've given them every opportunity to fix it. And they gave me some script

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
