I do all of my shopping online and I appreciate when a site is easy to navigate and delivery is fast. Farfetch has great merchandise and designers, and shopping there has been a good experience all around.

Fast Delivery thought I wouldn't get my items before my wedding got them literally 2-3 days after I ordered.

Farfetch has been a nightmare to deal with. I returned an expensive item a month ago but still haven't received a refund. Shocking service from a "luxury retailer". Feels more like theft than service.

I love Farfetch. Bought many items from them and those were shipped direcrtly from the boutique stores in France and Italy. When an item didn't fit, I returned them via DHL. DHL would do the necessary paper work and seal the box right in front of me.
That being said. Whatever items I returned in that box are untouched by DHL until they arrive back to Farfetch.

I read 1 reviewer complained the items he/she returned got swapped with something else. Those stories are made-up. Not true. He/she probaly took the goods and returned using junks from their closet. Terrible.

I shopped with Farfetch for almost 8 years and that never happened.

My only complaint now is that some items I want to buy now are shipping directly from the U.S. and Farletch is imposing the sales tax on me. That is expected I know, but I'm not happy.

I was looking for a particular Gucci wallet that was sold out EVERY WHERE but this website. I was skeptical because it seemed too good to be true. Package arrived earlier than state in official packaging! I cannot wait for my hubby to get his anniversary gift!

I have to admit that I was a bit hesitated before making an order with your organization as I have been ripped off many times in the past from a few companies. Copied items, poor quality, far from original design, and extremely delay in delivery are nightmares. I actually have another entity, who I have used once in the past and really like them. Yet you guys have outcompeted them in terms of price and speed! I cannot believe that I have received my orders within a few days. And they look as good as being advertised on the web. Thank you and I will continue to shop with you!

I shop the world online constantly and I have found FarFetch to be better than all the rest. The speed at which they get my orders to me in New Zealand is head spinning. When I recently had to return an item (I'd ordered the wrong size). FarFetch made the process an absolute breeze. I didn't have to leave the house and it didn't cost me a cent. I had a full refund in no time. And what I've bought from them is beautiful, good quality product. I love FarFetch.

I am really starting to dislike this company now which is painful because I use to love it, will never acknowledge a coupon, the rep here in Canada don't even care about the clients feeling, plan never to shop here again

I did not receive the product I ordered as pictured on their site. I wanted a xs different styled balenciaga tote but did not receive what I ordered. I received an XXS tote (not the size or style I ordered) The actual product on the balenciaga site is 1150 but I paid 1350 on Farfetch? Bad business. Never shopping again. Scammed me out of 200!

Farfetch through their appointed courier lost a returned package. For 50 days their customer service agents continue to email me saying that they are"pushing their team." They have pushed absolutely nothing but canned messages and should be ashamed at how they treat customers.
