I deposited 1000. 00 via paypal to my account. 2 weeks later I tried to withdraw 900.00 and to this day I haven't receive anything. I emailed several times and they asked me for an email so they could paypal it back which doesn't make any sense. Just release my funds and I can withdraw it but I gave them an email anyway. Still nothing. The message you see when you email them is due to covid this could take 3-5 days. That's embarrassing. There is no phone number to call. The whole point of someone putting in money is to take it out. If you can't take it out what is the point of putting it in? There were no promos or bonus restrictions btw. Just my money.

My account has been suspended my money has been froze since they had an update 3 days ago. I have not got a response and can't get in touch with anyone. My money is stuck in this toilet bowl of an app. They mine as well have just flushed it away. I can't wrap my head around how they conduct business. The incompetence and negligence is bizarre. Fan Duel has no concept of a dollar, and what it means to me. I've had Agita and can't think straight. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They are the worst online casino I gamble with about five different casinos with playing on their site that was glitching and kicking me out and took all my money without letting me play tried contacting a customer support all their phone numbers go to a message saying we are not taking phone calls or voicemails we have 24 seven online chat tried that eight hour wait time and when you finally get someone they disconnect you and after three days got online chat and they would not refund my money that they took without letting me play so beware stay away if you have any problems you will not have anyone to tell him about.

I created an account and made a deposit but then the site kicked me out and would not let me log back in or reset password. CS said that I must have accidentally created a PA account? I deleted this account and successfully created a CO account only to find out that I could not deposit because site could not verify my location lol! Got an error message saying that this is not unusual and to contact customer service. After being disconnected from chat many times a rep eventually told me that there is nothing they can do and then disconnected.

I recently joined and they were offering $200 risk free on your losses for the first 24 hours. I lost $300 and never received my casino bonus. I called 4 times and was hung up on 3 of those times. The 4th person said they would write me when they got an answer to the issue and 4 days later - no response. In addition I emailed 5 times and have gotten no response. I play on other casino sites and customer service is excellent. This is the worst one I have ever seen and they lure you in with bonuses they never give you.

I've had multiple issues with FanDuel. From them putting the wrong lines on the wrong teams/players, and the only way they honor their error, is if you chase them down for it. And even then, Their customer service is useless. They beat around bush and tell you it's been escalated and nothing ever happens then.

Another issue I've had multiple times, is for their promotions. They either do not honor the promotion, or they will site credit a different smaller bet than they are supposed to. And again, it's fanduels error that can only be fixed if you go after them. And even then, chances are you'll never get it fixed or returned.

It's shady business.

I made a few deposits and withdrawals on their Sportsbook app. I recently attempted to make a withdrawal, but didn't receive the funds? I contacted them and they said my account is under review by the payment team. I asked why and they couldn't answer because the payment team is not on live chat, but phone lines are down. It's been over a week now and I have emailed them my driver's license and recent bank statement several times because that's what they have requested from me. I chat with someone everyday, but all they say is the payment team will review and get back to me wishing 24/72 hours. I have been waiting over a week to withdraw my funds. My question is why don't they verify this before I make a deposit so that an issue like this never happens? Very unprofessional and I also believe that someone there has been intentionally delaying my case.
