Title sums it up. Signed up and was supposed to get some sort of bonus and never received a thing. Use another service, f'n amateur hour at FanDuel.

Bet the 55-1 odds on the superbowl and won. They wouldn't pay me because while I won I bet the wrong line. TOTAL SCAM! There was no other line to bet!

I deposited money in my account and then play sports won 300 and play a little bit on slots and keeps saying error when I play and logged me out it happens even when I'm playing in the middle of the game. When I logged back in my remaining money is. 27 cents all my money that I won is gone and I talked to customer service and even their manager they telling me I play the account and loss my money I couldn't even play because of the error. And now they can't get my money back! They telling me to delete the app and download it again. I know I'm not the only one having trouble playing on there app. They saying that I play the whole time and it records on history which is I DID NOT PLAY. They saying that I play won and loss accordingly! I don't know if when it log me out on my account still shows that I'm playing even tho I DID NOT! Making me look like it's my fault or whatever. Not my fault there APP is not good! And when I talk to customer service they said they couldn't find my account and no history record

I joined to get the 55 to 1 odds for the 2021 SB. Their AP was intentionally all screwed up. They said to bet in the money line. I did. I did not see the odds. I had placed the bet on Saturday. Realizing something was not correct, I went back to the live help. They confirmed the bet was correct and would be covered at 55 to 1. Well I hit. They only paid $5. I went back to the help, and question why they would not pay out. He said I did not bet it correctly. I told him your people confirmed the bet on Sunday morning. He said, I see that, but you were told to bet in the money line (It was a script that made no sense to anyone that had never bet before). I asked him to re-look at where the person told me the bet was good. He said I do not see that. Funny, I took a screenshot myself. I have the proof.

I bet $200 and won. Only $19. I bet the under on the Super Bowl and should have won $190 being my cash out to $390. Instead it was $219. I cashed out knowing they owed me another $171. Chatted with a rep from FanDuel and I was told it was an error by them. The next day I chatted again and was told since I cashed out that was the correct payout. I bet $200 and won a whopping $19! Thanks Crooks.

Made a deposite to place a bet, an account mid transaction was suspended, an this was going to be first ever, so not happy right now especially since my bet was on the coin toss for the super bowl an I chose heads. Still cannot get into the account.

I'm new to sports betting and based on the fairly compelling Superbowl 55:1 odds commercial decided to give it a try. I spent about 2 hours (including having my son who is familiar with sports betting) working on this. I put in a help ticket (there is now phone help due to COVID... really?!?) and was told I could expect help 3-5 days after the super bowl was over. Eventually based on a pop-up indicating new members could bet the straight line and expect to get 55:1 odds. I was finally able to place a straight bet. The site was very difficult to navigate, kept offering to down load the app when I was using the app, kept asking me to sign in when I was already logged in.

My entire experience is almost too much to rehash via an online review. However, the TL; DR version is that I was able to sign up for Fan Duel without an issue. This was until I logged on and it said that my account could not be verified. I messaged customer service who said it shouldn't be an issue. So I deposited X amount of money. Since then I have been unable to place any bets due to my account being "unauthorized". I have contacted customer service multiple times for help, without ever any resolution. I have tried to withdraw the original amount I deposited, they will not let me. I have tried to go to other states that Fanduel is legal to withdraw the money still no luck. Every time I ask to speak to someone I get an automated reply. So I am in a position where I cannot place a bet but I cannot withdraw my account. Fanduel essentially stole my money and told me there is no way for me to get it back.

the bonus Freeplay is obviously NOT REAL MONEY... but they will try as best they can to wiggle out of their contractual obligation...

Avoid these guys as you will be lucky to play the late games as they cannot grade in a realistic amount of time. Many times it is a hour after the play was final that they grade it. Even support is pathetic and the wait is very long.

Bonuses and re-up bonuses are horrible.

I have been playing FanDuel for about 2 years and I realize it isn't a fair game. The reason I say this is because if u join an NBA game that starts at 7pm and there are 5 games btwn 7-10pm the person that wins is always the one that has most if not at least 8 out of 9 of their players from the early 7pm game and the last player from like a 7:30-8pm game. It's the same with the NFL if u don't select your players from the early game you will not win anything because the way FanDuel works is if you're not in the top position within the first 15-20 minutes of the game starting you won't be able to move up your position basically when your score goes up your position will continue to go down. Plenty of times this has happened to me and when I compare my lineup to the winners lineup sometimes my lineup has more points than theirs but because I chose players from the "late" games instead of all my players from the early games my position stays low. I don't expect to win everytime but at the same time to never get up to the top position when my lineup is sometimes higher than the winners is suspect. I also find it weird how the people that select all their players from the early games seem to know when the bench warmers are going to play really well. Anyway the most I ever won on FanDuel last year was $5, I have used the same lineups or close to the same lineups on DraftKings and have won much more than $5. So now it's to the point where I just play the $. 5 games on FanDuel that way when I lose it doesn't bother me. Once my $5 winning run out I will no longer be investing in this game

This is exactly the type of site we don't want. I deposit $100 because I had a hunch. App didn't work right so I missed the bet. They refused to cash me out. I place a pair of $10 bets on the NFL games and lost both. They deducted the 20 plus another 40 for a parlay that I never bet. Ignore the fake reviews you will surely see about FanDuel as all of the scam artists know how to place high in the search engines with propaganda.

The actual site is good ONCE YOU GET IN! They have this bogus location software that constantly fails and tells you that you are not in the state you live in (NJ in my case). And I am located right in the middle of the state! Calling support is useless because they tell you that the location software is run by a third party. Here's a recommendation - FIRE THEM - NOW! And the notifications you get are pretty cool - they site all these laws that you are breaking - I wish they would dispatch someone to "see exactly where I am"

Would do nothing of this company. Sounds stupid but as a honest review they said taysom as TE (playing as qb after Monday wasn't changeable, have email saying after Monday they could change it and everyone had a fair chance.) I agree yet come Wednesday afternoon they alert everyone to steelers ravens game PPD. (Weirdly after monday). They claim to want to he a do the research company and back our when the money sits in their laps. Avoided draftkings do to notoriety due to professional teams and leagues. Believe me it's legit. On that picture remember they showed me (wen) and alerted me. If you know what you're doing there's a reason draft kings is sponsored to say the least

They stole almost 4K from me, they disappeared the game from my app and I couldn't do anything with those bets that I had. I recommend people not to use this app.

My wife had a $3000. 00 cash out offer that she accepted during the Boston College and Clemson game that BC was the final leg of a 3 team parlay that would have paid $15,000 if they would have won. When they were 1&10 inside Clemsons 40, that when the offer came over her phone and she accepted it, they say that she wasn't in Pa when she accepted it and we were in our home in Pittsburgh. 2 weeks later they still haven't paid her and just keep giving her a bunch of bs on her emails. Getting ready to file a complaint with pa gaming Commision.
