DO NOT TRUST FANDUEL. They hold your money and don't allow you to withdraw. They lied to me countless times about processing my withdrawal and still have not done so after over a year of trying. I pray the company burns to the ground and every employee responsible for this thieving practice goes broke. Countless lies, waste of time. Cheating service. No support. Would you trust? If Fanduel reaches out to me about my experience or review my only response would be. Compensate me $10,000 for the lies and trouble otherwise keep the $#*! stain image that you are.

No oversight. Got ripped off tonight with no recourse from this company. Highway robbery! Attempted to resolve with customer service and they refused to see the images I showed them. The images I showed them clearly showed I was screwed over and nothing. They do not have money to pay! Take screen shots of everything in case you get screwed over like me and need to sue for principle. Closing account! Stay away!

They rip you off of your bets and allocate them somewhere else then when you question them they say they will get back to you dont waste your money you have a better chance going to your local casino. Arizona resident also when you list your personal info watchout you wont get it back they keep you on file this is BOGUS!

Lmao, their location verification has this weird habit of losing verification just long enough to end hands of things like blackjack and Texas hold em and then magically fold you. Happened a few times, so when I complained, they did zero and suspended my account (after I told them to close it with a small amount in). Be careful

I just opened my first FanDuel account and placed my wagers. Deposited $1250 to try out the $1000 guarantee and placed a few other small bets. I now am locked out stating I have another account, which I never had an account as it just became legal in AZ. I did open a Caesar account day one of being legal and wouldn't you know it I cannot get into the account because they had a geotracking issue and opened several AZ accounts under Colorado and NJ. Blocking me from my funds. Supposedly they will credit my funds back. Therefore I don't know if FanDuel is tied to Caesars? But either way I don't have an account as their system is botched and I never gained access. This is horrible online experience. Bet in person or don't bet at all. I will be taking legal action if my bets are not paid out.

I opened my account early Monday morning (08/30/2021) that night won 4k. Played a bit and logged for the night. Tuesday (08/31/2021) at noon my account was suspended. I've contacted support every day since and have been told "the accounts team will email me" every single time. I've had no contact from them since then unless I initiate the contact. It is now 9/08/2021 and I've still heard nothing.

They suspended my account 4 days ago. I have no explanation as to why it was suspended. They literally ignore your emails! Do not use!

Observation: Higher wager hands lost more often than low wager hands like $1-$2

Complete FRAUD. Statistically impossible odds favoring the house with a 6 deck shoe. The screenshot is the last series of straight losing hands (7) I played and concluded that this place is fraud. Keep your money to bet somewhere fair.

I have been playing since its inception. At first I actually won some tournaments and though it was legit. However in last 8 years I cant even win anything. You need to have the best player at each position. It is rigged. Dont waste your money. These screws will steal it

Do not deal with these people. Here is how shady they are. 4 times within one week, I could not see my competitors entries at the beginning of the MLB contests. Once scores started increasing, then I was able to see them. I raised the issue to cs every time. Here is their response: we apologize for the inconvenience and will follow up with you after raising the issue to our team. Still haven't heard from anyone and it's been over a week. When you don't communicate, it certainly appears you are hiding something.

I have been locked out of my account for four months,. When emailing them (they have no customer number to call them) I have been giving the same story. They locked my account because "THEY" suspected someone hacked and used my sports book account. I do not have a Sports book account, I only have a fantasy account. I have been begging them to just close my account and let me take my money out and spend it with a refutable site. I can really care less about the money, but the principal and the lack of service STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

Approximately 2 weeks ago I deposited 500 into my account that I have been using my about 2 months. The next day my account was locked for an unknown reason. I have tried to contact them at least 25 times via email and live chat to find out the issue with no response. They are a den of thieves. I am sick and cannot leave my house and wagering was a distraction from my illness. Fanduel is horrible

So was talked into using fan Duel. Site says all these bonus and everything so sounded like a good deal. Was told deposit $10 and my friend would get a bonus. So I do so, I guess it was my fault for not reading EACH AND EVERY SMALL PRINT. Because my friend is my neighbor in a complex and I helped them sign up and deposit, we did not get the bonus. So no worries its $10 right? I chalked that up as my fault for not reading the fine print. Then I see if I finish making my profile I would get $5 free, sounds great right? NOPE, said it would take some time so I waited. In the meantime I see that if I play $10 id get $10 back, So to be sure I live chat to make sure, so the person I spoke to said My deposit did not go through so I needed to deposit $10 and wold get that and $10 free play. Sounds great, I talked to a person so assume that were back on track and no fine print mis readings. Wrong Again, my initial deposit did go through and they got me to deposit another $10. So now they have me in for $20, no big worries it was "bonus" money I was losing out on but still getting what I paid for. But I reach out to Fanduel again for some expiration. At this time they tell me my account is under review because myself and my friend have the same mailing adrress, well yes, we live in the same building. Now the fun starts, Im fed up with Fan Duel so was logging in to take out my money and be done with this site. In the mean time I had entered multiple contest, and tuned my $20 ( the money I actually deposited into $40) should have been a total of $65 if I got the bonuses. But whatever, just going to take me money, I paid out. BUTTTTT they locked my account. So I cant withdraw any of it. AND I have reached out multiple times with no response. Long Story short, I deposited $20, won about $20 and there $25 they trick you into with small print. But they refuse to let me have any of it. Doesn't seem like a great site to play fantasy sports. But great business model for them. Just take your money.
