Anybody the bets FanDuel deserves everything they get. I had a hockey game that I bet, I won only to come back to find that the game was suspended without reason. Not enough space to list my complaints. Had a $20 bet on the Rams Cardinals playoff game only to come back to find that it's nowhere to be found but the money was missing. I deposited small because I was skeptical they got me for $25 they won't give me again save your money. If you know of a bookie in your town use him or her.

This app is like a scam. You can't even win. Just play play play and play keep making deposits and never win to cash out

Players get taken out of game and they don't show it until game starts, basically stealing ur Money when a player u picked isn't playing and they don't let u change it to anyone else. Im done with fanduel. 50% of my bets r busted b4 game ever starts. Not right

I lose money at times legitimately like anyone who gambles. The times I lost due to their app or server glitching, I contacted support with no response. Research by them would have shown that nobody in their right mind would have folded the hands that auto folded because their server glitches and boote me from the table. At the minimum they should have responded to my complaint, but they didn't look at the history of my play nor did they respond. I've since deleted the app. The game I played was live holdem, it is their server that continuously kicked me, the game is legit. My complaint is the glitch and lack of support.

Customer service+casino=GO ELSEWHERE! Lost a lot of money in their rigged casino. When you win over $35, the game glitches and says technical error, so I emailed the MI Attorney General and BBB. I understand it's a casino but there is no entertainment value and you lose and lose and lose and lose and agents do not know state payout %. Yikes! I highly recommend for people to not download this sports book app. I was gambling on this app for about a month and a half losing over $1000 in the moment I win they banned my account. I have won 2200 for my first time wining and they banned my account with no explanation when I tried to cash out my earnings. Still waiting to receive my money. My advice to anyone do no use this app but go in person because it's a process if you win on the app to receive your money and they may ban your account with no explanation.

I'm not giving this review because I lost money or anything like that I'm writing this because there have been several numbers I won on and wasn't paid. They give you a claim number and say someone will contact you in 72 hours NOBODY EVER CONTACTS YOU! You have to contact them and all they say is I can't see your bet, it was rejected, you were paid out all lies. This is the biggest scam of all scams don't use unless you like people stealing your money.

Tried getting help with a guy named John. Asked my question, told "wait a few moments for me to review" and never got back to me. Minutes later he closed the chat with no word or help. Customer service, a joke!

I entered the promo for the upto $1000 protection during deposit. I did it. No $1000. I have lost $******* in three months and can't win $#*!. Terrible place to visit. Can not get a hold of anyone. Just give them money.

The site is okay. Lines are decent, and I've won a few bucks, but the customer support is horrible. It's basically a loop that sends you to FAQ. I had money locked up in a Black Jack hand, for days. I couldn't "hit", "stand" or anything without an error. In the end, the hand was just gone. No explanation, nothing. It wasn't a lot of $, so I wasn't about to go back and dispute to get it back. Wasn't worth the effort.
It's a shame. Lines are decent. Withdrawals are in a timely fashion, but their customer support SUCKS! Step off the dime and hire some support techs, or just remove your casino. It's gonna do nothing but give you a bad name.

I just deleted my account with this site. I opted in for risk free bets and never received the bonus.

And they wont let me play the free games they have after all the money i spent. Everytime i try playing the free games i kept getting sent back to the log in screen. When i play casino games i get logged out in the middle of a bet. I log back in just to find out i lost. And when i tried to speak to a agent they kept dodging me and cutting me off in mid conversation. No matter how many times you try they will do the same thing over and over. Fanduels is a scam.

So I play across multiple online casinos here in Michigan. FanDuel is by far the worst in regards to bonus features with a chance to win jackpots! I wagered almost 400.00 and not once did the jackpot feature in Divine Fortunes ever trigger. I play this game regularly on Draftkings, BetMgm and Wynnbet all of which the bonus and jackpot feature triggers often. May explain why the jackpots in those sites fluctuate from high to low. Fanduel has the highest jackpot I've ever seen playing divine Fortune which means they don't payout! When I contacted customer service for previous jackpot winner stats I was told they are not privy to such stats. Do not play here. Go to one of the other I mentioned above. They have awesome promotions, special freeplay opportunities and big payouts!

I made a $141 bet as soon as my team started winning and I went to cashout the app glitches and said I was in 2 locations at once. Support will not help you and dont care if you have screen shots or not. This app is designed to take your money. There are no perks or nothing. Been using them for over a year. Im deleting everything and im gonna avoid fanduel at all cost. I never thought they could find a way to rip me off but they did.
