I used PayPal to deposit and withdraw my money for over one year with no issues, the last three months the getting my money has been an ordeal. It takes 4-5 days to receive my money in my bank account when it used to take two. Forget about talking to someone, you only communicate ny email.

Bad rules

This is the 4th time that I had done a parlay bet and a player got hurt the first 5 minutes of a game and could not return. Fanduel should void that player and not punish the bettor. I could see if it was a whole quarter that passed bye but the first five minutes and this bet today the player got hurt within the first 3 minutes. I most certainly would have won my bet if the player would have continued or if he were voided out of the bet. I really think this is wrong on fanduels part

How can you call Turn your Fortune a jackpot game. Played 3 straight days and have not hit 1 single 3 scatters. 100's of $. Sportsbook is great. Casino is a total rip-off. Save your $, you have no chance.

This a the devil in disguise folks. Don't fall for this trap. You won't magically become rich or win money at all. You have to have money to win money. Do not let these gambling sites try to suck you in and trick you. If you are a blue collar family, or just a believer or god. Stay away.
Also I do not certify that this review is based on my own experiences. I hear about horror stories of people blowing there whole check or savings on this stuff. Don't fall for the trap

Thieves

I was playing the jumanji slot game. I got free games and was winning over 3k on a 40$ bet. The game froze and kicked me from it. I kept trying to get back into it but it would never load. I took a screen shot showing the time and amount i was winning. Took 2 hours to get ahold of technical support and they said they would look into it. So the next day I log in and the game is reset and the session is gone. I contact support and they can't find anything so they credit my account 25$... I spend alot of money with them but no more, not if they're going to treat their customers like this when I gave them proof of the situation.

FanDuel Lied to me!

After following instructions by placing a $10 wager to one single thing in order to qualify for the $50 referral bonus and was told by an agent to wait 72 hours before contacting them if it did not go through, I am now blocked from speaking to an agent and I did not receive my $50 sign up bonus not did my referral. And to have proof I am blocked from speaking to an agent, my referral just attempted contacting and agent right after it told me no agents were available and only gave me an option to close the screen, he is now in line waiting to talk to an agent. He received the code and is in line. I am only given the option to close the screen and this has been the case for the past 3 days. No agents have been available for me but for others they are available. So not only did i not receive my referral payout, but I am blocked from speaking to any agent about this issue. Unbelievable. Untrustworthy.

SB Bet Went Wrong

Placed a $10 bet on odell beckham to score the first TD. The bet turned into some BS parley where I had to have him as the first TD and 3 other bets I had to win to get my money. Well... not a thing I could do now but hope all bets came through... nope. I get screwed on my bet. Go to FanDuel "app" and try to get service... FORGET IT FOLKS... that absolute worst service I have ever received! No where near enough chat agents to handle the questions. NEVER AGAIN... I'll use a bookie next time.

FanDuel Scam

Please let me attach a snapshot and I will show how FanDuel is doing the angler trick to bettors. FanDuel customer service then blocked me after contacting their selves I can prove that. Kimberly Jones *******@gmail.com. Nicaragua did play martisa, look Feb 14 2022 so I I must be wrong no she was incorrect the person arguing. Here is an example look at the bet slip/ or prop below the bet it say final points Florida a&m no, it's actually acorn state, I bet on Florida a &m and this is when I was like bet are spose to be clear plus that bets no feasible the team up and no one would take that bet the leading team w 7 minutes

Joined for a promotion to receive $280 for your first bet on any team. Never had the option within the app so I bet on the winning team on the homepage and received nothing. They stole my $10 and that's enough to write off the company as a scam. They promised $50 for using a fiends referral link and got a fat "$0". TOTAL SCAM!

I signed up only because they were running a promo for the Superbowl. First bet $5 and a $280 payout for picking the game winner... guess what? I got paid the $2.77 for picking the Rams. What a joke!

I had won the $10,000 top prize in SB bingo but was not awarded until later in the quarter when the winnings were down to $1. Contacted customer service and was told basically that it is what it is. Ripoff company! Do not trust them.

Suspended account

First time user with FanDuel and it was the worst experience. They suspened my account for no reason after depositing 200 in my account sent emails to get this fixed. They need 1800 number so you can talk to someone to get these problems fixed not just emails. Not a good look for FanDuel..

So they offered a 56 to1 odds for a $5 bet on the superbowl for first time new customers. Signed up, deposited money. Only for the site to say that the offer was not available. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from this crappy site.

So basically when i tried to cash out 1294. 34 that i won in a parlay bet i was met with a Problem ( created on THEIR end)so they couldnt send it to one of two accounts. So i opted for a paper check. Which i have Still NOT received. This is day THIRTEEN.

I have been asking Fanduel.com for my W-2G for over 2 weeks now. I looked it up, and they are legally suppose to have it in my hands by January 31st. I contacted their customer service on January 31st and I told them I was going to contact the IRS, and that they legally had to have our W-2G's available by today. I was told "Oh we are so sorry for your frustration, it should be there within the next 1-2 weeks". To make the customer service rep aware of how much this matters to me I told him, " I haven't been winning on your site, even though I play games that have high RTP (return to player) rates, I have had nothing but losses, and I really need to file my income tax. Every day I wait is another day added on to my wait to receive my income tax refund. So you are costing me money." He then proceeds to ask me " I am so sorry to hear about your recent losses, If I may ask, are you still enjoying your gameplay, and do you feel as though it is being managed at a comfortable level over time?" From reading that I understood it to mean, am I still enjoying playing Fanduel online casino, and do I feel that Fanduel online casino is managing my comfort level over time? Turns out I was wrong. 1 minute after this conversation, my account was suspended, and I was told it was because I said the key phrases "haven't been winning, and losses". Then I was told that I had to wait for an account specialist to contact me. I am contacting the IRS, and a lawyer because you better believe I took screenshots of the whole conversation.

Hacked account

Somebody hacked my account and drained my funds (4000) have emailed costumer service for 2 days with no response. The only update I get is when I talk to the live chat but the only thing they tell me is your case will be reviewed and they will be in contact with you. It's been 2 days since my money has been taken and not so much as one email from costumer service

What a joke! Trying to log-in since they became legal in CT. If it isn't one thing it's another. Account locked, the wrong password, security questions answer wrong, etc, etc, etc... Talking to customer service on the chat line is like talking to the wall. We've reset your password they say, only to go back in and get the same conclusion. What a poor choice for CT to associate themselves with a website that is incompetent of handling what's it purpose is meant for. Zero stars.
