FD customer service is the worst thing I've had to deal with. If you are a Hall of Fame member, then certain rules are bended for you. If not, then good lick trying to get anything resolved. They will lie to you on the chat and tell you rules that are not listed anywhere on their site, but when it happens to you, they say that these are the rules and that's that. PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't give these crooks a penny of your money. If you email support, they will get back to you quickly, but after sending them 1-2 messages, you will get an email saying the case is closed, when it was never taken care of. THEY ARE CROOKS!

Fanduel are crooks and will threaten to suspend your account. They stole my boxing bet, and claimed it didn't win. Round betting clearly states that the fighter has to win in that round. Plus they dont give promo cash they promise

FanDuel is the only site that I found in Michigan to actually put it pays out I can actually say there's times I get ahead of the game I plan it probably more than what I should and I'm not saying I'm not getting rich but I'm also not going broke it's something I do to relax in some days I lose but then there's days when I actually get ahead I can't say that for any other side the payouts are awesome I've gotten tax that $700 was added to my account I guess I didn't understand promotions some days of $1400 will be put back in there actually quite a few days in April and May 2022 I hope this info helps I just have not found any other site that actually pays to where I'm not stressed out when I'm done playing.

Terrible they don't pay out anything! Casino is worse… they should be ashamed of themselves. Plus when playing blackjack game kept glitching..

The app has its issues. When I try to get help (it's been multiple times) the support agents do not help at all. They literally do not care about their clients.

Minutes after using my account one day, I was unable to log-in to my account (I always use Face recognition) It told me email and password were not recognized. I contact Fan Duel and they tell me the log-in email is something totally different than mine that I have used all along yet the correspondence emails they send go to my correct email. They said they have to put my account on hold until the accounts team can contact me with information. It's been a week, and no correspondence, even after contacting support again asking why I haven't received anything from them. Account is still on hold along with my `$155 that I had in my account. I don't even know if it's still there, can't log-in to see. No other way to contact anyone and just keep getting the same story from the chat support.

I have kept trying to withdrawal money and got rejected 3 times and chat with them 3 times to see what the problem is. They had bad excuses. Didn't ask to verify my identity to show proof nothing. I am feeling its a scam.

I won on FanDuel. Withdrew my money. Then as I am seeing common they blocked my account. I didn't care because I withdrew the money first... the following morning they deduct another$1000 out of my account. I don't have my winnings or my original$1000. But I have screenshot proof I won. What can I do

These people actually sent me to collections because I stopped them from auto drafting MY money. Of course we know all gambling hosts are crooks, but this is another level of scamming! Selling false information to debt collectors that will never be collected. I'm reporting these people to everyone known to man. If you read this try a different site or better yet go with your first mind and don't gamble!

My first time went to casino and bet, i was won 2 parlays 3 and parlay 4, but two of the parlay i had one teams tie and they said l lost. That is really sucks, yall be careful dont bet on this fanduel website. Because dealers always wins when the game is tie, neither u bet A or B u still loss

I was supposed to get a $240 refund for a bet that I didn't want anymore. They said 5-7 business days. It's been a month and a half. Customer service is rigged not to be cooperative. Worst sports betting site. Please, stay away from these scammers!

The app glitches conveniently when you want to cash out for a high profit. When the cash out is low or below your bet amount, the app works perfectly. Definitely a scam. Customer service is the worst on the planet for any business. They never help, never take responsibility, never hear you out, and have terrible attitudes. If they steal your money like this, get your bank to do a chargeback for undelivered digital goods or another such fitting excuse because they don't deserve to get away with theft.

Fan Dual locked me out of my account for safety. Then they tell me to reset my password and send me a link to do so but the link doesn't work. I have about 200.00 in bets today that I am unable to see, change or even view. I contact support 3 times and still no reply after 5 hours. This is ridiculous and definitely not up to par for a gambling site. I am pissed now!
