Fanduel sports bet app is the worst period. They will not let u cancel bet when a fight or team is not playing they make u wait 48hr to cancel bet and will keep ur money if other parts or parlay start. If u win u do not win but if u lose u lose ur money even tho the main part of bet like uf fight is canceled they will not let u cancel bet u must wait 48hrs and if u made it a parlay u better pray ur legs hit. U won't win but u may get money back but if any part of parlay lose while u watin to cancel bet bc of canceled fight they will keep ur money this app is a scam horrible app should be shut down

They have site glitches regarding funding and OS inabilities and lay these problems on the bettors rather than take responsibilities causing Security suspensions thru no fault of your own... still waiting to be back up also I have winning bets and bonus money in play... am I being stiffed?

I am on about a handful of casinos so of course I know the risks but when it comes to the Fanduel casino you have lost the minute you enter. The games crash all the time. The spin count changes too much for me, that's a sign of manipulation. I don't care what they say. The win rate is the lowest of any casino I have ever been in. I have tried to give this casino a chance but won't throw good money after bad anymore. This casino does not even give the customer a chance to think they may win; they just take it. I will give you an example Cash Eruption, it is an interesting game has a decent win rate not in the Fanduel casino Out of 1,749 spins I got free spins twice and Cash Eruption one time and I should have left because if you stay it will eat up what you won and more. Then I thought, "Well, maybe just a bad day for that game so I tried it again today and out of 2,744 spins (I don't spend big when I am worried about a game) I hit free spins 3 times and not one yes you heard right not one cash eruption, I sign off and went back in just on a hunch it would kick in. Yes it was being very agreeable then all of a sudden after my 2nd time getting Cash Eruption the game starts with the 30 second spin over and over again, pure manipulation and I knew it was coming the system error pops up and you are booted out of the game. Give me a break please if you are going to mess with the game and the person playing it do it to someone who doesn't know what you are doing. Then you finally can get back on and of course I am done playing just want to withdraw my money and there it is you are 25 short of what you knew you had. Don't bother contacting customer support they are worthless they give you a prompter response and close the case out done without so much as yes we got you good. On Sunday I made a $50 bet for Tyker Red$#*! (Nascar) to place 3rd or better. He finished fourth (Initially) then the two top finishers were disqualified. Great Tyler comes in second and I win the bet. Wrong, they stated some bs about a Podium finish. I got a rep that was very curt and distant. I told the guy look you are being "penny wise and pind foolish". I have spent thousands on your site. I even asked OK, give me a site credit for my win, He said nope. Guess what, I disconnected my membership and these crooks can steal from someone else. I would file a suit --but the time and aggravation over winning 9-1 just does not make it for me. Playing first person craps on the fan duel casino app, and literally every other roll was a 7 until the money I deposited was gone, I'd roll my point and the very next roll would be a 7 every time! Before that even took place the app kept kicking me out and when I'd log back in, my money is no longer on the table, contact support and all they do is issue is a reference number say somebody will contact you and nobody ever does. Nonexistant customer service on a handpay after a dealer mistake. No phone number to call. You can never chat with a representative and unresponsive to emails except generic responses. It's a joke. They don't like paying out money and only appreciate you if your not winning. Run for the hills. Don't use this site.

The slot machines will take your money. When you first sign up they give you wins. After you're a member for a week or so you don't want anything machines just take your money. Don't fall for the scam save your money for a real casinos. Lost 30K

I've been playing Fanduel dfs for several years now but now I'm convinced its rigged. Today (6/6/2022) I entered a snake draft competition and the first player drafted overall was José Ramirez, who was NS due to a PPD. I usually screen shot the final draft summary, but today I didn't. The postponed game between the Guardisns(Indians) vs Rangers was announced post draft and even after the start of slate. Once the 4 player competition began, I checked all competitors line-ups and no one had Ramirez. There's no late swap in a snake draft so what happened to the line-up with Ramirez? I live in Cleveland and knew bad weather was coming and PPD was impending and I remember clearly watching the draft and criticizing the player who selected José #1 overall. So it seems like when you play on Fanduel, you're not playing against actual real ppl but instead something or someone else who has the ability to alter line-ups (not talking late swap) and rig competitions in their favor. They're definitely stealing ppls money.

As a new player, it seems rather silly reading these reviews. Either it's a five rating or a 1 star completely disastified. You think as a gambling site, their would be different types of reviews and most companies have different ratings, therefore seems very suspicious the 5 stars. Also very quick to take somebodies money I see out of their bank account, but take their sweet time at handing it out, even if a payment is given. A real gambling site would be similar to going to a casino in my opinion. I will rank it a two at this time, as I am still cautious and think this is a scam, but will keep an open mind if they keep their bargain and deposit the funds.

My account was suspended for no reasons given. They asked me for multiple personal information like picture of my license payment methods and a picture of myself with the day's date. Worthy cause this happened back on May 12th my account is still suspended and I have still not heard back from anyone. I have contacted your chat room and I keep being told there's nothing they can do they cannot see my request because it's under review? I have still not been given an explanation why it was suspended. They can treat people like s*** take your money and throw you away like garbage and there's nothing you can do about it. They have a million people out there giving them their money so they don't give a f*** about yours once they have it they could care less about you. It is now May 29th 2 weeks and still no response. I would go to a different site if I were you much better customer service at MGM and Parks they respond right away and handle things a lot quicker. FanDuel are scammers. And they refuse to give you contact information for someone higher in management. If I didn't do my job for two weeks I wouldn't even have one.

They were canceled because somebody was using my card at this company. When I tried to call the company to get it stopped I found out there is no way to contact this company! Everyone beware! If your card is compromised with this company you cannot get any help! Next step is the police

This Fanduel has to be the absolute worst betting site period. Every since I placed a 1 dollar wager and won a little over 2800 dollars my account has been extremely quirky to say the least. I have been creating 13 to even 25 leg tickets and now all of a sudden they won't allow me to create the type of tickets I want. Stating that some of my picks can't be parlayed and not giving me a reason why besides they clearly don't want me to win big. Last but not least they just keep logging me out literally every 2 minutes in the midst of me making picks and saying due to inactivity when there is heavy activity. Sketchy and the wost sports betting app hands down. Uninstalled permanently STAY AWAY from Fanduel
