FanDuel spent 1000+ dollars on my mom`s credit card and we don`t even know why or what they spent it on also a Indian scammer from there company tried to scam us but we ain`t stupid.

I was playing craps and hit my number and they just gave me my bet back after saying I won. Then my next bet was 4$ then I rolled a 9 and placed another 4$ on odds. Then I rolled my nine and they took my money and said I placed on don't come. I always play the pass line and I play a lot. If I would of missed it on the first bet I know I'm not missing it on the second bet, but they won't help you. It's f'ing a total of 7-8$. I don't understand how these m'fers can be so damn greedy. The "help" said they seen no discrepancies. I had to go into my history and find the bet number and time. I guarantee she did nothing and came back with that bs. F FanDuel and I was spending a lot on them until now.

This site sucks! Joined today, took my money as a deposit and won't allow access into account. Went customer service, #77 in line, and no help from Jarrod.

If your into your games freezing on a bonus that was up to $234.00 and counting... (it was still on the bonus) and you emailed them and sent them a screenshot and you never got a thing back and the emails they sent to you were just a bunch of bull... and you like forking out hard earned money for nothing this site is for you... you have to deposit money to play and have no problem taking it but don't reciprocate...

I won three parlays in a row for a total of $30k and they locked my account. I still have $9k in my account when they locked it. I also had two open parlays they locked. It's now been a month of being locked. Chat now gas no answers and are useless. No phone number to call? They said it's for id investigation but I've picked up money many times with my id at fanduel location. This is a shady site that takes millions from people then they lock your account when you win and give lame excuses why. They are thieves and unprofessional to say the least. Spend your money at draft kings or bet mgm cause fanduel is a joke

They will suspend your account saying you've been inactive. If you place a bet that you will win on they will find a way to steal your money.

(I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS OF THE CONVERSATIONS) finally days and days later they send me the deposit match and bonus for being referred! Then LOCK MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON! I can't call anyone to speak to them and they are just keeping my money and not letting into my account! They say it's on their time! That's BULL$#*! the ts my money and I should be able to get my $#*!! They can't even tell my why my account is locked!

I literally only told them that cause they were being absolutely useless, I wanted some urgency behind their I don't give a damn customer service. I don't know who you are referring to when you say us but FanDuel is not very good at all. I would even go to say it's bad. I legit got red flagged because I went up to the cottage in Muskoka and made a bet, several months later I finally received my original deposit back. If you work for Fanduel you know your company is terrible. When you pass the buck in your customer service chats to say this is beyond our control, you are in absolute denial, this isn't about gambling responsible, it's about the fact that you can tie up someone's deposit with discretion, Alexandre go $#*! your hat, FANDUEL is $#*! and your pathetic for defending it!

Never won more than $1 in 10 years. I win $50 and it says I have to deposit first to get it. I do, it takes my $10. I pull out my $50, and I find out im suspended. Convenient right? I wasn't suspended when they took my $10. I was only suspended when I tried to withdraw my freeplay winnings. Tried to explain to customer service who conveniently didn't explain why they've stolen my money, and instead terminated chat. DO NOT GIVE THIS GARBAGE APP YOUR $$$. THEY ARE THIEVES.

I've played Fantasy Football for about 10 years never winning anything big. Then when they came to Pennsylvania the fantasy games became less as they forced you to bet more on sports and their horrible casino games especially slot machines. Well I finally won a 3 team pro football parlay in which I bet $100 and cashed out for $880. The next day after 10 years my account was suspended for suspicious inconsistent irregularities. I tried to call and chat with a live person but that's next to impossible. Today 3 days later they sent me a letter requesting my (1) bank debit card that I've bet with for 10 years; (2) my Driver's License; and (3) a picture of me holding a newspaper with today's date. FanDuel made me feel like I'm some kind of criminal for winning. I decided I don't need FanDuel and their horrible customer service.

The site constantly locks up my browser. I also watch the games on my system, so I have to close and restart FireFox. Support does not exist. If you try to use the stupod AI to get answers, it just repeats questions twice, only to get to the end and tell you there are no reps available. No place to send an email either. A DEFINITE sign of a SCAM SITE!

I have many emails form them regarding deposit matches, they accepted my funds and never made the agreed upon deposit matches. All when I email them all I get is automated responses that my case is closed. There is no one to talk to. I have repeatedly asked to be called back. There are much more trustworthy sites.
