Liars and cheaters, nobody answers no customer service,I bet money with their offer of put 5 dollars get free betting for 200 hundred and I did win and withdraw the money it's been there weeks

Made the required $50 preseason wager on the Buffalo Bills to win the Super Bowl, per Fanduel's promotion, I was to receive a free $5.00 bet after each week that the Bills win a regular season game. This is the second time that FanDuel has FAILED to issue said $5.00 free bet. With all the sportsbook options in New Jersey, I will be putting my money elsewhere moving forward. This fool, will no longer be using FanDuel...

FanDuel only want your money! It's not for enjoyment or entertainment. I lost 100 dollars in twenty minutes playing for a dollar twenty. Everytime I got the bonus it took me back to how. Everytime I was getting a good hit over two dollars it took me back to home. When you are losing. It doesn't have any issues only when it seems as if you are going to win 5 dollars are more. Here go the problems. I lost thousands on this app I'm done you got it!

Had over $300 in winnings and randomly got a login message "locked" account contact customer service - through the live chat they tell you there is t anything they can do & to send an email - multiple emails sent. One response today (either a robot or cut and paste) didn't even have a bit to do with my concern - 2 WEEKS LATER - not resolved. Ghosted by FanDuel? They hold your money hostage. DO NOT USE. DRAFTKINGS HAS FAR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE LIVE CHAT ETC - even MGM has better customer service.

Signed up with FanDuel through a friend referral and placed a deposit
FanDuel suspended my account right after I signed up
Got an email saying the accounts team will contact me via email within 24 hours
12 days later I have heard absolutely nothing from anyone from FanDuel
When you contact customer service
Which is the only way you can contact them
They tell me they cannot access my account and cannot do anything for me
NOTHING

This is the fourth betting site I've signed up for and have never had to wait more the 24hrs to hear from a site regarding any issue

Lol lost 14 hands in a row only won 2 hands out of 20 this FanDuel blackjack thing is rigged ion care what nobody say. And when I contacted customer service and asked for a simple bonus they told me that's the thrill of it sorry lol straight disrespectful everyone I load money on the site I lose it to the casino can never win at least half my money

There have been many times when I have made multiple parlay bets and "somehow" a ridiculous bet I never made will show up when I go to my bets. Even if that particular game has not started you still cant edit anything so your stuck. I always bet TEAMS but today there was another hidden bet included for an "over" on a game I could care less about and I will probably lose the whole parlay because of this. Such BS. Plus you can never get ahold of customer service. The chat says looking for agent who NEVER comes. The phone # has you leave your info but they never call back. Im done with them and the Gaming Commission should get involved like they did before when massive illegal cheating was going on by staff members.

How are you not responsible for putting wrong scores up… this sounds sketchy you put the live score up but it's not ya fault if it's wrong this site is bull$#*! stay off it

FD app "glitches" way more than any other gaming apps m i've tried (Draft Kings, BetMGM, The Score)

Connection gets lost in the middle of a game, with a wager on the table. Feels pretty odd TBH

I've tried every version of Black Jack on the app as well. Feels like each game provides a different user experience, which makes no sense. It's just Black Jack - these aren't random draws

I like placing larger wagers ($5, $10 even $25 bets). I notice glitching, app freezing, cards pausing more regularly with larger size bets - that doesn't feel suspicious?

Me and my fiance have separate accounts. My credit card got hacked and I had to use his and they froze our accounts. We have cntact customer service 6 times to try and get my money back an they won't respond. B careful cause this is the worst betting site he has ever been on. They stole 54 dollars from me. Never again

I openes a Fan Duel account 3 weeks ago the same day i put money on my accout lost a few bets than won one & than tryes to pull so.e off out my account placed another bet won again a few days later im locked out my account my money never hit my bank than i keep trying to contact someone every day since and nothing im tild someone will contact you in 24 hours and no body ever contacts me.Im sooo pissed ive necer won anything in my life now i do and they wont pay me.It aint right..

I tried their $15 refer a friend program rewards program and never got compensated for it and neither did my friend. The worst part is dealing with their customer service chat which is the only way to contact them. EIGHT times I was told they had to "escalate" the issue to that department and that someone would contact me through email. NEVER HAPPENED. Ended up deleting my account.

I deposited money with no problem and started winning. As soon as I tried to withdraw my account was suspended. I have sent numerous emails and any verification they asked for and just keep getting the same answer, that they are working on it. It's been weeks. Do not trust Fanduel!

Playing the live roulette tables I've experienced the most astronomical impossible odds. I play black only which is a very successful strategy when doubling after each loss. Once I started winning 7breds cane out in a row. Them 2 black and them 7 reds again to wipe me clean. Then again the next day same scenario but then 8 red in a row played out. The odds of this happening are 0.47% and it happened twice within 16 spins. The odds are less than 1 half of 1%. The odds of it happening twice within 15 minutes are 0.005 but yet it happened. I've used multiple gaming sites and been to dozens of casinos and have never seen 7 or 8 of one color in a row but it's happened 3 times in 2 days and twice it was within 15 minutes. Take your money else where cause the customer service doesn't take phone calls, only lice chat or email which is absolutely shameful for a company of this magnitude.

I usually read reviews first. I did so before using BetMGM and Sugarhouse apps- both have great odds and the payouts are timely. FanDuel, not only do you have glitches in the middle of games ( disappearing, per the picture), but no considerable wins after considerable deposits! Don't do it.
