I keep depositing because the games are doing nothing but taking cash. I have lost 250.00 on a 1.00 bet with no bonus play amongst the 15 games I tried. 1x playthrough but you can't even make the 1x playthrough

I have dropped thousands into the casino part with out winning but a few dollars here and there at best. There is no way this site is legit. I hate fanduel and will never deposit money again. If your smart you'd never use this horrible app

There site always works when your giving them your money but come game time the site goes down 80% of the time. Go to Draft Kings

Trying to get an agent cause my promotion bet hasn't posted twice. Hasn't responded over 30 minutes each time before timing out

I had several seemingly unauthorized withdrawals from my bank from FanDuel.
I'm certain that I did not authorize them all.
I attempted to contact FD which is impossible except for a "chat". After 2 hours waiting I asked to see my withdrawals/deposit history for the previous 3 months.
The "chat" person immediately closed my account and ended the chat immediately.
I have tried multiple times to contact FD. My account had money in my balance and they have yet to refund me. This was 2 months ago.
I am now going to the WV Attorney General Office,
Fan Duel is a ripoff.

I've been playing with these guys for 10 months now and deposited a lot of money and withdrew a lot. Over this past week I switched up how I was betting and won a bigger amount than usual. I requested a withdrawal the same way I've gotten my money at least 100 times and they denied my request and suspended my account. They asked me to send some items to verify my identity which doesn't make sense because I use the same debit card to deposit and withdraw my money and it's never been a problem before. I still sent them what they asked for and it's been 2 weeks now but nobody will contact me back. I go to the online chat and those people say they'll give the guy a nudge who's working on my account. They say that someone will respond to every email within 24 hrs which is a complete lie because I've sent 4 now and each time I've been professional with how I talk to them. I don't curse at them or give them any reason to not respond to me but still nothing. At this point I just want my money and they can leave the account closed. Forget the reactivation of it because I don't ever want to deal with this again

Fan duel is an overall scam. It took me alot of money to see it. First of all the parlay bets fluctuates too rapidly leaving you with bets you did not pick. Now I've had a problem with money being taken out of my bank account from FanDuel. They even charged me a $25 return fee when all of my wagers are covered with my cash app card. I can't even trust giving them my bank info now. People you have to be aware of things. Some of these platforms are more crooked than the guy on the street corner.

I only play small amount on Fanduel and Draftkings to make the NFL interesting. I ended up getting lucky and winning $100.00 on Fanduel. I have a screen copy of where Fanduel says "Withdrawable Balance $124.34". I tried to withdraw $110.00 and received an email that included this;

" Your PayPal withdrawal #xxxxxxxxxx for $110.00, requested at 01/02/2023 06:17 EST didn't go through because it included funds ineligible for withdrawal, so we returned the funds to your FanDuel Fantasy account. You can only withdraw winnings or eligible promotions. "

I have had issues with Fanduel where contests I joined seemed to mysteriously disappear when I looked in "Live" Contests, Now this... I have no trust in them. I have had much better dealings with DraftKings.

First I'd like to say yes I am a VIP at draftkings and I do I spend a lot of money betting with them but I have also fan duel beat in EVERY single category. From customer service, to betting experience, to the app. Literally everything about draftkings is better. So now to my issue. Last nights I had a 8 leg parlay that all but 2 things had hit, one of which was in the GA vs Ohio st game Marvin Harrison Jr for 45+ yards in each half. He got 108 in the first half and then got hurt 3rd quarter. After the game I expected the bet to be a loss but to my surprise they had given me the hit and they also gave me the cash out option. I took a picture of the hit and the cash out option at 12:33 about an hour after the official results had been released. Player props don't get graded until those results are released. I had planned on cashing out because I didn't trust the browns to win but I was going to wait until the morning. I checked at 1:45-2 in the morning and the option was still there. I wake up and the hit was reversed to a miss and I didn't get to cash out. Now I get that it grades as a miss, I'm on board with that. But then it should have been a miss from the jump seeing as he had 0 yards in 3rd and 4th quarter due to being injured on what seemed to be an illegal hit to the head. They obviously graded it a hit to see how much they were gunna lose and they didn't like that so they reversed it. The leg should have at very least been voided. Not graded a make and then a miss. This is honestly the shadiest thing I've encountered on this app and I will never be using them again and I suggest you do the same. Tbh the only reason I was even betting that time was because I had won a little from a free bet. Draftkings is where it's at and my winnings on there prove that. 3-4k deposited and I've moved 45-50k thru it and I'm up a little over 10k in under 2 months of betting being legal in Maryland. Moral of the story. Cash out when you think they made a mistake and don't use FanDuel to begin with. Shady all the way around

I haven't been able to login to my account for over a month now. My money is stuck and it's all Due to an error on thier end. Nothing from me. I've reached out to the customer support several times and they are "litteraly" the worst. They keep saying in a few days someone should reach out from the tech support team. Now, 39 days later, they just ended the chat straight up on me. With a copy of the same exact message the previous person said 2 and a half weeks ago. I'm done FYOU Fanduel. I hope you guys lose all of your customers. Go ahead and keep my money, I'm gonna spread the word as much as I can. DON'T USE FANDUEL. Draftkings or BetMGM 100%

Don't play this game at all they will let you win but cut you off real quick they suspended me and fiance account saying that I'm playing on multiple Accounts and i sent all my information in and my fiance bank card a picture of me holding up date and my ID now they completely suspended me duh once I invited my fiance we use her back card to play they want to make up lies on us making it like we are some criminals just because if we win only that little change and put it on her bank account card but they had no problems taking funds off when we there play games stupid they are very sneaky dirty people and have not gave my fiance her change she won saying since she suspended we have to keep the winning funds and everything on are end is legit prejudice it sounds to me

I've been doing sports betting for some time- what I've learned from FanDuel Sportsbook is that if I am winning in a parlay I have a live, but suddenly I get locked out of my account where the claims are not recognize my password, so I can cash out. At first I thought I was just busy network or some sort of error but there's a common theme lately where I can I benefit from my bet. Good to know! Trust me!
