FANDUEL IS BY FAR THE WORST SITE I HAVE EVER INVOLVED WITH I JOINED THE SITE PLACED MY FIRST BET THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT FORCED ME TO VERIFY WHO I WAS AND AFTER I DID I NEVER GOT MY MONEY NOR DID I GAIN ACCESS INTO MY ACCOUNT IT HAS BEEN A VERY LONG WEEKS SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE BECAUSE AT THIS POINT YOU OWE ME ABOUT 300 DOLLARS… THESE MULTI MILLION DOLLAR COMPANIES THRIVE OFF OF THINGS LIKE THIS THEY DO NOT CARE THAT THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS POOR THEY ARE NOT THERE TO ACTUALLY HELP YOU IT IS ALL A FACADE THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND TO GIVE YOU A HARD TIME WHEN ITS TIME TO RETURN YOUR MONEY… CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A WASTE SO DON'T EVEN BOTHER APPARENTLY THEY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING AND CAN NOT HELP YOU RESOLVE THE ISSUE GUARD YOUR WALLETS AMERICA THE SCAM GAME IS ON AND THEY ARE ABOUT TO TAKE YOU UP TOP AND ACT SO CONFUSED AS IF THEY DO NOT KNOW OR UNDERSTAND WHY OR WHAT HAS HAPPENED…… SAD INDUSTRY OF CORPORATE GREED

Wasn't sure if there were even bonus games on their slots cause they never came up. Never remember losing streaks that even come close to the ones on FanDuel. It should be against the law

Stll waiting for 150 dollars, they say it was declined and yet paydirectnow says it was deposited.submitted documents to fanduel, have not heard back

Fanduels customer service is definitely by the far the worst. They do not know how to communicate with customers. They took $200 dollars out of my bank account without my consent. A whole bunch of thieves. Here I am trying to get the money back but all I get is the runaround from different departments. Scumbags. I wish the President of Fanduel gets to see this $#*! and respond to people's bad reviews about them.

The casino is a scam! It only is set to pay out 10%. So every hundred you spend. You'll win a 10 dollar bonus. Don't waste your money and don't expect to get anything in return. There customer service is a joke. Fan duel is evil. Save your money

They're not responsible with issues with they're all mobile casino and you talk to people do the chat support and they give you attitude and just push you off and nothing ever get solved

The only reason i gave 1 star is because I had too. If you have a good bet it will kick you out before you can place the bet. Verifying location it says even know it just verified you 30 seconds ago. Worst site/app out there. To top it off they admitted it, see picture.

I never seen dealer with 10 showing 9 out of ten times, they barely let you win a hand. It's so obvious. I won't recommend playing this... I HOPE THEY GET EXPOSE ONE DAY... THEY REALLY SCAMIN US OUT OUR MONEY WITHOUT A FAIR CHANCE

I have been a franduel cust for almost a year, I've won and I've lost but recently everytime I go on one of my favorite games, the franduel app start jumping, in affect interfering with my winnings, do not get this app for cansino, because franduel starts cheating after a while.

I play black jack and there is nothing random or fair play about it. The dealer gets a 20 60% of the time and when they have to hit the draw into 20 or 21 80% of the time. Mathematically it's not possible but they sure do it. When I have to hit I bust 90% of the time. Totally not "fair play" RIGGED for sure and you can't change my mind. $#*!in ripoff

Easily the worst blackjack site out there. At least Draftkings and BetMGM occasionally let you win a hand. My overall win rate over thousands of hands is definitely under 20% compared to close to 43 on Draftkings. You always get a 12-16 against a dealer 10 and then pull a 10 to bust. Like a lot.
