I sent emails and got no response to them. Had problem with topps chrome mega box that came in damaged. It has been months so i gave up on the problem.
Everything about my order was great! It was easy to navigate the website. The price was right. I got a discount with the Fan Cash that I had accumulated. The cap looks great and fits perfectly. It was a really nice experience!

I received the exact order I placed. However, a shirt was too small and I sent it back with instruction that I would pay the shipping etc. for a size larger. I never got a response.

Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics. BUYER BEWARE!
