So sad! I bought a 49er Jersey for my brother! He cares for my 97 year old frail Mother! This is the one outside activity he enjoys! I paid for two day express delivery! The past four days I have been lied to constantly! The Jersey never came for The Superbowl! Late last night they told me it will arrive tomorrow the day after the Superbowl! Crap Company! This was special and they ruined it! What made it worse was the constant lying that it was going to be the here. Never will I even consider ordering a thing from them. I'm surprised they still have a business! This negative stars for sure!
I ordered on February 7th overnight. Haven't received my jersey as of February 11th, saying February 12th. I paid $27 to have it shipped overnight. Customer service stinks!
I placed an order for my family for Super Bowl jerseys where the site promises to deliver by the Super Bowl. Well, tomorrow is the big day and my order is still in NY instead of in California. I've been communicating through emails and the last one said they were going on "holiday" from 2/8/24 until 2/20/24. Buyer beware!
Ordered a jersey for my wife for the Super Bowl and paid for one day delivery. Got an email from Fanatics saying "Arrives by February 8." Not here on February 9. Contacted them and they said there was an error in transition and it had not shipped. Not only that, but they could not replace it until next week. All they did was refund. Next time ordering from NFL or MLB Shop and urge everyone to avoid these scammers.
I placed an order on January 10 2024 it is now February 8th and I still have not received my order and they want me to rate my product. My rating is a big fat F+

I recently purchased 3 LA LAKERS items for $130.00. This is the 3rd time I haven't received it. Between UPS, USPS & FANATICS, It's either stolen, lost or delivered to the wrong address. No response when I request a refund from FANATICS.
I purchased jerseys from Fanatics for Christmas for my family and they ended up being too small so I had to exchange them. The way Fanatics handles exchanges is just ridiculous. You can't ship back your item and get it replaced. Instead, you ship it back and get a refund, but then you have to purchase new items afterwards.
Fanatics is always running sales and they constantly are changing prices so it is almost guaranteed that if you have to exchange an item, you are going to end up paying more than you originally did just to replace the item. Most of the time the item you need to replace is not in stock either which makes it even more convoluted.
On top of that Fanatics customer service is terrible. It is almost impossible to maneuver your way threw their horrible chat system to get to a human. Once you finally do, the person doesn't know what they are doing. After literally hours of going back and forth I finally got them to issue me a refund but they did it in store credit instead of back to my original payment. After doing this they refused to fix their mistake and I ended up having to back charge my credit card to get my money back.
I can not state enough that you should not waste your time or money purchasing from this company.
Sizing runs small, but the item had good ink color this time. When we ordered last year, it wasn't as good. For Minnesota Gophers, it was too red/pinkish. This time good maroon color.

My experience with fanatics customer service was great, I was irritate when I talked to Cristin, she calmed me down, told me to wait a few days and if I still haven't received my item she would be happy to work on a replacement, after talking to her I realized I was in good hands and she would not leave me out in the cold. She was very professional at how she handled the situation, Thanks Cristin great job.
A few hours later my new neighbor brought down my item accidently delivered to him.

Where did all the points go that I earned? It's seems weird the hollidays are over and I. Buy a tone gifts through fanatics and now all the points I earned are no more. Makes one not want to spend anymore money there

Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics. BUYER BEWARE!
