Plan Ahead

As you can see from all other reviews, shipping is the issue. There is a long PROCESSING time on their orders. This is not the shipping time. So even if you order 3 day delivery, it will not likely be delivered in 3 days. I'm mad I didn't read the reviews before I placed my order since I didn't get my gear I ordered in time for my event this weekend but as much as it pains me I didn't read the fine print. But having to read fine print to find that out is also bush league by fanatics. You would think they would define their shipping in a much easier to interpret way with all the negative reviews they've gotten. Since my $150 order was for a special event, my items will just be returned once they come in (on Wednesday, I ordered them last Sunday so my 3 day shipping turned out to be an 8 business day turn around).
READ REVIEWS if you need something in a pinch this is not the place to order from.

UPDATE: after finally reaching a resolution, I received my package today and you SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE. Somehow this is the only way I've been able to get any response from fanatics. I just cannot comprehend how one company can make SO MANY MISTAKES. You would think you would try harder. Now, my original issue being shipping time is extended even longer because this jersey doesn't even fit!

DO NOT BUY!

If you expect your order in under 2-3 weeks do not order from this website! Their free shipping is horrible does not ship in the amount of time given, it says six days but when I spoke with them they said theres fine print with a 24 hour processing time. I have a game this weekend and am extremely disappointed. Would not recommend. Had to cancel my order and even that was complicated. Wish I would've read these reviews before ordering.

I placed an order for 2 shirts on Sunday, September 25th and paid for 3 day shipping so I could be sure I would have them for the game the following Sunday. When I checked my mail 5 days later and found nothing, I decided to lookup the order and tracking information. There is a note on the order that says the item ships within five business days but I thought that was only for standard shipping orders, not when you pay extra for 3 day shipping. The tracking said my order hadn't even processed yet so I called customer service to see what was going on. Long story short, I would still get the 3 day shipping after the five day wait time and apparently they think that is perfectly reasonable. If I would've known I wasn't going to get my order for 8 days, I wouldn't have paid extra for faster shipping! If I would've known i wouldn't get my items before the game I never would've ordered them in the first place! I tried to cancel, they told me it was too late. I will never use football fanatics again.

This website is the worst!

Never buy anything from here! I spent over $130 and it took them two weeks and they only sent one item! Customer service answer for this was, " oh, well you should've received all of them." That's a crazy! I give you money you give me what I paid for! Horrible, horrible! It takes them 3 seconds to take my money but 2 weeks to give it back!

I made a purchase a week ago, to be exact 09/19/2016 after reading all these bad reviews i was a little skeptical about my order well i received my order on sat 09/24/16... The jerseys that i purchased were nice! But they fit a little big on my husband and I, i sent one of the jerseys back, lets see how that process works out... either way the order was sent to me in a timely manner... I purchased a jose Fernandez autograph A day before his tragic accident everything went through they took my money so I get an email three days later saying due to his passing they couldn't fulfill the order but yet I see they have plenty of other autographs for three times the amount that I've made the purchase (shady $#*! bastards)

So two days ago I received my Black alternate Joe Flacco Game Jersey... I love it. I looked closely at the numbers and theyre were no slits... I love the Jersey. It was worth the price. SHIP MY ORDER!

I really wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I ordered. My order was supposed to ship "on or before Thursday 9/22/16" it's the 24th and I've called customer service twice now and they were very polite, but said the would send a message and write a ticket to request it be expedited, but I highly doubt I'll get it before my husband's birthday on the 1st. They also said after they sent the ticket, I should recieve an email 2-3 days later! How is that helpful?! Tryinf to decide if I should cancel it. I can guarantee that no matter what happens, I'll never use them again and will tell others to read the reviews before risking it.

I placed an order last Monday. It was supposed to be shipped in 3 business days, so I figured by Thursday it would ship. The product did not ship until Saturday, which is ridiculous, with a 3 day guarantee.

I emailed customer service, which at first did not even address the fact that there was a 3 day guarantee. After re-clarifying that (which I had done in a past message) I did get a refund of my purchase, which does help my sanity in this situation. It is good that I did, because upon receiving the gift, they sent a child's large shirt instead of an adult small.

Fanatics just cannot do anything right. I already got my refund, so nothing more that Fanatics can do to remedy the situation, but i just wanted to let the world know they are just a bunch of idiots top to bottom. Why else would the reviews be so poor?

Fanatics.com is the WORST WEBSITE ON EARTH to ORDER any sports apparel from. Being that I am from New Jersey, I figured I can order my Jersey from this God Forsaken Website and actually receive in on time.

I mean I did pay over $20.00 for shipping. To make it even worse, I have my 30th birthday party (The Big 3 0) on Sunday. I have over 100 people that will be present to watch this game. The theme of course, is for every one to wear their own jersey to my event and represent their favorite team.

So me being the proactive man that I am, ordered the Jersey Monday Sept 19. With 2-3 days shipping. I figured worst cast scenario, the Jersey would be here by Friday the latest Sept 23.

Guess I was wrong, after checking my tracking order and talking with fanatics customer service department, who by the way kept me on hold for over 1 hour on the phone just to get through automated hell, told me my Jersey would be scheduled for delivery on Sept 29... after my birthday!

Mind you, the jersey is sitting at a FedEX location about 40 minutes from where I reside today!

This experience with Fanatics is horrendous. The best solution they came up with was to refund my shipping payment. Customer service sucked and fanatics ruined my 30th birthday. Now I will be the only at my party without a Jersey. And anyone from this states knows it is impossible to purchase a Jersey in a store other than Jets or Giants.

FANATICS IS HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THEM!

I placed an order on the 17th, it's now the 22nd and so far I haven't received anything other than automated order confirmation email. I even sent an email to their customer support asking when my order would ship... still no response! I really wished I would have checked the reviews on this site before I ordered. Shm

**UPDATE** I received an email today from their customer service department saying that the are unable to fill my order. When I check to see if the item is still available... IT IS! WHY was my order canceled? Maybe because I complained about their inability to fulfill an order in a reasonable time frame or reply to an email with 48 hours?

Be aware, they also run other sites such as NFLshop.com and my Longhorns' official team shop.
