Poor at best

This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I worked 10 years in the service industry and was always taught that this kind of poor customer service is unacceptable. I placed my order on 9/18/16. Since then, I have spoken to a customer service representative and a supervisor 3 times and received 2 separate emails offering me the opportunity to "cancel my order." When I replied the SAME DAY to cancel my order, I had to call again only to be told that was not possible. As of 10/10/16, my order STILL has not shipped. Not only will I never do business with this company again, I strongly advise everyone else to shop elsewhere.

HORRIBLE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Customer service SUCKS! They don't reply to emails, Facebook posts, Facebook messenger attempts. Been since Sept 20,2016 and still no contact from the company on several tries. No phone number and no one to talk to. If there was an option for NEGATIVE STARS for review it still could not be low enough.

Unacceptable
October 8, 2016

I placed (2) separate orders in the same day (9/24/2016) and received the second of the two yesterday (Friday 10/7). I can't for the life of me understand this business practice of taking money and not delivering in a timely manner or if they deliver at all. I mean these are just shirts that I ordered. The site has horrible reviews and I wish that I had seen reviews from others before I ordered from fanatics. I called customer service and the woman I spoke with was polite and attentive. That's great, but at the end of the day I want the stuff I paid for. I don't want fan cash or some other gimmicky thing, because I won't be purchasing from this site again. It's also nonsense for me to private message, email, call constantly just to get resolution, which I still haven't received for the first order.

Ordered Sept 9th and still unfullfilled. They have blocked me from commenting on their fb posts because i was trying to warn people before they bought items. Total scam company. Filed a chargeback with my cc company. Please warn everyone since i no longer can.

This retailer is the worst thing I have ever seen. I ordered my specialty item postseason gear September 29th. The items were guaranteed to ship by September 30th. I have not received any information whatsoever about my order. I tracked the order, and it said my status was still NEW. I contacted customer service, and they told me my item will ship the next day with certainty and how sorry they were about the delay. Then, nothing happened. No new information whatsoever after that promise. Now, they are unavailable to reach all of the sudden. I can't get my money back, I can't get my order, and I am extremely irritated. My team could be eliminated from the playoffs well before my item is even shipped. This is absolutely ridiculous. I didn't read the reviews, as I have ordered from them before--and my orders arrived on time. But now, this is just unacceptable. I will never do business with them ever again. These reviews are not biased against Fanatics. These people are just insanely disgusted. After seeing the other reviews, they are basically running a scam here. I hope legal action is taken if this problem persists.

Order a shirt on 9-23 and when order they had 8 in stock. 3 to 5 business days to ship. Been going on 3 weeks now and emailed server times and called, left messages. No answer. Period. Would like refund, but they way things are going, that isn't going to happen either. Buyers beware, always look at reviews. Lesson Learned

I'm guess I should've checked the reviews before ordering. I decided to order from this site because the quality of the products along with the prices. Actually needed the items for the beginning of next week and thought it would ship once I was billed like other sports company's. I could have easily ordered from the school bookstore and had the items in route. Very disappointed from my first experience and possibly my last. Please allow packages to be tracked and be known whether items have shipped or not, rather than just having a status that says: New.

I Need A Refund

Chastity - It sounds like you have your hands full judging by the many reviews posted. I will spare you by not talking bad about the site, however, I would like to know best practices towards getting a full refund. Unless, the order is being shipped as we speak. I needed the shirts by next weekend, but it doesn't seem like that will be happening so would rather trust the NFL.com site. Thanks for your help.

My order was placed on September 17... credit card charged on the 19 and I still do not have one item I ordered! When you say you will send in 6-7 business days, people expect to receive their items! You should not be charging credit cards until the order is ready to be shipped!

On 9/29/16 I placed on order totaling about $300 and my credit card was charged the same day. The status still shows a new with no shipping information. The merchandise ordered is needed for this weekend. I have been ordering from Fanatics since 2007 but this will be the last time.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago with the confirmation stating 3-5 business days to get it shipped. We are well passed that with still no confirmation. I've emailed twice with no response. Does the BBB know they have fabricated their logo on their site to make people think that fanatics is a trust worthy place to shop? Definitely a place I will not do business with again.

I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and my order is still in "new" status. I asked about the shipping status over a week ago and they said it states 6 business days to ship. After the 6th day, they still had no update. Then i get an email that i can cancel if i wish since it still hasn't shipped from the fulfillment center. When i tried to cancel, they said it's too late. That the order has already been sent to the warehouse. How can that be? The status is still new and i got no confirmation. How can something possibly take 2 weeks from order confirmation and still NOT get fulfilled?

As is consistent with many posts here, this company's order fulfillment and shipping process is terrible. I placed an order on 9/26, including 5 items. All of which showed to be in stock and available. On Sunday, 10/2, I received the shipping confirmation for one item. To quote, "Start waiting by the door, your order is on the way." I guess I need to get a tent to sleep by the door as this one item will take another week to arrive! No word on the other 4 items. Perhaps they thought I was ordering for next season? Regardless, won't have them to wear for the game. I will be returning all, if they ever arrive.

This is deplorable performance from a company that is connected to all major professional sports leagues and the NCAA. And they can advise all they want to about how they have "extended processing time" to say that you were "warned." What does that mean anyway? Online shopping is not new. Most sites, even run by small businesses, can take an order, fulfill it and ship it. It is not that hard.

Save your time, money and sanity..

Hello,
I dont understand what is going on with my order? When I placed my order on September 19,2016 nothing on that order was supposed to take more than six days to deliver according to my order confirmation. Also, you charged $91.71 to my credit card that day. Now over 3 weeks later, I have not received any of the items I ordered or a shipping date or confirmation of when they will shift. I have received three emails from you saying you are sorry and are working on it, but I dont understand what the problem is. I have already missed wearing the clothing to a WVU event I ordered them for and missed giving some of the items to my Mom for her birthday. This is getting ridiculous!
Please update me as to what the issue is with my order.

I have order quite a few items from Fanatics and they have always take. Care of me. My last order was a phone case with the logo of my favorite sport team. Unfortunately the logo wore off after just a month. I contacted them about the defective product and not only did they replace it but gave me some store credit as well. I was blown away by their quick response and the fact they really cared about keeping my business. They now have a customer for life!

I placed an order on September 18th. I proceeded to check my order status online for the following week. It always said "new" after contacting the company via chat and phone multiple times I was told about the 6 day processing time. Even still, it had been a week and 1 day (8 days) since I placed my order and this is still what I was being told. However MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED THE VERY DAY I PLACED THE ORDER! This is why I was so upset. Then after many more attempts to contact, I was told that the warehouse was updating on September 15,16, and 17, and they had got behind on everyone's orders. That they gave me a credit on my account for $10 for me next order (which isn't helpful at all because I will not be ordering from this website again) and updated my shipping to next day for WHEN IT DOES FINALLY SHIP, which they couldn't tell me when that would be. Now it is almost a week later and my order status still says "new". This is the absolute most ridiculous and awful experience I've ever had with an online order and I wish I had read all of the other horrible reviews before wasting my time. All I wanted was my shirts I ordered. And not after football season was over! Now I just want my money back! Immediately!
