I ordered a zip up jacket and after only wearing it 1 time the M on the jacket was already peeling off! I was planning on returning it but unfortunately that night my little girl threw up all over me and it had to be washed. I contacted customer service the next day and they refused to give me a full refund since it had been washed. Pretty sure they wouldn't want me to send back a jacket with vomit all over it. Won't be ordering from this company again!
I placed an order Thursday for a top that I need for a game Saturday. Even with the 3-business day delay in shipping that this shirt stated and having ordered from Fanatics before, I was pretty sure that it would arrive on time. I was notified on Sunday that the top had shipped, but every time I looked at the tracking number, there was no information... until today. Today is Wednesday (nearly a full week after I placed my order), and my top finally shipped this morning. HOWEVER, because the top shipped a day late, I will not receive it until Saturday afternoon while I'm actually at the game. Big help, huh? So I go to contact customer service... and they ONLY HAVE EMAIL OR CHAT OPTIONS! Who does that!?! So I do a chat because I need answers now. Unfortunately, there is a ridiculously long wait that I sit through and I finally am connected with a "woman" (I say "woman" because I am honestly not sure if it was a live person or just an automated response as she kept saying the same thing over and over.) named Carolyn W. Carolyn W. Tells me that my top shipped on Monday, so I explain about the tracking number and even send her a screenshot of the tracking because by this point it is clear that she hasn't bothered to look at it. She still says that it shipped on Monday. So I explain that the FedEx number is clearly showing that it did not ship Monday, but that a label was created on Sunday and that the package wasn't actually shipped until Wednesday. Then she says that it must have shipped on Tuesday, but that STILL doesn't jive with the dates and times on the tracking number. Ultimately she tells me that her records say it shipped Monday and offers her "sincere apology for any inconvenience I experienced" and stops responding to me. Nothing done. Nothing resolved, and not a single one of my questions answered. I am appalled at the lack of customer care and service that Fanatics offers and will definitely be thinking twice about EVER ordering there again. As a business owner, I would NEVER treat a customer like this!

I ordered a football jersey as a present, and received NHL stickers in the mail. When I went to find out how to fix THEIR mishap i was informed that i could not get the jersey because it is now out of stock and that the wrong item must have been picked out of the bucket. That means somebody else has my jersey instead of what they ordered, and should be sending it back. But according to Fanatics there is no way for me to get what i paid for. I tried the live chat and got copy and pasted responses for how i can fix the problem THEY created. Now i have to return what i did not order to get a refund and the whole process will take up to 20 business days. This site is not customer friendly and I hope nobody has to go to them to buy anything.

I had a wonderful experience with fanatics! I'm really sad about all these horrible reviews. I received my item before they said it was suppose to even ship! I also had an issue where I had a coupon that didn't come off my bill and they even refunded me. Great customer service for me!

I wrote a review before about fanatics singing its praises but now they've just been doing some really shady things lately. For example, they changed their rules for fan cash at the last minute with very little notice. Prior to this fan cash used to be six months then they changed it to dec 31st. Mind u that this meant if u made a purchase on December 30th, and got fan cash, it expired the next day. Makes no sense! I had to fight with them multiple times to get my fan cash back. Also they tried to run a failed t mobile promotion where they gave out $20 reward cards but then they disabled shop runner (a site people PAY for to get shipping) and they upped the shipping charge that is normally $4.99 to 7.99. These people are really unethical and do not stand by their word and change all their policies on a whim. I would be very cautious interacting with them. Also be careful with paying tax, they always charge me tax on clothing even tho I live in NYC and when u ask them on email they tell u that they can't do anything that taxes are determined by the state and refuse to remove it unless you contact them on social media.

I orderd my shirt on sept 1st hoping to get my product by the gamr on sept 11th, it is now the 18th and my order is still unfulfilled! Are you kidding me?!?!?! I have been calling them only to get an answering machine! I left messages and sent an email and still have yet to get a response! I don't know whats going on here but the whole situation is frustrating! Save your money and your time!

I placed an order on Sunday evening. I needed it by Friday because we were traveling for my sons football game. I paid for 2nd day air. I had not received a confirmation at all so I called Tuesday to ask about order. I was told it was still in NEW status. Once it goes to PROCESS it is being shipped. I asked her if I would have the item by Friday. She did not know.
I ordered another item from a competitor. It shipped the next day and I had it Wednesday.
Do NOT shop here. Poor customer service. RUDE on phone. They didn't even care.

I'm searching for the 0 to click here but I guess an overrated 1 will do. First off My wife and I ordered all new Michigan stuff totaling up to almost 300 dollars. The promotion said we would have it by Friday, and Even in our order confirmation it stated that we would have them within the desired time. We get home and no packages. So we call being concerned because I'm taking my wife to her first Michigan football game this Saturday. So we message them in a chat to only get every excuse under the sun to not give us our stuff for free like the promotion has stated, Then they ask if we would like to cancel our order we tried saying no, but we were disconnected from the chat, so we get back into the chat only for them to say they had canceled our order. We have screen shots of the conversation to prove all of this. So fed up with their crap we decide to call corporate and all they say they will do for our 300 dollar order is give is 30 dollars towards more future dealings with this shady bait and switch slimeball marketing scam. I Hope you all realize that you have angered more than just the customers you have clearly done this too just today alone I see as far as the eye can See 1 star ratings. I know that my unsatisfying experience with Fanatics will be talked about to every single person I talk to at the game Saturday and of course everyone I know will know not to fall for your shady slimey marketing ploys. We all know that there is one way to make this right. Expedite our order for free like the Sale CLEARLY had stated you would.

I placed my order 8/16/16. Told I would have in my possession, within 7-10 business days. As of today 9-14-16, and my order has not even ever been "fulfilled". I've called several times- waited on hold until I was forced to an automated recording, that told me to leave a message and my call would be returned. NONE of my calls have ever been returned. I've sent an email and I will give it until tomorrow morning to hear back- if I don't hear from anyone, with an explaination-then I will file a report of fraud and a reversal with my bank. Seriously disappointed!

If you order something that is custom made and try to cancel your order 5 minutes later they will not do it even though nothing has been manufactured. Just absolutely criminal on their part. 13 days to get a tshirt using the Fed Ex to USPS snail mail. This company just absolutely blows... Shop elsewhere you'll thank me later.

I had a miserable experience once before with an order that pushed out 20 days then 30 days. Thought I'd give them one more shot but the same old story. I think the most infuriating part with these clowns is if you have a complaint, instead of a meaningful refund (which is basic service recovery) they issue a garbage $10 credit for "future purchases"... I can guarantee there will be no future purchases. Save yourself the trouble and order direct.

The worst experience i purchased a jersey on wed 9-7-16 paid $24.00 next day air shipment I tracked package and call customer service they said that's next day air service and there's nothing they can do they charged me that fee for regular ground shipment. Reg free shipment says delivery by Tuesday so why for 24.00 i get it on Monday no time commit keep in mind I'm a ups driver so i know about service. Its a shame on how they take people hard earn money. Now i have to wait till they get the item to give me a refund but took 20 seconds to withdraw the money out of my account. I called customer servive 3 times they keep you on hold for over 17 minutes and when they finally pick up its no resolution
Today is sep 18 i haven't received no credit back to my credit card and i cancelled the order and no funds received I'm about to call better business bureau and call my financial institution to do a charge back you guys are criminals> Today is September 26 I haven't revived shipment nor have I received my credit back to my account

I tried to give them another chance but this will certainly be the last. The order was placed yesterday and I pad for overnight shipping as we wanted our items before game weekend. However, because some of the items came from a different location, they will ship at a different time. Not only that, they sent my overnight package to a garbage company, Lasership (should be Laser$#*!), that is a GROUND delivery company only, knowing they could not honor this delivery timeframe. So in short, they charged me for overnight but contracted a company and paid them for probably a lower negotiated contractually obligated ground price to yet again rob another customer. Now it says I won't receive my items for 6 days... and I will be surprised if they make it by then.
I fully understand that keeping cost low and making a margin is the name of the game in business, however this action is thievery and you should be sued.
The final part of this is that they hide behind a part in their FAQ, which is buried and never mentioned unless you go to that area of the site, that it takes 48 hours to pull the product from their fulfillment sites, however they will still charge and allow you to believe that next day delivery means the actual next day. Their processing time is not a me problem but a them problem and should be taken into account when the order is placed.
I would hate to think when I might receive this order if I placed the order for regular ground. Bottom line is, you have a better chance of winning the lottery than having a good experience with this awful excuse for a company. Do yourself a favor and order direct from Nike, UA, the schools, etc.

I wrote customer service 3 times. The first time was to ask about shipping because I received no notification. Wrote back told me one of the items wasn't available. Weak because of technology. Wrote the 2nd time to get a phone number for customer service. Called customer service they explained to me, after fighting through the horrible phone personless interaction, and they told me on Wednesday it will be to me Thursday. Go online look at the order and it still says new, not even processed. Email again, no response. Call on Friday, today, one week later, and they tell me it hasn't shipped. Order cancelled. Worst online purchasing experience ever. If I could give them no stars I would. I will never go back to this site or the 10 others that look just like this one. *******679 is the "customer service" number

I paid extra fees for faster 3 day shipping so I would get this jersey before I went out of town. Unfortunately the extra fee I paid was a lie and they delivered 10 days later. SO disappointed with this site. I feel scammed out of my money. Not only will I never return as a customer but I will actively spread the word about how bad this company rips off their customers. So disappointed with this website! The banner at the top stated 20% off plus free shipping on all items. On the final review page it shows the cost of the items and shows shipping at 0.00 then AFTER you press submit and complete your order they charge you $4.99 shipping! Clearly they don't care about customer satisfaction. I will be buying from other sites from now on!

Terrible customer service... they said the reason an item I ordered on Monday morning of this week was not mailed out until Wednesday night of this week was because of weather delays in Jacksonville. That is a bunch of lies! I was promised the items by Friday and they will not be delivered by then. They messed up and are not willing to say they are in error.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
