I ordered a gift on 8/18, the tracking information stated it shipped on 8/23 and they provided tracking information. I waited another 2 days and then checked on the UPS site and it stated "UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later'. I then called Fanatics.com to make sure they provided the correct tracking information. They were rude on the phone, stated I had to wait 3-7 days, then said it was UPS fault and I should call UPS, then placed me on hold for 15 minutes and hung up on me. I will never order anything else from them and will be sure to share my experience with others. If I do not receive the package by tomorrow I am going to dispute the $299 +tax order on my card
I'm pretty sure a group of highschool kids could run this company better.
I placed an order 7/23 and it is now 8/30. I work in the ecommerce world and this is the least professional site I have ever seen. BBB should be involved with this company along with Visa/MC stopping payment on this site.

Placed an order and item was delivered to the wrong address. Box was missing for about a week. Called customer service 30 times and NO HELP. I finally talked to a lady named Karmen at corporate office today around 3pm EST. She told me my account is under review. I get home approximately an hour later and finally the package arrives. It was delivered to the wrong address by LASERSHIP. I called Karmen back to let her know that I got the package. I told Karmen I no longer will order from Fanatics ever again and just get rid of accounts she immediately starting laughing and hung up.

I have used fanatics on a number of occasions and always been more than satisfied but this last time I recieved an email saying
"FAN UP BY FRIDAY"
Inside the email the first line reads
"free shipping over $30 and it's guarenteed by friday... or it's free"
I thought what a great premotion, I jumped on and ordered over $200 worth of gear and popped in the promo code.
Well friday rolled around and nothing.
Saturday came and the tracking said we recieved it at 3.30pm... but we hadn't
Sunday at 10.20am we recieved a phone call at front desk to alert us to the fact a parcel had just been delivered for us.
Awesome.
All the gear was there, happy days.
I then got on live chat to resolve the issue of two day delivery or free.
The live chat person admited I was entitled to the premotion and offered me a $65 refund. I said but I had spent over $200 why could I not get the refund, I was then informed that I wasn't entitled to any refund as the premotion also included saturday and that I would be getting nothing.
So disappointing from a company I have really enjoyed using, false advertising and zero intent on hoboring there premotion.
Won't use again. Stay away as they clearly don't care for customer satisfaction at all.

I just wanted to say that I'm very happy with this company. When I contacted them because my order was a couple of days late they credited my account $10 and the next day I had my order. Customer service was very helpful. The quality of the clothing is amazing I am very very happy. I noticed on some of the reviews they say that it must be staff members writing these reviews I can guarantee I am not a staff member. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

I ordered a pair of Texas A&M cazulle/cruzerz slippers. When I got the package I received Michigan wolverine slippers. I felt my excitement drop. Although they mixed those up, they are still a comfortable slip on. Just wish I got what I intended to order. Shipping was right on time and fast.

I ordered a customized shirt on a sunday, After the order completed I noticed it put two i's in my name. I called 1 minute later and they would not make the change for me. Unbelievable. Stay away, they try to rip you off any way possable.

This website is completely a fraudulent website. Anyone who writes anything positive about this website, obviously works there. I ordered on August 11,2016. I ordered these shirts a WEEK AND TWO DAYS before i needed it. The order said 3 business days to process, which was ok thinking it would ship out August 15,2016 or August 16,2016. WRONG. I contacted customer service on the 15th to simply find out the status of my order. They upgraded me to overnight shipping and told me my order would ship out on the 16th and have it by the 17th. I contacted them AGAIN on the 16th, early afternoon saying i never received a shipping email. They told me i was receive the email before 3pm. It was late afternoon on the 16th, and still received no email saying my order shipped. I contacted customer service AGAIN and they told me i will get an email that it will ship before 8PM. Now 8pm?! Well, 8PM came and gone and still no email. I called customer service AGAIN on the 18th and was told there is now a delay in my order and the order is not coming from the warehouse and there is no ship date?
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. STAY AWAY! TRY LOOKING FOR YOUR ITEMS ON AMAZON OR EBAY. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS!

I've ordered three items that were signed and authenticated by Fanatics. I read a lot of unsatisfied customers' claims and it seems, mostly, problems with shipping.
I have received my items in a timely manner using First Class mail.
My advise to customers is to make sure they receive the items within 14 days. If not, file a claim to get a full refund with the Credit Card issuer. They, nomaly, guarantee a full refund if you have not received the items. Futhermore, they guarantee it on online orders for up to 6 months.

I bought a $48 item that was described as a "sweatshirt". Definitely not a sweatshirt. Very thin and flimsy material; it qualifies as a long-sleeved shirt but not anywhere thick enough to be a sweatshirt. Quality is poor as well - no hem around the collar - this will fall apart quickly. I want to return it, but I'll be charged $5.50 for the return and I'll receive store credit because I used a gift card that I got from another vendor, and I don't want to try purchasing another item after receiving something with this low of quality. Only good thing I can say is that shipping was prompt.

I ordered a college t-shirt on which you were allowed to choose the sport ("basketball" "football" etc). It didn't fit and I returned it within a week. I then got an email that said I would not receive a refund because I returned it over 365 days past the return policy and they donated it to charity! I called this morning and spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service. The cs rep was nice, but the floor supervisor was a complete jerk. Basically, they consider this item a "custom" item because you choose the sport, which I can understand (though doesn't seem reasonable at all) and I found is stated on the item online. However, they immediately donated it to charity and gave me no other options! I wouldn't have returned it if I thought they would keep the item AND my money! They could have offered a credit, allowed me to pay to have the shirt returned to me, anything at all, but they said there was no way around the policy that for "custom" returns, they keep your money AND the item! This is just incredible. Will keep reviewing this company as many places as I can to make sure people know of this absurdity.

I can't leave a 1 star rating because I have had two great prior experiences with Fanatics but this one order I've been having issues with. I got my shipping confirmation on Jul 24th and have yet to get an update on my parcel's tracking. It still says "Shipment data uploaded" on DDP's tracking website. Was my order ever sent out? I've tried to contact customer service and got a useless automated email. I feel cheated.

I forgot to check free shipping box before I sent it out, Some person in customer service took care of it in one day sent me an email just to let me know everything was taken care of they took it off my card. I ordered a shirt with a players number on it last week (July 28) and got a confirmation email with the order number stating they would email me when my order was processed and shipped out. It said it would be shipped (within 4 business days) in plenty of time for my need to wear it 2 weeks later. 5 days passed and when I did not receive an email of shipment, I called the customer service number. They had NO recollection of my order, they could not find it in the system with the order number they emailed me, could not find my account in the system and never processed my card. I waited an entire week for them to process it and felt as if the representative was not concerned about my issue. She did not try to help me out by reprocessing my order online nor give me a reason as to what could have happened and how they "Never got my order"... even though I had a order number confirmation!
-My friend ordered the same item and is in the same boat as myself!
I will not order from this website again, I just feel it is too ironic that the exact issue happened to myself and my friend on separate ordering days!

Ordered a hat and tshirt for the rio Olympics. Paid xtra for 3 day delivery. After 5 days i tracked package and noticed they use lasership delivery service. I researched lasership and found they have a HORRIBLE reputation for delivering products. Why would a company use a delivery service with a horrible reputation?. Needless to say i cancelled my order and got a refund. Never again fanatics.com you dropped the ball

Ordered a week before a baseball game we wanted to go to (7 days). We received one package before the other was even shipped. We had to cancel the second package because it wouldn't have reached us in time. Annoying, but not the worst problem. Needed to return a shirt- the neck was so big it looked like it was made for a guy with a watermelon for a head. We had called and asked them to give us store credit for the return since our debit card had fraudulent activity and we wouldn't be able to get the refund out of the account. They said they could do that. We then see the return was deposited into our frozen account that we have no access to. I called and they said it was their policy to return to the card and not give credit. Why did you say that you could in the first place? So now we don't have the shirt or the $35 that it cost.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
