Yes first of all it took two weeks to get a shirt abd a cap secondly the cap was worn and dirty but they still sold it like that, I will post on my friends extensive facebook page about them.The shirt was crumbled up in a bag. I will never order from them again.
I ordered two shirts from this company and someone from the East Coast headquarters (jacksonville, Fl) stole my card information and made 400 dollars in purchases! In process of tracking them down! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Well I now see that I should have read reviews before ordering from this company. I have the very same issue as many also have. I ordered, they charged card. No product, no response to numerous emails and all you get is voice mail on there phone number. A scam?

I had a small snag with my order and it was not going to arrive in time. I contacted the customer service department and they remade my jersey and sent it out overnight. I am beyond thrilled with this company. I highly recommend them!
Here is the update on my review. Fanatics has tried for three weeks and on multiple occasions to process my order. But to date, I still have not been able to complete my order. In fact, now they have stopped contacting me through email and do not return my phone calls. They have been no help and I have no where else to go to order the shirts I want! I do not understand, and fanatics has no answer, for why any of the people who order from my household, have their orders refunded. We order with no problem and then a few hours later, it is refunded, but with no email notifying us why! I have spoken to them three times, and each time they tell me that they have lifted the "holds" from the account and last time they were supposed to give us $10, but that didn't happen either. I am sick and tired of this happening.

365 returns is a lie! I returned a shirt and received a delivery confirmation that it was delivered on March 30th. I have contacted them several times about my refund which I have never received. No response. DONT EVER ORDER FROM FANATICS.COM!

I bought $60+ dollars worth of shirts, tried them on they didn't fit. Returned them. Weeks later I got an email that it was a Custom order and cannot be returned - WRONG - nothing custom. That it was also damaged - WRONG. I tired it on. So i called customer service, they admitted it was a "mistake" that the order was Custom - "mistake" is a nice term, I can think of something else. They said the REAL reason was - it smelled like cologne. Let's see, would that be remnants from the last time I used cologne in 1999? On top of that, they went ahead and DONATED my clothes... MY clothes. I called, told them it was going on my buddies twitter who has 50k followers and that I was recording the call and asked for consent. They refunded the money - or they say they will. They know they got caught in a scam. WOWOWOWW, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER. I've seldom experienced full on scams like this but 40 years born and living in NYC didn't raise a sucker. Something is seriously wrong with this company. On the the BBB now to file my complaint.

In March of 2016, I placed an order with this company for a Baltimore Ravens Infinity bracelet. My credit card was immediately charged. The following day I received an email stating the order was being processed. I have not heard anything since, nor have I received the bracelet. I have emailed the company several times but got no response.

I ordered a Pittsburgh Pirates shirt paid for 2 day shipping because I needed it for an event. First it didn't arrive in 2 days- it took a week! They did refund me my shipping cost which was nice.
The shirt arrived and I planned to keep it but it was much too big AND missing a rhinestone on the H of Pittsburgh. I have returned but have yet to hear back! I am nervous with the stories of them not wanting to refund people stating items are damaged. My item was damaged when it arrived!
Not happy with the whole experience.
I returned a shirt that I paid over 30 dollars for. The tags were hanging still on the shirt. Just tried it on and did not like it. Received an email saying the money won't be refunded because the shirt was worn and on top of that, the shirt has been donated to charity. What kind of bs is that. They basically stole my money. Oh, they also said in their email that the shirt was a customized one which was another bs. It was just a regular Nike dry fit team shirt. Will never shop here again.

I ordered a Kevin Harvick shirt for my father for Father's Day. The order did arrive on Friday in time to be given to him on Sunday. When he opened the present he saw that it was a size larger than he wears. I immediately packed it up and returned it labels intact and using the pre-printed mailing envelope. I just received an email from the website stating that 1. It was a customized order which I find hard to believe since it appears on their website as a regular sale item and 2. That it was damaged because not only myself but my mother and the post office inspected it prior to shipping and no damage was evident. The website further stated that they had donated it to charity. I find this very hard to believe since it's a customized order. My thought is that they probably have put it back in stock and resold it. I will never shop from this website again

I ordered Ohio state leggings on MARCH 20th! I talked to Chelsea like beginning of April, she said they were back ordered. Ok and sent me a free t-shirt and then nothing! It's almost July and nothing and every time I called I got a voice mail! Never again and I want my $35 back or my damn leggings. I left multiple messages and no one ever called back. Worst thing ever to get screwed out of $35! I have a family of 5! The daughters and a husband who works his $#*! off for us and you want to take a lousy $35 and not send a product? Nice and I will make sure to tell everyone how terrible this is! I should have read the reviews..
DO NOT ORDER FROM fanatics, clothes are undersized and customer service will give you the run around. Wish I would have read reviews before I wasted my time and money on this website.

I recently purchased two items for a recent high school graduate that is going to attend The Ohio State University. My items were shipped separately, and they did arrive in time for me to give to her at her graduation party. Initially, I had some concerns, but I had some very courteous and productive conversations with a Fanatics representative. The concerns I expressed were dealt with very courteously and professionally by the representative from Fanatics. I appreciate that they addressed my concerns and didn't "fluff" me off. And I thank Fanatics for valuing me as a customer.

This company has the worst customer service. They make returns extremely difficult and expensive, and their customer service is non-existent. Customers shouldn't feel like a nuisance. We should feel valued.

I will never recommend this website to anyone. This website/company should just shut down after ready so many bad reviews or better just get there $#*! together and have better customer service to please there customers. I wish I would have read the review before buying anything from fanatics. I had placed an order on Monday there website stated guarantee before Father's Day well that was not true instead i will be receiving 6/21. I contacted there customer service spoke with crystal a customer service rep she was very helpful and stated she that they will attempt to try to get it here by Saturday and if not they would refund me my money. So I figured oh okay cool if I don't get it by Saturday at least I would get my money back seemed like a good agreement. So of course I waited al day yesterday and nope still nothing so I contacted them back today spoke with Tiffany explained to her what had happen and my conversation with crystal she's stated that crystal gave me false information and the only thing they can do is give me 10 credit. Told her that's not what I was told she told me supervisor would call me by the name of Zach. Received the call which was pointless because he was no help basically told me the same info that Tiffany told me so it was really pointless for me to get a call from him. I won't be shopping here anymore worse experience ever at least if someone messes up from your team you should just back them up and give the customer what they were told and maybe you guys would have better ratings.

Where is my order? I ordered 2 things from this site almost 2 months ago and when I try to track my order all it says for the status is "unfulfilled" What the hell does that even mean? They already charged my card right away and since that email I have not heard one thing from this company! I have tried calling their customer service number multiple times and all I get is the voicemail box, I have emailed the customer service email several times and have heard nothing! I either want my money back or my order! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this site!

I ordered 2 Texas Rangers jerseys. The Texas flag is part yellow. I emailed the company and have been exchaning emails with " jessica" for over a week now. The site says 365 money back gurantee but she will not agree to a refund. She offered a discount or a free beanie? Then offered $10 refund because thats just the way they come. This is garbage and horrible service!

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
