Stay Far Away

We ordered some lakers clothing for our son. For some reason the company decided to refund our order and not inform us. When it did not arrive in the time we called them and asked what was going on. They said that we needed to talk with their Authentication team however they were not available. As it turned out they did refund the money but we wanted the clothing. Because the order was time sensitive present, they told us they could not re process it in time. Don't waste your time, use another site. For us they didn't deliver what was promised. However $#*!'s Sporting goods did use them.

I ordered a Yankees jacket for my husband the order says Yankees the item is mets. After hrs of trying to contact them and getting a response I spoke to a woman named Farrah via live chat. She assured me the item would be corrected and a new one would ship out immediately. I received the item yesterday and again it was a mets jacket not a Yankees one. Found the number to call to get someone live to speak to. After waiting 35 mins I had the rudest customer service agent. Nasty isn't even begin to describe the way he spoke to me. After demanding to speak to a supervisor for another 30 mins a man named Rob got on the phone. Assured me the matter would be looked into and taken care of. He also asked for a number he could reach me at and promised if I gave him 24 hrs he would call me and let me know the outcome. Well today I received an email forwarded to me saying that the item isn't in stock and they will issue me a refund after I send the wrong item back. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL BACK FROM THEM AS PROMISED! I am contacting the BBB about them tomorrow. A bunch of liars and horrible customer service

I purchased a baseball hat from them last month. I had ordered from them in the past, and while the shipping speed wasn't all that fast, I didn't have any issues once the items were received.

Well, I tried on the hat and wore it for all of about 15 seconds, decided it was too big, and sent it back. All original packaging and tags were included, it was sent back in the original box, and the return form was filled out and included. Approximately 30 days later, I receive an email saying that they did not accept my return because the items had been damaged and "customized or modified." This hat was literally worn for 15 seconds. And I don't even know what modified could even mean? I did nothing to the hat, and they're making it sound like I ironed a patch on the side of it or dyed it a different color or something.

To make matters even worse, since they did not accept the return, they told me that the item had been donated to charity, per their policy. Apparently if they unilaterally decide that a returned item isn't correctly tagged or in any way altered, they just get rid of it (probably write it off as a charitable tax deduction or something). They gave me NO option to return the hat to me, even if I were to pay for shipping. How absurd is that? I could have at least sold it on eBay and got my money back that way. The hat was tagged and new.

So in sum, I paid for the hat, the original shipping, the return shipping, and I have nothing to show for it and no recourse against the god awful company.

Do yourself a favor and just buy from Amazon, where the return policy is actually made in good faith and ethical sales practices are followed.

I will never, under any circumstances, ever buy from fanatics.com again. By the way, fanatics.com, fansedge.com, sportsmemorabilia.com, and all the shopping links on the leagues' own websites (e.g. nba.com, mlb.com) are all powered by fanatics. So if you're looking to boycott this company like I am, avoid all those sites.

Yes that is true, I don't know what got me on a kick of just having to buy almost every t-shirt you have that has to do with the Auburn Tigers unless it was their amazing run in the softball tournament. Yes I've been an Auburn fan since I was in high school because their team is like ours, the underdog to the school that throws money to get the best it can buy, Alabama.

I'm really upset! I ordered a pair of pants on March 27th! I have not received them! I called about 3 weeks later and was sent a t-shirt because of the long wait! But anytime I call or email the business since then I get no answer or reply! I'll call my bank and hopefully they will be able to do something! I'm starting to feel like this was a scam.

AWFUL COMPANY

I wish I read reviews before ordering from this company. I placed an order 5/22/16 it is still saying unfulfilled order. The money was taken from my account (THE NEXT DAY) I have called, emailed and called some more. I'll be Contacting the BBB as well.

I placed my order on 4/30/16 and my credit card was charged on 5/1/16. It is now 6/1/16 and I still have not received my order. I emailed the company and haven't heard anything from them. No information on when I should expect to see the order, no sorry it's taking so long. I will be contacting BBB and never ordering from this company again!

I feel scammed now

I ordered 2 NFL cowboys jerseys today 6/1/16 and it said I was supposed to be receiving more information in my email about what day of arrival I will be receiving my merchandise so I checked and there's nothing. I get on the Fanatics Outlets website to login and it says my order is pending I'm not sure how long it will take to receive my merchandise

I ordered & payed for a jersey & pair of leggings for my granddaughter's birthday on 3/21/2016, Authentics® Official Apparel sent the wrong jersey which can happen & the rep I spoke with was very nice & overnighted me the wrong color jersey but I made it work. The leggings are the BIG problem, Fan authentics has had my money since 3/21/16 this is is 6/1/16 & it's bad enough still no leggings but they refuse to return my phone calls & my emails go unanswered for over 2 months I have heard nothing. They have a Facebook page which is where I ordered from if you've had a problem let the world know. BBB here I come. My grandchildren are big sports fans I thought I had found a place to buy from, NOT!

As much as I like the items I purchased, the sizing chart was wrong on one of my items. They should have shown the sizing chart by the maker; if they had, I would have purchased the correct size. Unfortunately, I went by the sites' chart (the only one there) and ordered too large. The return policy is great if all you want to do is return an item, because the shipping for returns is free. But THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES, so to get the item you want, you have to pay shipping twice by reordering.
I tried the online chat service, but since it took me 2 minutes to type in my story, they logged off, as I was correcting a typo. Salt to the wound.
Maybe talking to a human would help, if there is a next time.

Update: The site has responded to this review and has refunded the extra shipping charge, which I think shows very good customer service. I have given 2 more stars, b/c we really did like the merchandise. Thank you, Fanatics.com :)

I placed my order on March 10th, and I have yet to receive it. It is now May 25th. I spoke with a customer service rep in April, and I was very hopeful. She told me my item was very popular and should be mailed out by April 25th. She also was going to send me a free tank top that week since I had waited so long for my other order. I have yet to receive either item. I have called multiple times, and I never get to an actual representative. It tells you to leave a message, which I have. I feel like I got scammed.

Jersey Purchase

I purchased a jersey from Fanatics to wear to a White Sox game. The Fan Relations staff went above and beyond to help me get the correct jersey when the first one I recieved wasn't exactly what I wanted. Sarah from Fan relations contacted me personally expressing her concerns and wanted to get me the correct jersey ASAP. She upgraded me to a higher priced jersey and shipped it to me overnight at no additional cost. In addition to that I was given a $10 credit to my account for a later purchase. I can't say enough about how well they handled the situation. I will be a returning customer not only because of the great customer service but also because of the huge selection they have in sports gear. Thanks to Sarah and the Fanatics team.

The site offers 365 day returns. However not if shipped direct from manufacturer. However the only way to find it out is to try to find it in their policies. No where on the product page or receipt does it state this and in fact on the product page it specifically says 365 day returns. Won't order from them again.

I ordered some Texas Rangers pants for my wife on April 5th. I was charged that same day and still have not received my order. Tried to search my order status and the site gives me an error message. This definately feels like a scam and I am reporting the purchase to my bank. What a rip off! Wish I could give 0 out of 5 stars.

Feels like a scam

To whomever it may concern,

I purchased a St. Louis Blues Reebok #91 Vladimir Tarasenko EDGE Authentic Alternate Jersey last Tuesday, May 3rd. I agreed to, and paid, a transaction of $84.99 ($69.99 plus $15.00 shipping). I looked at my credit card statement this morning and your charge is $88.93 plus an additional $1.77 in foreign transaction fees. I don't know why it's $88.93 instead of $84.99, and I sure as hell didn't agree to any transaction fees. I want these extra charges removed immediately. I will not pay a dime over $84.99.

Also, I received an email last Friday that my product has shipped, but when I look up the tracking number it says my purchase is still in Shanghai. I ordered this over a week ago...

I'm starting to think I've been had. I'm only writing this because the website offers no phone number to call. Only emailf for communication. I'll wait 24 hours for someone to respond to my email or on here. If I haven't heard back from someone to address these issues by tomorrow morning I will find a way to cancel my purchase.

I've shopped on and off here for a long time. They are not always the cheapest, but prices are fair. They don't always have exactly what you are looking for, but those 2 things are the only reason no 5 star. It's an honest, competent business with quality products.

I ordered an item that was guaranteed to arrive by the coming Saturday otherwise it was free. When the item didn't arrive that Saturday so as to prepare me to cheer for the Mets vs Dodgers I sent an email to fanatics.com. They credited my credit card the entire amount without conversation or delay and apologized. Better yet the delay was of no fault of fanatics.com. I checked the FedEx routing and noticed that the item arrived at the local FedEx facility on Friday at 7:30 AM and was on the truck for delivery by 8:20 AM. They didn't deliver it only to return it to the local FedEx facility. They did the same thing on Saturday... and here on Monday at 2:20 PM I still haven't seen FedEx. Keep in mind that I live in Southern California and the weather is perfect for deliveries... they need to embrace the fanatics.com ethic
