I ordered a few hats and t shirts ready for international shipping. Under my orders it doesn't list under "Active Orders" it's just under all orders and it's status is Shipped. Does it really take 21 days to ship internationally. Like I'm not even sure if it's even shipped, how can it possibly take this long?
I did not receive a verification via email today I do not not know my order is coming or not

I purchased my son a pair of $60 shorts for Christmas and by the time he got them and wore them it was over 30 days. The first time that he wore them the waist band/drawstring ripped out. All I wanted was to exchange the defective item but it is against their return policy. Personally I think if a product is defective they should replace it. All they offered me was $10 off my next order which I really don't plan on ordering from them again. Why advertised 365 days return policy when it doesn't apply to defective items!

Purchased a Memphis grizzlies iPad case for my daughter for Christmas. Was disappointed to see the iPad case simply had a cheap Grizzlies sticker affixed to the front. Gave it to my daughter anyway since it was so close to Christmas. Within eight weeks the sticker was completely cracked and peeled everywhere. Contacted their "customer service" and was sent a canned response telling me that it exceeded their 30 day policy to return defective merchandise. I explained that it taken just over 30 days for all the cracking and peeling to occur and received the exact same canned response from their customer service explaining that my order had been over 30 days old. Their 365 day no hassle return only applies if you've never touched or opened the item Very misleading Very disappointing Not willing to stand by their merchandise.

I wrote to complain about delivery on a large order placed 4/5. A few of the tee shirts are shipping one at a time so I was a little peeved. The CSR was able to go in and check my original order and have it shipped 3 day no extra charge. Just waiting for it to ship as indicated on 4/14.

I ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas... SU related. It did not fit and my preference was to exchange for a different size. They did not have the size so I returned for refund. I received an email from them that there would be no refund as the item was either customized (which it was purchased from their standard on-line offerings) or damaged (never been worn, tried on once) or did not have original tags (returned in original cellophane with the tags which it was received). They advised they donated it to charity. Knowing that sizes vary based upon quality of products, I would NEVER order something that could not be returned. I may not be a big spender with this company but they have lost this customer. And, I will be sure to share my experience to help others avoid the same.

So I left a review about fanatics and there representative as you can see promised to contact me. I waited 4 days and no one contacted me so u decided I'll give them a call. They said they will contact me no later than Sunday. It's now Monday morning and still no one contacted me. Anyway to start a class action lawsuit for the miss representation and false advertisement for promotion code... SLAMDUNK. Was guaranteed to ship with in three days and on time or it was free. Promotional code was for final four. Never stated the item I purchased was excluded. What would be the point of the purchase. They said my item was excluded... a final four shirt using the promotional code for 3 day guaranteed to ship and receive by April 4th was excluded... makes sense. I ordered Final Four shirts on a Sunday (day after Elite Eight) for the Final Four game on Saturday. I upgraded my shipping to 2 day and site said items would ship in 3 business days. On Friday, I get an email saying my items are going to ship that day. There is no way I will receive in time for the game so I cancelled the order. My son is very disappointed! If you can't deliver the goods, don't promise that you will.
And I hate live chat customer service - get an 800 number!
So I ordered here to get a final four hat in time for the final four games, instead the hat isn't expected to be here a day after the national championship game... Did I mention I ordered it Sunday night.? They just now decide to ship it horrible service 0.1/10

Wish I had seen these reviews before I had ordered from them. Got my son a t-shirt for Christmas. When he opened it, he noticed that it was a performance t which usually are a little on the tighter side, so he asked if we could get it the next size up. I returned this shirt undamaged and with all tags still attached. When they received the shirt, they emailed me saying they were not going to honor my return because it was outside the return policy timeframe. When I proved it wasn't outside the timeframe, they came up with another excuse not to honor their return policy and would not even return the shirt (even after I offered to pay for the return shipping). All they would offer is $10 credit, which is less than 1/3 the cost of the shirt and would men that I would have to do business with them again. I will never do business with these crooks again, and have removed all links to my NFL, NBA, and Nascar Pro Shops because they are supplied by Fanatics. I urge everyone I talk to to verify that they are not ordering from a store that uses Fanatics (they don't have to take my word for it, I tell them to come to this site and verify what I am telling them). The ratings and reviews speak for themselves.

My husband purchase 2 shirts for me (different colleges I have attended). One did not fit, so I returned the shirt, with the tags attached, in the box and label they provided. I had to pay $5 shipping out of the "credit" I was suppose to get, as I couldn't just exchange. I got an email the other day saying
The item was customized. Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
The item was returned damaged. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels
Since these items were received beyond our return policy timeframe, we are unable to process this return, and as stated on our website, have donated the item(s) to charity.

Neither were true, NOT customized... it is on their website right now! Tags were attached! I never wore the shirt! I tried it on, it didn't fit, I returned it! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN... and I will make sure everyone I can knows what crap they can expect! I would LOVE proof that they donated the shirt... they probably just resold it! Horrible!

I've had the worst experience with Fanatics. I don't think they are a legit company. I bought some items from them for Christmas but they sent me the wrong size. So I followed their instructions and now I'm out of my products and refund. They claim they sent it to my bank but not my card. And my bank has no report of any kind. Fanatics just keeps giving the same correspondence. I'm out over $100.00. They should not be in business at all. I don't understand how this company can continue to do business when they are just crooks aka criminals!

Ordered a Bronco T-shirt from this site January 26th and did not receive it till day after Super Bowl was over! After I received it, I proudly wore it and noticed the printing was off center on front and back. I quickly returned it and to make a long story short, this process took another 3 weeks and they only give me back a PARTIAL refund! They charged me for the Shipping and Handling and kept the tax that I paid on the defected product. A $40 T-shirt and they gave me back $30 with no discount or anything. Lost $10 to this ripoff company with nothing but a miserable experience to show for it. Just stick with Amazon, way faster, and reliable. And stay away from their sister company Fansedge.com. What a gimmick, they send you defected overpriced gear and if you dare try to return it, they charge you S&H and keep your Tax you paid. Amazed they are still in business, must be from all the suckers like me that trusted them!

Fanatics has been around for 20+ years and in that 20 + years they have a 87% NEGATIVE rating with customers. LOL
They are happy to sell you knockoffs and defective gear with no remorse.
If thinking of purchasing items from them. Think again!
You will end up with cheap defective poorly made knockoff gear.
And this is why they offer such poor service
Because in reality they no that there gear is terrible and they really don't give a damn about it or the customer. HEADS UP they will offer you fan cash as a credit so you are forced to buy more of there poorly made knock offs.

I've been battling for 4 months trying to get a refund for an item I never received. I was advised by a customer support member to "just wait" and now I'm outside their 45 day window for requesting a refund. I requested a refund months ago and was denied that right and am considering taking legal action as this violates the Consumer Rights Act of 2015. Horribly upset that I wasted so much time and money. Never order from these scam artists!
