I am currently on chat trying to find the status of my return and there is absolutely no response. This is actually just the latest in a long line of TERRIBLE customer service events. I paid for 2 days shipping the week of Christmas; did not receive 2 day shipping. I had one item to return out of my order but the return label was so faded that the USPS could not scan it. I chatted with customer service on 4 separate occasions throughout January asking for either a new label or an address so I could ship the return on my own. I was told every time that a label had been mailed and I was given an estimated delivery date. As of today, I have never received this label. The company blatantly lied every time I contacted them- over a simple shipping label. I finally shipped the return and it has been delivered but I cannot get any response regarding status. I repeat... Do NOT order from this company!

The best way for me to explain is to give the facts.
1/28/16 - I ordered 3 items for the superbowl that had huge red banners on the web page stating they would be shipped NO later than Feb 2. I knew I would be traveling so I paid for $25 for overnight shipping to my hotel to arrive on Feb 3.
2/3/16 - no package, web site says not shipped yet. I sent 4 emails to fanatics asking where they were and to cancel if not shipped that day as I would be leaving the hotel where they were being mailed.
2/5/16 - They actually shipped the items and I wrote an email immediately to tell them AGAIN I wasn't there as those items were supposed to be there on the 3rd.
2/5/16 - Marriott refused the items as I requested and fedex took them back.
2/6/16 - After numerous emails and phone calls they returned my money. STILL acted as if they were not in the wrong.
2/16/16 - I got two emails stating they received the returns AND they had shipped a replacement to the address and would be reversing the refund! What?!
2/16/16 - I called, asked for supervisor, got Tim H., explained all of the above to him expecting a supervisor in a customer service agency would at least say he was very sorry for this, but nothing. He stated, that was a canned email, they did not replacement. Over and over he said just that, not sorry, nothing, no customer service skills at all anywhere in this company.
Never again!

Misleading return policy!
February 10, 2016

Don't believe their 365 return policy, customer satisfaction guarantee! If the item comes from a "certain warehouse" that policy doesn't apply! Buyer beware! Also, what you see is not what you get. Just because the picture contains certain detail, do NOT assume you will get the item as pictured. Again, buyer beware!

Just aweful!

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT purchase from this website!
I paid $35 for Saturday delivery, received email on Saturday that package just went out to be received Monday. Hmmm
I called Fanatics and per representative "unfortunately" she doesn't know what happened. I could not cancel order because supposedly package was with FedEx on its way to me. So, I should get my package on Monday and be refunded immediately for Saturday delivery and for return label.

Here comes Monday and I decided to track package. Oh wait! Not getting to me until Tuesday! Are you fckn serious?

So I called Fed Ex who states package was just released to them today. (but apparently I could not cancel order previously because "it was on its way") I called Fanatics and per representative "unfortunately" you were misinformed. Ahh misinformed again, ok.
So refund that was supposed to be released immediately, is now still pending and still no jersey... never again!

First time I order and the last time I order from a terrible company. I'm a big fan of the Carolina Panthers and I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago. I have called and live chat but that doesn't help. This company is great for giving you the run around instead of being direct. I will be sure to let others know never to deal with them. Also, is there anyway this site can have negative ratings because this company definitely earned that.

I used to be a big fan of fanatics for all my sports wear, however, after this past Christmas I will no longer be using them. The one thing my son wanted for Christmas was a UK football jersey. I ordered in mid November. I got a notice it had shipped within a week but it never came. Every time I tracked it, it showed it was in the same location. I started calling and was told it was on the way. Closer to Christmas I really got worried and talked online and via phone to several reps who reassured me that it was going to arrive by Christmas but if not they had a contract with Fed Ex that I would get a full refund if it did not arrive on time plus keep the jersey. I called all the way up to Christmas being told again that it would get there on time but if not the guarantee. Well, it never came until several days after and now I call for the refund and they act like they have no clue what I'm talking about. I gave them the time, day, and reps I spoke with so now they say they have to "investigate" and I would hear back within days. However, that has been weeks ago and still have not heard a thing. I should not have to call one company this many times and wait on hold forever to continuously be lied to and passed around. And the worst part is my son didn't even get to open the only thing that he really wanted on Christmas morning. Very upset all the way around.

My wife got the same treatment as many others have had with these super bowl 50 items. Shirts were sent way later than their advertising promised. Shirts will arrive AFTER the game. No explanation other than their "apologies". How about you apologize with a refund or an incentive for us that actually indicates you somewhat care about lousy customer service and false advertising...

Horrible service
February 5, 2016

I have placed a few orders from Fanatics. Every product either comes damaged or does not ship on time. This time I ordered a new shirt on 1/25/16 with the promise that it would ship out on 2/2/16. I assumed that it would be shipped and arrive by the Superbowl. I contacted customer service 3 times this week. The shirt still hasnt shipped. Now I'm being told it is scheduled to ship on Monday, AFTER the superbowl.

Lies, lies, lies

I wish I would have read all the reviews that were posted on this site before I ordered my Super Bowl t-shirt. I join in with them all! The website said the shirt was going to ship by Feb. 2nd but it didn't ship until Feb. 4th making the t-shirt arrive 2 days after the Super Bowl. What a bunch of lies! Customer Service was unhelpful as well. Fanatics should have treated the Super Bowl items as a seasonal item. Very disappointing!

I'm so unhappy with this company! I now have to find Bronco shirts for me and my guy before Sunday in California! It was going to be a surprise for him! He wanted an AFC Manning shirt, and I was having a hard time finding one so I ordered from them thinking they should be good! I was so wrong! The customer service sucks! The lady who I was speaking with, was very unhelpful! She gave no explanation on why it was late. I was at least a bit sympathetic at first, (Broncos are in the super bowl, I get it may be late) and even considered keeping the shirts. But she just kept arguing with me about the shipping date! I'm like I'm looking at FedEx and I can see when it was shipped! She made me so angry, I've decided I don't want to keep the damn shirts! I will never use this company again, just off of the customer service alone! Like I said I was sympathetic at first. They should teach their people what to and not say to their customers. UGH!

TERRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered a Broncos shirt for the SuperBowl as a gift for my fiance' and it has yet to be shipped. I spoke with a representative named Marquita. She was not at all apologetic and told me my ordered won't be shipped from their Warehouse until Monday, Feb. 8th. The game is SUNDAY! There's no telling when he will receive the order! It was a "special order" that was supposed to shipped out on Tuesday and it's now Thursday! I'm extremely disappointed and upset! So much for that surprise.! DO NOT ORDER FROM FANATICS.COM

Worst experience
February 4, 2016

I ordered a shirt for the super bowl last week and guess what it still hasn't shipped. This is the worst service I have ever experience and on top of that o have attempted to get in contact with the web site 5 times! And still no response. The website indicated the shirt would ship no later than Feb2 and guess what still nothing! This has been the worst experience and it was suppose to be a gift! I will never do business again with fanatics.com and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to do the same! This is a horrible operation!

You suck

Ordered two special event super bowl jerseys claimed to be shipped "no later then the second of February" which is what your site said. One jersey shipped at 10 pm last night and one still hasn't shipped, I called and was told that I would receive expedited shipping but what good does that do me if one of my jerseys is in the mail already and you can't even manage to ship the other one out yet. Will never purchase anything from here again, hopefully your jerseys are a better quality than your service.

Well I ordered a phone case for my phone and it said for the s5, so I figured it would fit my s5 active. Low and behold it doesn't the holes for the buttons don't line up at all, very disappointed

What a terrible company
February 3, 2016

I'm so disappointed with Fanatics right now. I ordered Superbowl items 6 days ago and paid to have them sent out in 2 days. I've contacted them 3 times and keep getting told "we'll sent it out in 2 days." It's now day 6 and no order. I'm sure I'm not the only one that ordered Superbowl shirts expecting to wear them on the Superbowl. I'm going to SanFrancisco on Saturday and it looks like I won't be wearing a Fanatics shirt. Very disappointing!

Doing the right thing

I posted a comment on this site on Monday about ordering shirts from Fanatics. After only a month, my shirt started getting holes it in. The last time I ordered shirts, it started happening about 6 months later. I was told it couldn't be returned since it was worn and washed. However, after posting on this site, I was contacted right away by Fanatics rep who told me that I was able to return the shirt. Within 2 days, I received a new shirt in the mail. I would just like to say thank you. I never complain and would only make a complaint if there was an issue. Fanatics prompt response and proactive approach on it was fantastic. I will continue to order items from them.

I ordered the below items based upon the size chart on the Cardinals website. Both items were too small and there were no larger sizes available. I returned them only to get a response that the items were received outside of the return policy. I think this is a standard e-mail with the hopes that no one will question them and they can resell the item. Both items were returned with tags and inside the original packaging.
