I haven't really had a problem with Fanatics.com before, but today I received my most recent order and I was shipped a product that I did not purchase. I ordered a "Mens Jimmy Butler Gray Chicago Bulls Vertical Name & Number T-Shirt" but unfortunately I was shipped the John Wall version of the shirt. I was perfectly fine with returning it, until I noticed that Fanatics would charge me $5.50 for sending the product back. Why do I have to pay $5.50 for their mistake?
I ordered a New England Patriots Jersey for my boyfriend on Sunday and selected three business days! It should be here today but I didn't get any email order confirmation or anything! I don't even know my order number which is the most alarming part. I'm hearing all these rumors that this is a scam, I didn't pay $100 to not recieve my order before Christmas! I selected three business days which means it should be here today but I have no tracker or confirmation. I tried to call customer service & was on hold for an hour! I'm freaking out!

I've ordered from this site 2 times before with no problem. But this time around is really scary. I've been hearing bad things about lasership and I just want my package on time. It says it hasn't even left the lasership facility yet! What's up with that? I hope my package gets here on time or I'm probably never shopping here again because this is important to me

I ordered Jammie's on Dec18 for my family to wear Christmas morning. There was also a glitch with the sales tax and the rep (Brittany) said she would refund the sales tax. Brittany said I should see an email confirmation of this. Still haven't received an email showing the refund or confirmation. Chatted with another rep (Tiffany) and she confirmed the sales tax would be refunded and changed the shipping method for me to the guaranteed delivery by 12/24 or your order is free. When I checked on fedex this morning it said my items are still in Ohio even though they say I should receive my item by the end of today.
The lack of communication is very concerning to me. I hope we do receive the items for our Xmas morning photo. If not I expect them to make good on their guarantee.

I placed my order way in advance for Christmas delivery only to find out it will not arrive on time. THey ship it to Fedex, which holds it for 4 days, only to turn around and send thru USPS. FedEX Smart ship they call it, usually 14 days in transit. I would of nevered ordered if I thought it would take 14 days. Horrible. Scam

My order was sent out on dec 9... destination hamden ct... my pkg went from ohio on a fed ex truck... by passed connecticut and went to massachusetts post office... got back on a fed ex truck and by passed connecticut again going to allentown pa to be rejected by the post office only to go back on a fed ex truck by passing connecticut again and went back to the same place in massachusetts... I have had multiple delivery date... and now it says it will be here dec 26... WTF are you kidding me... do I believe I'll recieve this pkg NO... I f this really does show up I'll probably faint... oh and by the way... you cant make comments on their site... hummm wonder why

I ordered items on December 3 2015. I have spoken with 4 reps online all told me different ship out dates, from 7-10 days even thought they advertise 2 days shipping. Then on the 11 day still didn't receive the package, so I spoke with someone online the 4th rep finally tells me there is a 24-48 delay before the package gets shipped for processing. Then its is 10-24 days for shipping to Canada. Also the tracking information they give you, only tracks the item until Canada not within Canada. They will not give you any tracking information so you can look into yourself either. I still have yet to receive my gift but it might take up to Jan 6th for me to receive it. I am very unsatisfied, I will definitely be using NHL.com next year :(

I placed my order december 9th 2015 and its been 2 weeks i still didn't got my package. I contacted them via chat and the customer service guy Daniel just put me on hold for 20 mins then hang up on me. Terrible customer service. They took my money and never ship my items. No phone number to be call and and no package. I will not be ordering from this company again!

I ordered 3 items for my son on 12/9/15. They have not shipped and fed ex has not picked them up. I have sent emails to fanatics with no return and can not find a nu, ber to call to cancel my order. I will never order from them again and now have to go shopping to make up for what has not been sent. Do not order from fanatics! And now they are advertising free shipping and promise to have by Christmas meanwhile I ordered in a timely manner and can't get a response. They don't have their live chat running now either!

Placed my order on 12/14/2015 and haven't heard one thing as to the status of my order. Try to get an update and of course it says "unable to process your request "... blah blah blah... of course the item I ordered is a Xmas present for my son... so now I will have to scramble and find it somewhere else. How do these people sleep at night... SMH

I placed an order on December 16,2015 and it clearly states I would receive my items before Christmas however when I try to track my order it says my order can't be found. I tried to contact customer service through chat and was unsuccessful so I sent an email only to have them tell me to go go the site and track my order and that was the whole purpose of the email because my order could not be found

I ordered my products December 10th and it said guaranteed shipping by December 16th. I could have ordered from another site but I put my faith into Fanatics that they were an honest business. On the 17th of December I received a "delay in shipping" notification. I went to Fanatics.com and on the front page it said "order now and guaranteed arrival by December 24th or ITS FREE!" Hmmmm... seemed off to me. I started emailing customer service to confirm that my items would be free as they were ordered 1 week prior. Turns out... no. Shame on me for trying to give myself and Fanatics.com 2 weeks to complete the order. I guess I should have procrastinated. I do have to wonder... if my order placed 7 days earlier than the promotion can't get here by Christmas how are they going to get all the items placed after the 16th out. I'm guessing there's going to be a lot of free orders...

I place a order last night before I started reading the reviews. After reading them I wanted to know if I would receive my husband gift by Christmas but nobody got answers. But they have already taken the money out my account! I'm just hoping and praying it get here before Christmas! It clearly state order before Monday 12/21 receive before 12/24 with 3 day shipping!

On Dec 13th I placed 2 orders. The 2 order was placed in error. I immediately called the customer service toll free number and spoke with Katrina. I told Katrina I needed to cancel an order placed 10 minutes earlier. Katrina assured me the order would be canceled. Two days later I called to check on my canceled order, spoke with Darnice who advised me the order had NOT been canceled. She assured me she would cancel the order. Two days after speaking with Darnice I called again to check on my canceled order, spoke with Alex who told me my supposed canceled order was shipped out the day before. By this time I was pretty upset with Fanatics. Total inept people. I called a 4th time on this matter and spoke with a Kay who told me my order had just arrived in Kentucky and was out for delivery to my house the next day. My response to Kay was, "wow delivery next day considering I live in California?" There was a moment of silence from Kay. In my frustration I just hung up. No use in dealing with an incompetent people/company!

Ordered a shirt last year for Christmas and when I received it, the screen printing was all messed up, so I had to return it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again this year. I placed my order on December 1st so I had plenty of time if there was a mix up. Called them 4 times to check on the order and was told each time that it was in transit until December 18 I get an email from PayPal saying I got a refund and I had to call them if I wanted to know what happened. Called to fund out the item had become out of stock. Now I need a gift in 2 days for my nephew. Needless to say, I'm done doing business with Fanatics!

Ordered two items. My one item came within the allotted 10 days. My other item (Baltimore Ravens sweater) never came. 2 weeks later and i'm on the phone with them for the second time after the man I spoke with promised there would be an email sent to me detailing the shipment of my item. Never received such email. This business is a great example of how not to run a business.
Ordered two items on Dec 8th. One shipped on the 10th and other shipped on the 14th. I don't have either still. One says it was delivered on the 17th, which I was off all day and received no packages. The other has been sitting in Indy for days with no progress. Don't waste your time or money with this company. The customers services is horrible and the shipping situation is worse. Just read the reviews! I don't think one person had a good thing to say. Speaks volumes about the quality of the company.

Ordered my lions hoodie on December 7th, waited a week and wondered why it hasn't come, kept checking the tracking just to keep reading label created. Finally decided to call the lady told me I had to wait a little longer but the package was moving. Called again yesterday to get an exact date that it would be here lady told me it was lost in transit however if I waited 24-48 hours they would re ship and would expedite it so it would be here by Monday or Tuesday. Just received an email today telling me my order was cancelled! Called and the lady told me it was out of stock. Basically they never planned on shipping it and giving me 10 dollars in fan cash is not worth the hassle seeing as I will NEVER use it because I will never shop on this website! Like all other reviews do not waste your time. It's a hassle and such a shame that they are dishonest. I better receive my refund or I will report it.

Ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas on December 5. Received order confirmation AND shipping confirmation with tracking on Dec. 6. "wait by the door" it states. Contacted Fanatics on Dec 11 and 5 times after that but they wouldn't do anything until December 16. They now consider it lost and will reorder with expedite shipping. Dec. 17 I get an email the item is out of stock and they're processing my refund. I called a manager who was less helpful that the reps but offered me bonus cash. Woot woot! Plus the item is still showing available on there website "in stock" guaranteed Christmas delivery. What a joke of a company!
On December 18 I was contacted by a fanatics rep because of the above review. They have replaced the item and shipped it next business day. I received a shipping confirmation and a real fedex tracking whick stTes the item should be delivered on Monday Dec 21. It's sad that I had to resort to a public review in order to have this done. I was lied to by several customer service reps and most important I was flat out lied to last night by a manger Kevin, I believe that was his name but I might have it wrong. The manager told me my item was sold out even after telling him they are still selling it. He said if I order it again I would get a cancellation. Miraculously today the items in stock. THank you to Karmen for finally rectifying this situation but I won't believe it until the jackets in my hands.

Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
