Where is my full refund?
December 28, 2015

Ordered two items on Nov. 30 and returned them well within 30 days. Items totaled $87.33 including shipping. On Dec. 22 we were only credited $25.50. Also, we cannot get through to anyone in customer service via phone. Waited for 30 minutes after being told via a recording it would be a 5-minute wait. Where is the rest of our refund Fanatics? Please provide the accounting details behind the refund discrepancy or we will seek legal counsel. Thank you.

I ordered a Notre Dame jacket for my husband's birthday/Christmas. I ordered with plenty of time before the 25th, AND paid priority shipping to cover my bases since this gift was to be presented with surprise tickets to the Notre Dame Fiesta Bowl game.

I received the package 2 days before Christmas and it was the wrong size (way too large, and definitely not the size I ordered). I immediately contacted Fanatics, and informed them of their mistake. Even though I paid for priority shipping, and they were offering "last chance" shipping, they told me that they would only send my order at normal shipping, and I wouldn't receive the correct product until AFTER Christmas. I had no choice as the only other option was to return the item and wait 3-4 weeks AFTER item was received to get my money back and have NOTHING. A few hours later, I received an email with a generic apology stating my order was out of stock, and I would receive nothing, but they would do me a " favor" and not charge me return shipping. By now, it is too late to order anywhere else, I requested that they send me a comparable item, not asking for free, but just send me SOMETHING that I could present with the tickets. They said "no". My only option was to send the unwearable jacket back, wait 3-4weeks for my money to be credited, and have NOTHING. I pleaded with them since it was too late for any other option, I received a generic email stating they were confused. They messed up the order, took my money, still have my money, and I have nothing to show for it. I have NEVER been this disgusted about a company before in my life. I am also willing to bet they respond with a generic apology that is seemingly computer generated.
Unfortunately it will not let me paste the screen shot I have of them telling me that they will not help me, even though they have my money... all they keep saying is, "I apologize for it", like we don't matter...

Reviews are true. Still waiting on my shipment promised by 12/24 never arrived. Customer service is NON-Existing. Waited on hold for 42 minutes and they could not find any record of my $186.00 order but it was taken from by bank account.

Ordered an online gift certificate to be delivered via email to a work colleague. Ordered on 12-23 and it was not delivered. Had him check spam and junk folders, no go. Seriously? Sending an online gift code should be one of the easiest things for a company to do. I see the string of complaints about Fanatics inability to deliver physical packages on time, apparently this extends to cyber packages as well. Anyone considering doing business with Fanatics would be well advised to NOT do so.

Like all the other posts, I ordered with the expectation that I would receive by Christmas Eve as advertised and even called when I did not see a "shipped" status; I was told it had shipped and I should expect it on Christmas Eve. It is now Christmas Day and no delivery. Tracking says it is expected for delivery on the 26th by end of day. My issue is I had other online stores I could have ordered from but I gave Fanatics a chance and they failed to provide customer satisfaction by false advertising their promise to deliver for Christmas.

I placed my order with them on 12. 23. 15 before noon and selected the "lastchance" GUARANTEED OVERNIGHT shipping for Christmas option. NOTHING ARRIVED TODAY. Fedex shows they didnt even create the order with them until 0315 this morning - not to arrive until MONDAY BEFORE 2000HRS.

I called customer service line around 1400hrs and spoke with "Abdul" first who told me what i already knew. His supervisor "Skylar" ASSURED ME FEDEX WOULD DELIVER BY THE END OF THE DAY.

THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. NO PACKAGE. NO PRODUCT. NO GIFTS - even though your company ASSURD ME TWICE - ONCE ON YOUR SITE, THEN ONCE FROM YOUR EMPLOYEE, THAT WE WOULD HAVE WHAT WAS PROMISED.

This company is deplorable and responsible for false advertising and horrible customer service / follow through. I will no longer do ANY business with this company and will encourage as many people as i can to steer clear of Fanatics.com and its subsidiaries by sharing my experiences with them. Just aweful experience...

I ordered 2 items yesterday before the deadline that promised free shipping and next day delivery. Nothing came today and now I have to explain to my parents that they won't be getting their gifts for Christmas. I was also charged 24.95 for shipping which makes no sense. I want my packages and my money back this is ridiculous. Why promise something If you can't deliver.

Shipping is not timely

I should have read the reviews before going with this company. I am not surprised they have not gone out of business but time will tell. I ordered 3 items: hat, sweatshirt and t shirt on 12/15. I received the hat but I called fed ex about the other 2 items and they said they would be delivering 1 item on 12/26 and the other one has not even left the fanatics warehouse! It's just sitting there- it was ordered 10 days ago! I'm never ordering from these guys and will stick with Amazon even if they don't have exactly what I want.

Terrible company!

I ordered 4 items and used the promo code "nutcracker" to receive my items "guaranteed" no later than 12/24/15. Well here it is 7:30 pm and still no package! I called fedex and they said it won't be delivered today. Obviously. Now the company continues to tell me that it's out of their hands bc it's been sent off to fedex. I have a very hard time believing this company after they have managed to scam a lot of people with this promo code to guarantee delivery by Christmas eve. I've read lots of people have the exact same issue as myself. FedEx can't possibly screw up that bad. I wI'll never be ordering from this company ever again. If my package is not delivered by Saturday, customer service will be hearing from me and I will get all my money back. They're quick to withdrawal money but can't keep up their end of the deal. Bottom line is, a "company" should never offer a deal that they can't promise to hold.

Used the order coupon for receiving my order before Christmas only to be told in Christmas Eve that my item magically has fine print on the web site now saying it is being carefully designed and will not be shipped for 5 days after order. Which I interpret as they are not making or buying the item until they get more orders for it. Bull crap. Avoid this company like the plague.

Never again will I order from this place. Here it is Christmas eve at 6pm and still have not received my package. I ordered my package back December 9th and still nothing. I check my shipping and it says that it was delivered. Not. I had it shipped to my mother's house since she is always home and able to watch for them. Nothing... says it was delivered on the 22nd and they can't say it was because even looking back at my mother's security camera there was never a delivery. This present was a Christmas present for my daughter and something she has been wanting. I sat on hold waiting to speak to someone for a total of an hour each place. Shipping company and this company. Thanks for the ruined Christmas present.

Ordered a Watkins bills jersey using nutcracker 2 day shipping. It's was ordered on 22nd it is scheduled for today. I checked tracking and it's still in Ohio. FYI I live in nyc. I spoke to Csr from fantastic. She gave me a bs excuse that tracking might not be updated. Laser ship states it's scheduled for 12/28/2015. About to cancel my order. I'm still debating if fantastics is a SCAM

We ordered gifts for Christmas. They had a two day before Christmas Eve delivery with the promotional code: nutcracker. It is now Christmas Eve and we have been on the phone with both Fedex Express and Fanatics.com. Fedex said the vendor has a hold placed on it for Monday after Christmas in our city and to speak to the vendor. We call fanatics.com and they say they can't do anything because it is on the truck. We wait it out and check the tracking it says package has been returned to the center. We call fanatics.com and request a cancellation. There is no point for the package at this point and they say well there is nothing we can do as far as refund since the package is at the center. We are extremely angry and fusterated with this company. NEVER AGAIN will we order from them or recommend them to anyone.

I have read the first five reviews and they are all about shipping in some way or another. Mine order is no different. I have ordered through Fanatics before and have had no problems. My order was two items and I received one item but not the other one. They state that I have to wait until my packages does not make it today for them to do something but thing is, it was a Christmas present and will not be here for Christmas. This is so sad! Some of you are very lucky, being able to call. I could not find a phone number to speak with anyone therefore I had to chat online with two separate customer services reps. While they were polite they did not care to rectify the situation. A simple call to make sure the package was given to Fedex would have been nice but neither rep was willing to go that extra mile for providing great customer service. Needless to say, I will not be ordering through them again

Horrible Service

Ordered a gift card for my brother on December 14th. Fanatics website states that gift cards will be mailed the next business day. I finally called them on December 22nd because I hadn't received the card. After holding for 40 minutes, I spoke to a customer service rep who absolutely would not tell me when or if my order had shipped. They charged my debit card on the 15th and created a FedEx shipping label, but did not send it. Instead of telling me that they hadn't shipped my order, she just kept saying "It takes 3 to 7 days to get there after it ships. I asked her 3 times if the order had shipped and she never did tell me. The next morning, I tracked the package again and it finally shipped after I called, but I'm sure my brother will not get it before Christmas. They shipped it FedEx and then USPS. The sad thing is, If they had sent it on the 15th through the post office with a stamp it would've been there a long time ago. This was my 1st order with this company, and it will be my last. Customer service reps do not care about you and do not care if they keep your business.

I placed an order several days ago with the guaranteed Christmas Eve delivery. My order was supposed to be here on 12/23/2015. They ended up being shipped seperate. One of the orders is schedule to arrive tomrrow and the other now looks like can not be found since it left Ohio on 12/21/2015.
I can't believe that they ship fedex when it's crunch time

Terrible service
December 24, 2015

I placed a order on Dec. 9th for my son's Christmas gift. Confirmation said the order would ship in 2days. I have yet to receive my son's order. I called and spoke to 3 different people. The first two I spoke with was very professional and helpful. But Kevin the manager, does not know how to handle customer service. To him it was no big deal that I had not received my order. I just would like a full refund and will definitely not be ordering from this company again. I still haven't gotten my order and the company don't seem to care. Don't waste your time or money.

I received a package at my door today from Fanatics - delivered by Fed Ex. The package was delivered to the wrong address. I called the company to try to get the package to the correct address and they said there was nothing they could do. I can't believe they couldn't contact Fed Ex or even ask whose package it was - nothing. Too bad, so sad. I have never purchased anything from Fanatics and never will and will most definitely let others know how they handle their clients packages - they don't care, they got their money. Sad!

Placed order for 2 items 12/9/15. Received 1 item but second items tracking indicates it will not arrive by Christmas. Ordering 16 days ahead of Christmas should be plenty of time to ship. Disappointed.
