Same as many before. Ordered was supposed to arrive 1/4/16 and didn't get here. Customer service was rude and just blamed the usps. Made plans to wear my gear and now I can't. They actually told me "well delivery dates can change"... wasn't offered a discount or gift card or anything for the inconvenience... they really need to address the customer service. Will never order off here again.

I purchased an NFL jersey for my son for a Christmas gift. After laundering it one time according to manufacturer instructions, a large portion of number on back of jersey "scraped" off. $70 shirt worn one time and customer service said they can't process a return since it was washed. How is this not a defective product? Ordered several things from them over the years but this will be the last!

I placed an order with fanatics a little over a week before Christmas, I was very hesitant to order because of the reviews. But I'm a firm believer of the saying "don't believe everything you read " in this case, so I placed my order. I ordered my 's Christmas gifts ( sweat pants and a long sleeve tee) I received confirmation of my order immediately!

False advertising

I ordered a shirt for delivery before Christmas and paid extra for delivery by Dec 24th the website was advertising if ordered my 3 pm the 22nd guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I received my tracking info and it said Dec 26th so I chatted with Cust Serv and they said oh it will arrive in time. That didn't happen and I had a dissappointed grandson. I sent 2 emails asking for a refund no reply. So I chatted live with cust serv again today and she said sorry the promotion ended the 31st so she could it refund my shipping. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ADVERTISED FALSELY BECAUSE THE ORSER DID NOT ARRIVE AS PROMISED AND NO REDUND FOR SHIPPING. Iwill never shop on this site again and would discourage others as well.

My boyfriend spend $200 on a jersey for me for Christmas as they did not have the players name and number he choose the custom option... big mistake
It was way too small... the sizing chart is incorrect. We both called and emailed customer service and were told we were out of luck no returns as it as a custom jersey... however they do sell a Seahawks Lockett jersey so it is sellable... they also said if we sent back they will just donate to charity. Even if they would have just giving a 50% store credit. I would have been happy but too be told we are just out of luck was horrible service

Maybe I a lucky one

I wasn't to sure on this at first cheap iffy site and all but I gave it a go and was pleastly surprised. I ordered again but very disappointed with a ladies jersey I bought. I contacted the site which could off been made a whole easier about the problem, I ordered a large female jersey and it just fit my 9 year old child not the missus. They gave me 3 options all very reasonable. Delivery a bit slow but I would use again

The worst
December 31, 2015

I ordered a UNLV shirt, size 3XL for my husband for our anniversary. It came in a size small. I contacted customer service and they said the return label would be sent via email. It did not come. I called again and the said they would send the return labels by email again. That was around December 15. I am still waiting. I ordered another UNLV shirt 3XL and a shirt came that said NORMAN UNIVERSITY. I don't know what that is. The return labels for that shirt have not arrived either. I also paid for 2 day delivery and the WRONG shirt came 8 days later. Not only is fanatics.com the worst, but they are also LIARS AND THIEVES as they refuse to send the return labels. *******@AOL.COM

Buyer Beware!

I used to be a Fanatics fan, having purchased from their site 7 times since August 2015, and I never had an issue until my 7th order. On 12/7, I purchased 3 women's crane hoodies as Christmas gifts (1 S & 2 M). All were too small. The sizes are geared toward a junior vs. an adult & I wish the description indicated that. On 12/28, I called customer service who kept me on hold for 30 minutes (despite "the wait time of 5 minutes"). I spoke with Kimberly and told her about the sizes being too small and I wanted to exchange for a bigger size. Told her that I will return the 1 M and the S and would like to get 2 XL. I told her that I had paid $27.99 for each one but the price is now $59.99 each, and I would like to get them at the price for which I originally paid. After being put on hold for 10 minutes, she said that she spoke with her supervisor, Victoria, who "agreed" that I can purchase them at the original price. Kimberly said that she will "notate" this on my record and recommended that I place the order via phone instead of online so that the associate taking my order is aware of the price. After an hour, I called to place the order with Erin and told her about the approved price of $27.99. She told me that Kimberly's notes indicated otherwise and that I will not get the hoodies at the original purchase price. I couldn't believe it. Said that I must've "misunderstood." Told her that I can't understand how Fanatics can say one thing and renege on it. I felt as if I was in "The Twilight Zone." Looking at the past reviews of Fanatics, this seems to be a common issue with them. I've never written a complaint letter to an organization before, but after this experience, I was compelled to write one. Let the buyer beware!

Ordered ******* and received ******* on December 17th - plenty of time for correction before Christmas. I called Andrea who said she would next day the correct one. I called again on the 23rd and was told by Ra Shawn(?) that there was a comment from the warehouse that it was done so expect it any minute. Called again on the 24th, lady said delivered at 10:25am - searched my house and neighbors - nothing. Called back, Diane said nothing ever done even though Andrea put it in. Diane had sent out again. Received on the 29th - wrong one again! Called and spoke to woman (Carmen?) who said I must send back both in separate boxes and it doesn't matter if I still want the correct one because they WILL NOT send out a third time. Really? Punish the customer for your ineptitude? This company sucks and their customer service, as well as the warehouse, is clueless. I sent both back yesterday and if they do not refund every single cent (including postage) they will be seeing me in person.

I order from this websit often and my kids wanted their gifts from here. I had them lose a gift I ordered and promise a replacement. When I got the replacement a week after Christmas it was still wrong. Then the other mistake was they sent the wrong thing all together! Then informed me they were out of stock. Don't depend on this website for your kids Christmas!

I'm am still not convinced that this website is not a complete scam! Our order was placed on the 19th. According to the strange tracking site, left China on the 21st and has vanished into thin air. This stinks. My kiddo is still hopeful that it will show up and so am I. I have sent 4 emails with no response. There is no contact number and they need to re-evaluate their idea of "live chat."

I am outraged with fanatics right now. I ordered two Flyers mugs and they arrived twice - both broken so on my second complaint I chatted with "Cindy" and she guaranteed to next business day the mugs with extra packaging. This was December 17 & remarkably on December 18 fanatics charged me $24.95 to reship the broken mugs! They sent broken mugs twice and then have the audacity to charge me to next business day the mugs? Outrageous! And when the mugs finally do arrive they are, yet again BROKEN! I get again complain and they still haven't given me my money back for the mugs and now they say they never charged me the $24.95 even though I have provided proof to them from my statement! They have basically called me a liar for the past two days and refuse to give me my money back! How difficult is it to give me $24.95 back that I was charged by fanatics because of their mistake in packaging mugs because they arrive broken every time! Unreal! And they call me a liar for asking for the money back? Horrible customer service!

Worst customer service. Will never order from this site again! Ordered jerseys that were supposed to arrive next business day. Never received a notice that they weren't going to arrive. Customer service had all sorts of conflicting information and it's difficult to find an actual phone number.

Received this response and then when I called they said they wouldn't honor this because of the warehouse delay. Purchased the item with guaranteed delivery and received no update that it wasn't going to ship.

Seems like everyone else on here, I fell victim to Fanatics promise to deliver in time for Christmas. I looked like the Bad Aunt because my nephew's present did not show up until the day AFTER Christmas, even though it was "guaranteed" to arrive in time for Christmas. And like others, could have shopped from alternate places, but chose this site because of their guaranteed delivery. I emailed fanatics customer service and have yet to receive a response, so am trying this route because it seems they are somewhat responding to people on this site.

I needed to order a Porzigis jersey in blue, they only had white so I was forced to use the blue "custom" jersey ordering feature. I used the size chart online and selected a size that SHOULD have been a little BIG on him. When we got the jersey it was WAY too small. I contacted them right away and they shrugged me off because my order was "custom". It was a Porzingis jersey with #6 on it -- but according to them it was "custom" and the way they treated me was horrible. They would not even listen to the fact that the reason I needed to return was because of their sizing chart.

I had to write a long letter to the BBB and then they agreed to accept the return. It is pitiful that I had to go through so much to get a return.

The quality of their items are great - I recommend never ordering a "custom" item because they don't give a $#*! and make it a nightmare if it is not right.

I am still trying to finalize this mess, it has been over a month.

I placed an order that was guaranteed to be here by Christmas. I placed the order on 12/15/15 and on 12/17/15 the order was shipped. I received 1 of my items on on 12/23/15 and received the other order on 12/29/15 (pretty sure this doesn't meet the "BY CHRISTMAS" deadline. The item was for a person that was traveling from out of town and since that person has returned to their home, I now have to pay shipping AGAIN. VERY disappointed! The company (after sending a complaint), agreed to refund my shipping I originally paid of $4.99.

I placed an order on December 13th and the website indicated the items were in stock and would ship right away and certainly be received by Christmas. They charged my credit card right away and didn't ship the items. I contacted them on the 18th to find out where my packge was and why it hadn't shipped. I received a generic e-mail response telling me that they had not shipped and were working with their warehouse to obtain an update and would let me know if there were any delays. HA, there were already delays. I replied that the response didn't help much and that I needed to know if I would receive the package before Christmas. Customer service replied 3 days later on Dec. 21st to let me know that my package had shipped and should be received prior to 12/25. Ha, the package DID NOT ship. The tracking number they gave me was useless. Lasership confirmed with me that they received a shipping request but never received anything to ship. So it's after Christmas and no package, no response from Fanatics and they have my money. I don't know when or if they plan to ship what they charged me for or if I need to just get a lawyer. I understand that stuff happens and if they had just told me if they didn't have it or couldn't get it in time then I could have just ordered it from another company. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. But instead they just kept stringing me along and left me empty handed. DO NOT DO BUSINEES WITH FANATICS.COM unless you want to be disappointed and cheated.

Ordered my grandson two items for Christmas but only received one. According to FedEx they never received the second package. Fanatics says it's exceeded thirty days from shipment day so I'm out of luck for replacement. They don't care that FedEx never received the package, it's over 30 days since their imaginary ship date. Lousy customer service. Will never do business with them again.
