Worst service ever!

Do not waste you time or money purchasing anything from this place. I returned my item and they chose not to give me my money back because they said it was worn or damaged and I can guarantee you that shirt was in the same condition I recieved it. So they donated to charity. I can't even get the shirt back to compensate for not getting my money back. Customer service was horrible and unhelpful! They talk about easy, no hassle returns... Yeah right! As you can see they have plenty of horrible reviews. So just stay away. :(

What a joke

What a joke. I am so sorry that I ever gave them my money. I was incredibly excited to find the shirt my son wanted on this site several weeks ago. Nowhere did I see that the item would not ship until the 17th until the confirmation email. IF it was shown before the order, it needed to be more prominent. I waited until today to see if it had shipped- it is for a child who stills believes in Santa- if it ships today, it should still arrive in time. However, the website lists it as "New". I waited for the chat help for over 20 minutes (watching the little clock listing the wait time go up and down- whenever it would get down to 2 minutes, it would jump back up to 9 minutes). When the customer service rep got on the chat line, all she could repeat was that my order was scheduled to be shipped today and they still have time to ship it today but if it does not ship today, I will receive an email... SERIOUSLY? Someone, somewhere knows whether or not my order is actually going to ship today. In fact, I am pretty sure they would have known that before today. I have ordered items from other sites THIS WEEK and have already received them- under regular shipping. I only ordered from this site due to it being a Google trusted site and they are usually very strict on who they recommend... apparently not this time. I can understand that this is a busy time of year and that orders might be delayed, but a good company would let you know that much sooner. I just want to know whether or not my item is going to ship and whether or not I can expect it before Christmas. It really is not too much to ask...

Charges to your card are performed immediately, even for items that wait a week or two to ship. You pay for shipping but may not get it the service levels communicated, as each item has a service quality--pay attention to that. You can't actually receive a tracking number in the order online (despite all the links that say track your order), You only get tracking in e-mail, so DEFINITELY don't delete that. You also cannot cancel without resorting to text chat. There's no customer service phone number, which is preferred to me when there's a problem. Given the high cost of these products, you'd expect them to "up their game".

For the products that did ship and arrive on time, it was fine, but I expect web sites to have more capabilities for the customer to track and serve themselves. This feels a lot like web e-commerce 1.0. Given the above technology and process problems alone, I'd suggest alternative sites.

Bad experience
December 17, 2015

I ordered an Ohio State hoodie for my son for Christmas, but they sent me the wrong one. Then they said they could not ship the correct one I ordered within the two days I needed to give him the hoodie by Christmas. I asked if they would do anything to make up for it, but all they did was let me return the wrong item they shipped me for free (which everyone gets). I liked their wide selection of items to choose from, but because of this I will buy them somewhere else.

Stay away!

Second only to Comcast in horrible customer service. No item was ever shipped but I was charged. It takes almost 1/2hour to get anyone on the phone and when you do speak with someone they will flat out lie to you. For example: your product was shipped on the 9th. No it wasn't.

And, when they don't ship your item and offer a full refund for the inconvenience they will NOT refund your sales tax. Ridiculous. It's only a few dollars but its the principle. I never received anything, I should get ALL of my money back!

If I could give this company less than one stars I would. I placed an order last Saturday and paid extra for three day shipping because I needed the item on Friday. I called customer service on Tuesday and the man on the phone said I needed to allow a 48 hour processing period before it would ship. That's totally reasonable even though they should probably state that online. He told me specifically that I will receive my item by Friday which is great. I called the next day because it hasn't shipped and the rude lady on the phone told me it wouldn't ship until MONDAY. Are you kidding me? I pay extra for 3 day shipping but it won't actually ship until 10 days after I order. That is completely unreasonable and the woman kept repeating the same thing after I tried to explain why the policy is dumb and I had received other information. I cancelled my order because I don't think anyone should support this company. After I emailed them the situation, they sent me an automated response telling me how to track my order. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I'm back adding an addendum to my last terrible review of this joke of a company. So they overnight the one lost jersey and I still have yet to hear back or receive the second jersey. Steph curry but it says it's been delivered. And when I keep asking for a credit on my charge I get no response. Where's my jersey! Never have I had such a terrible experience with a company.

Where is my order?

Bad to Good

This company insists on using a shipping company called Lasership. The problem is that Lasership is HORRENDOUS! Twice they have flat out lied about an item being delivered.

**Update** I am happy with the prompt responses from Fanatics and what they have done to rectify the situation.

I wrote a review on 12/16/15 and was thankful I did because this is the only reason I got any response or movement from Fanatics on my order. Just to bring you up to speed, I placed my original order on 12/2 for a hoodie and pj pants for a Christmas present, with free shipping what a great deal, I was sure I would receive these items in 3-7 days as "promised" by the company. To make a long story short, I still have no items to speak of for presents. The only reason I received an update was again because I posted here! I did get refunded for the one item (pj pants) that were out of stock, which I wasn't even informed of until, you know, the 16th, it would have been nice to know that when I placed my order. I was then told that my hoodie was being re-processed and shipped with next day service and I would be notified in 1-2 business days on an update. I still have no update, today, 2 days later. I chatted with customer service again today and she said she would have to log another ticket and I would be notified by email in 2-3 business days of the status... Umm, I am running out of time here! So, I asked the rep to please cancel my order for everything and provide me a refund. She said that the only thing she could tell me is that in 1-3 days I'll receive an email letting me know if I can be refunded or not before the hoodie ships. I have to receive any email communications except for marketing advertisements. I'm over this and I just would like to be refunded my money. I'm afraid now that I will never be refunded. I went ahead and found these items on an actual reputable site and ordered them already to ensure I would get them by Christmas so please refund me my money. I would highly advise anyone even considering shopping here to think again and pay a little more money somewhere else to save yourself the headache and heartache I have endured already. Learn from my mistakes!

Worst service ever
December 16, 2015

I ordered a jersey but accidentally deleted the confirmation email. I sent an email to the website and they said they couldn't find my order. I managed to recover the confirmation from my deleted files and tracked the package myself. Every time I sent a message to customer service, a different "representative" emailed me back. The last time I emailed them to ask why I STILL didn't have my item, no one even responded. They were not helpful at all. I will never use this site again.

I continue to receive the corporate response from the fanatics representative. Basically it is Fed ex fault. Somehow she gave some phantom info that Fed ex was delivering my package on the 19th. I wonder where this comes from since I have called Fed ex. They state "a label has been created and we will update you when your package begins to travel". This is one full week after they stated it shipped. Perhaps the real problem Sarah B is, like the company you represent, you're dishonest!

Per Tracking, a gift card was sent out on 12/3.12/14 still not here. E-mail requests for customer service with only an automated response received. E-mailed multiple times w/ no response. Struggled to find a phone number anywhere on the site but finally found one- for group sales where you get a voice mail that they will call back in 24 hrs. Finally found CHAT help. Lengthy pauses during our conversation- probably working with multiple customers at the same time. Then lost the ability to enter any text into the CHAT box so they really make it impossible to communicate with them which is why I will never do business with them again. IF you have a problem, you can't connect with anyone. Finally, said they would refund instead of sending me a new one but said I could order another. Guess what? I definitely won't! Don't want to go through that nightmare again. My money will go elsewhere

I ordered an item on 12/6/2015, got an email saying it had been shipped on 12/7/15 and guess what hasnt even been created yet- the label! It is now 12/16/15. I was on hold for a long time and apparently my 7 days of status has expired as of yesterday and all the customer service rep told me was that if I dont receive an email with my new status update by the end of the day today I get to call back for another status update. Before I could even ask another question I was told "Happy Holidays" and she hung up. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM FANATICS. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY with evern WORSE customer service. And Sarah B- I dont need your apology note after I post this. You're not sorry.

Dishonest

I'm in the same boat with Sara because I placed an order December 11th and paid for next business day delivery. They have my payment and I have nothing. My order status still says "new" & they have not answered my emails regarding shipping information. They have only sent me their phoney baloney "your business is important to us" standard reply with no signature name. I've learned that if a business won't let you talk to a person, they have something to hide!

Where's my order?

I made a purchase on 12/8/15. The payment for my gift went through over the weekend but I got NO confirmation email telling me that my order shipped nor has been processed. It is the 15th and still am waiting for my package. I emailed the company and I have not received an answer where my order is. Very worried with what happened

Day 3 of Cancelled order

I have ordered from here in the past, with no complaints. This is till today, Sunday evening O ordered several items as gifts. Received my confirmation, on Monday AM I received an email that my order was cancelled,

"We regret to inform you that, due to a system connection error, your order has not been processed and payment was not received or captured. You can place your order again via our website or you can also contact us directly and we will be more than happy to place the order for you using your credit card information over the phone."

So I did, replaced the order online Monday AM (sale not the same), only to receive the same cancellation email Monday PM. Tuesday AM I called to replace the order, first call after 20 minutes looking at the order and her starting to reorder the items, the supervisor and I were disconnected - no call or email back to re-communicate.
I called back - I was on the phone for over an hour, "please hold I need to get to a supervisor", the reps was very friendly, she placed the order and I was given free expedited shipping, and fan cash, well neither of those are good if your order will not go through. Tuesday afternoon I received the cancellation email again. I called 15 minutes of wait time and the rep told me, they have a high volume of orders and my only option was to reorder, what good is reordering if they cant process the orders. 3rd time was not a charm.

I am very unhappy and a little skeptical. Placed an order this morning. I have received no email, order number, etc. called the 1st time and they said oh I don't know what happened and hung up. I then called a 2nd time and the lady said she sent the email again and gave me a order number. I typed it in to the tracker I because she said something is wrong with her server that is why I didn't get an email and it tells me the number is invalid. Scam?

Shipping extremely slow

Ordered a sweater that had free 2 day shipping..., what they don't tell you is it may take close to a week to just process your order on top of that the 2 day shipping will take up to 7 days to get to your house (at least in my situation it will). I will order from another website from now on if I want something shipped in a timely manner.
