I have been purchasing merchandise from Fanatics for over 15 years. One of the most important things about making a purchase, especially online, is the knowledge, kindness, and courtesy of the people that you're talking to on the phone. I have always been extremely pleased with the professionalism and care that all of the representatives have demonstrated.
With Fanatics being so involved in all the different types of sports and affiliated teams, there is no other Sports Company that I would want to either purchase items for myself or gifts for other individuals.
I also enjoy Fansedge, the Pro Shops for each affiliated team, and all the other companies that Fanatics owns and operates.

U cant sell this item and call it a good item it was suppossed to be one thing and it wasnt
I made the error of thinking I could return all items in one package. However, the items originated from different manufacturers and had to be returned individually. (Fanatics merely showcases the items) This also meant I had to pay individual return fees for each package. I contacted Customer Service who explained this to me. Without me asking for consideration, Customer Service offered to provide shipping labels at no cost to me. I wish I could recall the name of the representative. He deserves positive recognition.

I sometimes hesitate to buy because not all larger sizes are the same. These shirts fit true to size from XS to 5XL. My order was shipped out quickly and made it to me without issue. I am very happy with my purchase and won't hesitate to buy again.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. Answer: No kidding. These fools are liars and thieves. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics. BUYER BEWARE!
