Fanatics is so awesome! I recently gave a survey in regards to purchasing my supperbowl jacket. I express my concerns on how cheaply made the jack was. However I spoke with a customer service representative who was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was pleased. This is why I only shop Fanatics due to them always being supportive and helpful when it comes to there products! Thanks Fanatics for being so helpful and kind! And GO CHIEFS!
I ordered a shirt on 11-21-23 I received a confirmation email shortly after.I have been trying for months to get the product or a refund. After months of going back and forth with them they said it's been over 30 days and they can't replace my order or give me a refund.When I order the the shirt the tracking said it was Saud but the status never change.Fanatics is a scam don't trust them.I will report them to the better business bureau

After several orders, this will be my last, yes, I've placed several only because I had custom orders,( players not personalized things), they will not take them back and thus reordered. Sizes are not true to fit. An XL men is more on the large size and very short in torso length.
I'm a female and wear a woman's medium, this fanatics branded t shirt had the rough feel of a 4.99 shirt from dollar general and I was swimming in it around the middle, but barely made it to my waist.and this was a 40.00 t shirt! I spoke with Francisco, very nice, but was stuck with my purchase since it was a customized Aareaz shirt. Never again will I but anything from here. I've bought alot from here, but having to return about half...cheap materials and sizing. Please look around before buying here, once you purchase, you're stuck.

Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
