I was excited to order my daughter a Florida Gators sweatshirt for Christmas. I ordered it early and it arrived on time. The problem came with the sizing. Fanatics posts Youth Child to come in S, M, L, XL and they have a blanket size chart. Unfortunately, the Medium Sweatshirt was labeled a size 7-8, which they did NOT post on the description. I was able to get a return label, but they made me pay for the return shipping of $5.99. I ended up paying $11.98 for shipping on a sweatshirt they could've easily posted the exact sizing for.
Since the goal was still to get her a Gators sweatshirt, I ordered again, taking advantage of the free shipping by Christmas. I did switch sweatshirt style, but still a Youth size, but I went up to the Large, assuming this would be a 10-12. The correct size for my daughter. The sweatshirt arrived by Christmas, as promised. The problem this time was that the Youth Large was labeled a size 16-18 on the tag. This was a far cry from the Medim 7-8 and way too gigantic for my daughter. There was no consistency in sizing! If Fanatics would take the time to label exact sizing, like it's listed on the shirt tag, people could order the correct size for their child. Now, I have to pay another $5.99 to ship this shirt back and then another $5.99 to order in a Youth Medium in this shirt and hope/pray that the sizing will be accurate.
Fanatics -- do yourself a favor and clearly and accurately label each sweatshirt on the Youth portion of your website! It can't be hard. The exact sizing is labeled right on the tag! Your "blanket" size chart does not accurately represent your products and it causes a lot of frustration and confusion.

This, hands down, has been the worst online buying experience ever! I ordered early and when I ordered all items were available. Items did not start arriving at my home until days before Christmas and they were not the correct items. The nightmare began when I tried to connect with customer service. Long story short, some of my family will have Fiesta Bowl shirts for the game, some will not.SO DISAPPOINTED in this company. I WILL NEVER order from them again! BEWARE!

I ordered a gift card on the 12/15/17 for a Christmas present, the web site said 2 day delivery, on the 20th I called and was told it was shipping that day and would be there by the 23rd. I just called again because it still has not arrived, and was told it did ship on the 20th but will not arrive until the 01/04/18. I was told that gift cards are not available for the 2 day shipping and I should of went to the help screen and it would of told me. Never again will I buy from them

Horrible Customer Service

If I could give zero stars I would! I have tried several times to get my order figured out because I am missing 1 item and have been charged for it. I cant get anyone to answer the phone, online chat is always unavailable and Ive emailed multiple times. Finally got one response and it didnt even answer my question. I will NEVER order from them again and I will tell friends and family not to either. The item missing was for my little boy for Christmas and was guaranteed to be here by Christmas. So disappointed. Sure wish I would have read all the Facebook complaints on their page before I ordered from them!

Ok, so on Nov 24, the day after Ole Miss' Egg Bowl victory over Ms. State, I order my husband a tee, size XL for Christmas. Item will be shipped when manufactured on Dec. 4. Item ships on Dec. 5, no prob I think, got plenty of time til Christmas. Follow tracking and on Dec. 13 package transferred to USPS... only they don't receive it. I call Fanatics 12/18, because tracking shows no updates since 12/13. I am told by Nadia, after her conversation with a supervisor, "it's either Fedex or USPS problem, not ours". Call Fedex and USPS. WHAT? I call Fedex, who of course show transferred to USPS and I call USPS... can't check it because I don't have a USPS tracking number and real people don't work there. Dec 19, still no package, I am angry and pretty pissed that my Ole Miss alum and fan won't be getting his gift. I call back to Fanatics and ask to speak to a supervisor. I get a young man named DJ, who apologizes and says he will ship another on the 20th and it will be at my home by the 23rd for Christmas, sent fast Fedex, not smartpost. If the first one comes, fill out the return label and send back. I get email with new tracking the next day and sure enough, it's smartpost with estimated deliver 12/29... What? At this point, I tell Hubs that a special gift might not come until after Christmas, I would do something else. Low and behold, Friday, 12/22, the original order arrives. I wrap, place under the tree and all is right with the world. Surprise, Tuesday, 12/26, I receive a bag from Fanatics and thinking I'll get to it, I leave it to open until just a bit ago... In the second bag is a BASKETBALL JERSEY, some player I've never heard of, size L. WHAT? And, no invoice of any kind for return. So, I'm supposed to send back your mistake at my cost? Hell no. Thank God, I used PAYPAL for this transaction, so if they come calling or try to charge me, I'll dispute and let Paypal handle it. Buyers, please know when you order from MLB or Ole Miss, your order comes from Fanatics. They sell the same stuff on EBAY. If you see their name, run for the hills. We'll go without other than order from this company EVER AGAIN.

I ordered a size XXL Alabama Crimson Tide jacket for my brother with guaranteed delivery by 12/23/17. "Guaranteed to arrive by 12/23/17 or it's free." Pretty simple to understand, right? Apparently NOT. Instead, I received a size large Dallas Cowboy jacket. I called about this. I did not expect to receive my jacket by Christmas at this point. I am not crazy or unreasonable. I did expect them to honor their promise: that if I did not get the jacket I ordered by 12/23/17, it would be free. First, I was told it was not even available as it was out of stock. Second, I was told that no, I wasn't getting anything for free, and in fact, they asked me to print off a label so I could return the Dallas jacket. Finally, the customer service rep agreed to mail me a label. I'll still have to go to the PO or elsewhere to mail their package back to them. Now I am reading from other customers that I probably won't get the tax back, just the cost of the item, and I'll have to wait at least 2 weeks to get any of my money back at all. All I have to say is that they have not seen a level of angry yet until they stiff me out of money after what I have already put up with. I ordered more than $100 worth of merchandise from them earlier this month. Never will I ever order from Fanatics again. I suggest you avoid them too! Oh, and the best part? I got to go shopping on Christmas Eve for a present for my brother. EXCELLENT customer service, folks. Thanks for nothing. The only reason you got one star is that I couldn't give zero stars.

I ordered multiple items (12/15) and ALL was charged to my credit card. When I received my shipment one item was missing. Called (12/21) and was told it was being shipped from a different wearhouse and I would receive it on 12/23. Never received and called back today (12/27) and was told by a worthless customer service rep(Diamond) that it was out of stock. She didnt know if it would be back in stock or if they notified people when there was an issue with their order. She also said they would just refund me for the item ONLY! They would be keeping the tax I paid for it. That is a bunch of crap and I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK! I will never order from this place again!

Just awful

I placed an order on 12/15 and actually PAID for shipping. I saw that it shipped immediately and was happy that I'd have it by Christmas. However, my delivery date soon changed to 12/26, I called and spoke to someone asking why this was so when I was receiving multiple emailing stating you could order as late as 12/23 and still receive it by 12/25. The rep assured me this was an error in FedEx's system and that the delivery date was wrong and I would DEFINITELY have it by 12/23. He also told me if I check back tomorrow the delivery date would be accurate. Well I did, and the delivery date changed to 12/28! My order finally arrived today, and you can see Christmas came and went. This is absolutely absurd that I paid for shipping and it took 12 days for my order to arrive! Unacceptable. I would have used this site for future purchases, but without a refund I won't even consider it.

By the way, if you want to find out what happened to your lost order, call the 1-855 # and pretend you want to buy something, otherwise you'll never talk to a live person.
I made an order 12/19 - like everyone else who was promised it by 12/23. Got a "whoo hoo, your order is on the way" email on 12/20 and then a shipping tracking ID for Lasership who said it would arrive by 12/25 (which is not 12/23 by the way). Then on 12/26 LaserShip said they never received my order from Fanatics. Turns out Fanatics decided my order was not deliverable on 12/21 and failed to tell me or Lasership and cancelled it. My son missed out on his Xmas gift. Oh so nice of you Fanatics to make promises you can't keep. You suck

I ordered a Jersey on 12/22 and selected the 12/23 guaranteed delivery. I placed the order at roughly 1am on the 22nd. My buddy placed his order at roughly 2am on the 22nd. He too selected the guaranteed by 12/23 shipping... Whats the problem you ask? My buddy received his on 12/23... me, I'm still waiting. Why? Because my order was labeled as standard home delivery (3-5 business days), while his was labeled Priority Next day (or whatever FedEx calls it). To confirm I wasn't crazy, I called fanatics on 12/23 to confirm I picked the Guaranteed 12/23 shipping and I was told I did.
Well, 12/23 has come and gone, so I called Fanatics.com to see what the Guarantee was? So I call and I am greeted by a gentleman who seems agitated to even have a job (I assume because he's fielded 1,000+ calls like this) and he tells me the guarantee is that if it didn't arrive by 12/23 than its FREE! Great, I said. So I explain what happened. He asks for my order number, I oblige. He then tells me (I'm looking at my confirmation email while I'm on the phone with them) "Sir, your order didn't qualify for the guarantee." I said "How come? My confirmation email says otherwise!" He apologizes and said there is nothing he can do. I again express that my confirmation order from fanatics.com says "item eligible for 12/23 guarantee blah blah blah". He then puts me on hold and says we will just refund you $65. I said the promo said "... By 12/23 or its free"... Here is my question. If it was guaranteed by 12/23 or ITS FREE (not or you will get a maximum of $65), why am I not getting the FULL refund? Further more, this would be a non-issue is whoever processed the shipping label selected the higher priority shipping? Completely dissatisfied with my first experience with Fanatics.com. I have had better business dealings with jersey companies in China!

So extremely disappointed in this company! For the first time in forever, the Georgia Bulldogs finally make it to the playoffs and have a shot at the national championship. I ordered a Rose Bowl Nike long sleeve tee to commemorate the accomplishment and when I opened it up on christmas... they sent me the wrong shirt. Definitely put me in a bad mood, and on the happiest of days of the year. Their twitter reps got back to me today, DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE, told me the shirt was now out of stock, and said "let us know if you want a refund." NO compassion, no "sorry", nothing. I am furious beyond belief. I don't want my money back, I want Fanatics to make this right!

Broken promises

Check out their facebook page to read universal disgust with this company's dishonest and unresponsive customer service. This is a company that promises "unconditional customer satisfaction": false. They promise to "make it up to you every time" when they "screw up": false. Currently looking into filing a class action against the company and its parent, Kynetic, as well as its officers and directors.

I wish I had known that this company used FedEx Smart Post. This is the worst delivery service and should not be used by any company especially around the holidays! I place my order for a Broncos Peko jersey on 12/15 for Christmas, the tracking said it would be her by 12/23, it's now 12/26 and still no package. Customer service gave me a partial refund and agreed that Smart Post is a terrible way to ship! I will not buy from this company again!

Stay Away!

I flew into Dallas for the game on Sunday and had ordered a jersey on 12/15 to be shipped there for guaranteed delivery by 12/23. The game was on 12/24 and this was supposed to be a Christmas surprise and with tickets to the game and a jersey. My fiance didn't bring any of his game day gear because he had no idea we were going to the game.

I called customer service twice on 12/23. The first rep told me that the tracking on FedEx was wrong and they had a glitch in their system. She reassured me that I would have the order that day. I later called that night when nothing had shown up and the rep was hopeful it would come even though the tracking said it would not arrive until 12/27. He then told me that if I did not get it in time to call and they would give me a full refund. So I called FedEx and they told me 100% that I would not get it on 12/23 and that their site was up to date and correct.

I called this morning to get my refund and they told me the max credit allowed was 65$. Not only did they lie about the guarantee, they lied about refunding the credit. Now I have to pay to have someone ship my order to me in Utah when it finally arrives in Texas.

Received wrong items

Ordered Atlanta United gear for my boys - 3 tshirts, 3 hoodies and 1 banner. Received 1 hoodie and a Dallas cowboy scarf and hoodie.

When I called to get correct items - I was told they were all out of stock. All I could get was a refund. Very discouraging!

This is now the second time I've had to go public with the crap product that I have received from Fanatics. The NFL, MLB, and other professional sport teams should be ashamed that a company like Fanatics is representing their brands. Last year I had ordered multiple items and when arrived, they looked absolutely NOTHING like what was on the website. This year, I thought maybe I'll give them another chance and shame on me for believing anything had changed. I ordered a Packer sweatshirt that you could customize with a name or a players name. When I received it, the front of the sweatshirt was not the same that was shown online. I am curious to see how Fanatics will deal with this as they state that anything customized can not be returned (this was an $80 sweatshirt). I also ordered a Milwaukee Brewers t-shirt in a large and it showed up looking like it came from Baby Gap.

Here is the main problem with Fanatics, they don't allow reviews of their products which means you can't see the stuff that other people are saying. Not only that, their website does not show accurate pictures. THANKFULLY I work about 3 blocks away from the Pro Shop at Lambeau field and that is where I am taking my business now. I've given this company far too many chances and this was the final straw.

I ordered a Houston Astros Jacket for my Son as a Christmas gift on 11/5/2017...
Plenty of time right?
I had to call customer service to find out where it was... 49 Days later.

"I will say this, both of the ladies I spoke to in the customer service department were SUPER nice and VERY helpful"

They told me the expected date of arrival was 02/1/2018! "4 months later"
Um, yea... refund Please. Had I known from the beginning it was going to be a 4 MONTH wait I would of NEVER gave up my hard earned money. I mean $200 dollars is by no means chump change... not for me anyways!

I will buy locally from now on, if I do buy on-line I'll read the reviews 1st! LOL
I gave one star a piece for the nice customer service Ladies. :)
