The FOCO slippers I ordered are terrible! Very poorly made and run big. I am not familiar with the FOCO brand, so I had no idea what I was getting, but I know I will NEVER order anything by them again. The slippers are paper thin, the seams are not sewn well and the logo is off-center and crooked. Not even worth 1/3 the clearance price, much less what full price was! I will be returning them. The nightshirt was fine, though.

Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

Answer: No kidding. These fools are liars and thieves. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics. BUYER BEWARE!
