Placed an order on November 29th for my son. Didn't receive it when originally said which I was totally ok with and was told it would ship March 1 and when I go to track it today they cancelled the order. Said they had sent me an email that I never got and now my Son who has been counting down the days to get this will be devastated. How can you do this to a kid?

Contacted customer service and was connected with Jordon. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient with the issue. Looked it up and immediately took care of business. The items I had purchased were no longer available so I was given a full refund. She also offered a discount coupon for my next purchase! Jordon was very professional and went above and beyond. Great customer service!
Fanatics provide great selection of products with quality. However, some size of particular items are going out fast without replenishment.

I ordered glassware and it arrived broken. The website says to "contact us", but when I initiate a chat, I'm sent back to the link for damaged items, which tells me to "contact us". I'm on the chat now, says I'm being connected to a Fan Advocate. After waiting for 20 minutes, no Fan Advocate is chatting with me!
How do I get a replacement for my broken glass?

I have had nothing but the very best experience with Fanatics. Only once did I have a mailing issue. I called, they were going to send another for free but then I actually got the original product in the mail as we were talking because of an honest person who received my package by accident. I have, not on purpose, sent un-worn items back after a year and got gift card of same price of product, no questions asked (those items were in perfect, unused condition with tags still attached. This has been the greatest business relationship I've had with anyone.

I have been shopping with Fanatics for a while now. Never had any problems with my orders and i like that I can use FanCash. I would say I don't like how quickly it expires. It shouldn't have an expiration date. If I spend over $100+ chances are Im not ordering anything right away again. Id be even more tempted to comeback if that FanCash never expired.
Bought Dallas cowboys bedding and did the rinse before making bed and found stitching was imperfect and a previous purchase noticed my comforter looks like material separating as if it was being pulled apart like a rope!
All went well especially with my previous purchase coming on sale and getting difference refunded!

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics. BUYER BEWARE!
