Absolutely a joke of customer service. I ordered an oversized item that was time sensitive to an address I was staying at for a week. I paid for two day shipping and Fanatics shipped out the item (4/8/24) within 24 hours using Ontrac. Ontrac proceeds to then send the package all over country, missing the expected delivery day. I contacted Fantatics on 4/10/24 (expected delivery date) after seeing the tracking and my package was sent to a different part of the country. I was advised to contact the shipper and see if they can reroute the package. I then contacted Ontrac and was told only the shipper can reroute the package. I tried to explain to both companies that I was no longer at this address and my mother is elderly and will not be able to handle or deal with this oversized package. Neither company cared in the slightest.
I immediately contacted Fantatics customer support back for the second time and they say can't change the shipping address once it is shipped and was told if you do not get the three days past the expected delivery date (4/10/24), we can refund or reship to the correct address. That turned out to be a huge lie.
I Just contacted their support this morning (4/13/24) (the expected three days after the original delivery date of 4/10/24) and was told the estimated shipping in now the 14th and have to wait another three days past the new expected delivery date. I tried to explain, I am not in town and in no way this is going to be delivered properly. There was no offer of help, no we are sorry. Then the person I was talking to, abruptly disconnects the chat.
Both companies should be ashamed of themselves.

Was placing an order for my grandson's wish list. The exact item he was requesting was in stock and available for immediate shipping. Placed my order online & it was shipped out promptly. He was excited to receive the requested item.

The item I ordered ( birdhouse) on March 2 has not arrived. ( waiting for one month). It seems Fanatics has no real idea when the item will arrive. Although the customer service was polite and sympathetic they don't seem able to resolve the problem.
I would never recommend ordering anything from this company.

This will be my last purchase with this company, worst customer service and they will not make any accommodates. Purchased a customer jersey that stated I'd receive it in x2 but actually it's going to be more like x5 weeks. Customer service does nothing but tell you I'm sorry the order had already been processed there is nothing we can do. How? When I won't receive for another x5 weeks. For this poor service, I will purchase my sportswear elsewhere.

I have ordered hats on several occasions. The last two times I ordered the shipping is the worse. The ups mail innovations is slow. I ordered the Kansas City Chifes super bowl hat. It took me a month to get them because they say in limbo between the ups and the usps. Called customer service and they didn't help at all. They told me I needed to wait longer before I could get a refund and I couldn't reorder because the had ran out of hats. Thought I would give them another shot and I'm in the same situation. Ordered 2 hats got one and the other is still waiting acceptances. It's been that way for 3 days. I didn't have a problem until they started using this mail innovations. Not happy with Fanatic at all. Will not buy anything from them again.

Never order from here they just take your money if you order from them and want a return they won't stop the process on shipping the order

I just received assistance with returning multiple items because I ordered the wrong size.
The website did not provide me any help with understanding how to return anything, but after I found a phone number, I called and spoke to a very kind and helpful representative. She provided clear steps to follow and what to do to return all the needed items.
She even informed me how long to wait before reordering with the same items with the correct sizes and receive the same discounts from the first order.
I would recommend her for any position dealing with the public. She listened to my issue and walked me through all of the steps.
I did not get her name, but I want to think her. If more than 5 stars were possible, I would give them to her.
This site charges for shipping and then again if you need to return. So basically it's 30 in shipping for a tee shirt Amazon is your friend bro
Fanatics is one of my favorite place to shop. I also enjoy and find much pleasure when I'm on the website shopping. Their customer service is the best due to the way they treat you with respect and professionalism.

I ordered a hoodie on the evening of March 6th. I got an e-mail from Fanatics the morning of March 7th saying it had been shipped from Tolleson, Arizona. For perspective, Tolleson is a 10 hour and 8 minute drive north to my house in southern Colorado (per Google Maps). It is now the afternoon of March 20th, and I still don't have my order. Using the provided tracking, I have watched it go all over the place. Every day there is a new expected delivery date. Maybe I will get it today?
Be warned that if you are ordering something for an occasion (e.g. A gift, a holiday, a game, a party), you probably won't get it in time unless you've ordered WAY ahead of time or unless you are willing to pay a lot extra for faster shipping. And that's the only reason I left this review - as a caution to other shoppers.
2 weeks to deliver a standard hat. Promises change every day.

Decided to cancel my order when market price went up. Keep giving me the run around for a week and ultimately did not help me.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
